Alina Homecare look after my father, who is 98 years old. They are very friendly and provide excellent support in all aspects of Dad's wellbeing and health.
A very well-organised company with a good backup structure to enable continuous support.

My mother had carers visit 4 times daily. They arrived on time and would stay longer than the planned visit when necessary. Generally, my mother enjoyed these visits as they gave her an opportunity to chat with them as well as appreciate the care given. Some would even sort out her knitting problems!

Alina Home Care ladies looked after my mum for 3 1/2 years they are like family, until January 2025 when mum got ill and passed away. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all at Aline in Banbury for taking such good care of mum. You are all amazing and do a brilliant job "don't change anything"
mum loved all! she even told you. Very well done ladies for being the caring bunch you are.

I would just like to let everyone know that Alina Homecare are excellent at managing and executing the best care anyone could dream of.
My mother began her journey with Alina having a 1 hour a week companion call as through the Covid years she got very lonely and confused. At that time another care
company were providing 3 visits a day to feed Mum at breakfast dinner and evening meal.
As Mum's health deteriorated and she needed extra personal care, the other care company pulled out. We were devastated at the looming prospect of Mum having to go into a home which she always maintained she did not want to do.
Alina Homecare took on the extra visits and nursed Mum until the day she sadly passed away on January the 10th 2024.
All of the carers and the management team went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure Mum's care was delivered with the utmost compassion and dignified manner.
Top marks for this incredible care company.

Alina Homecare agency looked after our mother during the last weeks of her life. They provided a well-organised and efficient service that was combined with kindness, compassion and respect for our mum. All the staff were well trained in all aspects of care, including appropriate approaches/management
of Mum's dementia needs. They maintained a professional approach and also gave the family a lot of support at a very difficult time. I cannot praise the staff including the carers and managers enough. They made a real difference and enabled us to keep Mum at home which is where she wanted to be. Massive shout out to Alina Homecare.

Alina care we have had for a long time and are absolutely amazing. They provide a very high level of care, are well-trained and are able to be professional, caring and kind at all times. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and this is reflected across the board. Office staff are so welcoming and helpful
and are supportive not only to the clients but to all family members. They are so understanding. I would recommend Alina's care to anyone with any healthcare needs. They are highly trained and seem to manage in any situation

We have been very pleased with Alina Homecare. We had to set up care for my cousin at short notice in August, and Alina had it all sorted in less than a week. The manager was excellent when she visited my cousin and went beyond what we expected when she spotted that a smoke alarm needed fitting. She
arranged it with the Fire Service and even made sure she was present when it was done. The carers are very good, and my cousin enjoys their visits. This is all a great relief as we live a long way away!

I am really happy with the care that my mum is receiving from Alina Homecare. My mum has dementia and she has 2 visits a day for 6 days and 3 visits for 1 day and the carers are always so lovely with her. They manage to help her and understand her idiosyncrasies with never-failing good humour. I really
do appreciate everything they do that is enabling Mum to stay at home. The office is very responsive if I ever need to change a time or day or if Mum has a favourite carer, they will do their best to accommodate us. Definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with the care our mother receives twice a day supporting her in getting up and dressed and then getting ready for bed. They chat with Mum and are very friendly and supportive. The manager is always happy to accommodate us if we have to change the times due to appointments. They always
check my dad is ok also when they visit. The app is a fantastic addition especially for myself and my sister as we live abroad.
