We cannot speak highly enough of the Alina team from Woodingdean. All the carers were excellent, and went over and above what we expected of them, right up until Mum passed. They made what was a very difficult and sad situation a lot easier, knowing Mum was being so well looked after. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Incredibly pleased with the home care service received. The local Co-ordinators / Managers are fantastic. They are extremely helpful, supportive, friendly and caring. Also impressed with the follow ups they do, both with the carers and family members. The carer we have had, has been absolutely excellent. A lovely, professional person who is fantastic at her job in every way. The carers providing cover during holidays (etc) have also been very good and the transitions are normally seamless. Overall we rate this company and the people we have interacted with very highly indeed.

Right from the start, the Alina team were fantastic. Every carer we met was kind and patient, understood our parents needs and enjoyed and appreciated our dad's humour! Some of them went above and beyond what they were employed to do and they truly became friends to me, my sister, and my parents. It was such a relief to be able to trust people to look after mum and dad as we could not be there all the time. The communication was great too, they regularly updated us, advised us and listened to us. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alina Homecare have been looking after my brother for a number of years now. I can honestly say that I am confident he is in good hands. My brother's needs are complex and challenging. The staff at Alina are kind, friendly and professional and take everything in their stride. I have always been impressed with the management at Alina Homecare. I am kept informed if there are any issues and am able to contact the manager if I need to. In particular, this month has been difficult as my brother has spent most of it seriously ill in hospital. Alina Homecare has gone above and beyond in organising a plan for when he comes home. I have been kept informed at every stage and have been involved in every decision. I am so grateful to Alina Homecare for the kindness and professionalism they extend to my whole family, as well as to my brother.

I cannot thank Donna and her team enough. They have become much more than carers - they have become extended family. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, dependable, and truly outstanding care.

I am very pleased with the service Alina Care provide, they are caring, reliable and professional. I went away on my break feeling at ease knowing my husband was left in great care with a wonderful carer. I highly recommend them.

The Alina carers have shown great passion and warmth towards my mum. I know she has not always been easy, especially as we have slipped down the memory loss scale, but their patience has been fantastic, their care and compassion exemplary. Yes, there have been a few hiccups, not unexpected, but they have been rectified by the office who have always lent a listening ear. Without the two times a day visit for half an hour, I have no doubt my mum would not be here today, and for that I am most grateful. When she had fallen or was unwell, they were swift and not backward in coming forward to take it to the next level, seeking advice when needed. I know my mum would be so grateful for all the care she has received and the interesting conversations from carers from around the world. Thank you all so much.

When I met the care staff they were happy to listen to any comments I had about my father's care and were reliable and hardworking. Thankfully my father no longer requires as much care as he did when he was first discharged form rehabilitation after a fall at home. However as a family we know that Alina Homecare would be there if they were needed at any point in the future which is a huge weight off my mind. I would certainly recommend Alina Homecare highly to anyone.

Initially Mum wasn't keen on the idea but the care team at Alina have been brilliant. They treat Mum as an individual, with respect and everyone in the team works well with her to make sure she is safe and has help with things she wouldn't be able to do herself. She trusts them and we trust them totally. They are professional but human with it. I know what's going on because the care plan is on an app I have access to. They communicate very well and have been flexible to suit Mum when that has been needed to accommodate appointments. I totally recommend Alina Homecare - it's been a lifeline for us. Mum is very happy and so are we!

My wife has been cared for in a most professional manner for the last 3 years. During this time she has made not only carers but very social friendships with all the pink ladies. This was very comforting for my wife as her condition deteriorated. Bless you all, you're simply the best.

Alina Homecare were able to provide us with three nights of overnight care for my mother following an accident. This was done at very short notice and they made a real effort to try and accommodate us, for which I was extremely grateful. The overnight carer was lovely and extremely kind and helpful with my mother.

I cannot rate Alina highly enough. From first contact with the management team onwards, the team have been understanding, empathic and professional. The carers for my mum have treated her with sensitivity, respect and good humour. Mum adores her 'pink ladies' as she calls them and trusts them implicitly. She enjoys her time with them and feels safe and secure in their care. So many thanks to you all for everything you do for my mum, and also the support you give to my dad who is her main carer. The app facility is brilliant as I can see in real-time detailed notes from each visit which is very reassuring. Highly highly recommend Alina - A* service.
