We chose Alina care to provide extra help to mum and our family in January 2025. Mum was desperate to stay at home, however, as her dementia care needs increased Alina carers provided visits morning and evening. This helped relieve the pressure on family individuals providing care in the short term.
We found the communication app extremely useful as after each care visit we could read how mum was and whether any additional needs were identified. The staff ensured mum had a drink and snack before they left and spent time chatting to mum about her life.
Each time we contacted the office with requests for information on additional care packages the response was very prompt and extremely helpful.
Alina care provided a bridge to allow mum to stay home before she needed 24/7 support in a residential dementia care home and as a family we are grateful and would recommend Alina care.

The lovely carers and staff at Alina Care company are absolutely fantastic!


They go above and beyond to help and support our parents.
We have complete peace of mind knowing if there is a problem, or there any changes in my parents health we will know immediately ! As we all live some distance

away that is very reassuring.
They are wonderful trustworthy team helping to keep mum and dad safe and well.

Alina provided care for our mom from February 2024 until June 2025. They were also there to support our dad. All of the carers were professional in their approach but also kind, caring and supportive of Moms needs. She enjoyed the friendly chats whilst the carers were looking after her. Unfortunately
Mom has had to go into long term care as her needs changed but without the input from Alina I'm sure this would have happened earlier. I would not hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend their services.

Alina Care were first class with their care package for my mother. The staff were not only efficient in all areas but were also friendly and always went the 'extra mile' when needed. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alina Care to anyone. The only reason we stopped using Alina Care
was that my mother became too ill to be cared for any longer at home.

Alina Home care Bromsgrove have been brilliant we started with them in February/March 25 with just a couple of visits a week to start with and this then developed into 4 times a day in line with mums needs, they accommodated visits around her needs with efficiency and dignity from the admin office down
to the carers themselves and I must say the carers that have come in to help mum have been a credit to the company they have gone above and beyond in caring for mum and this has been very much appreciated. They have taken the time to have a chat whilst also caring to her needs. The app that they use also gives you the opportunity to see what is happening on that day, so you are always kept up to date. If you are looking for a care company, I would fully recommend Alina Home Care.

Alina Care went beyond their remit, showing dedication and compassion to my father in a difficult situation. Always cheerful, prompt and encouraging.
I felt they went the extra mile, always willing to make any changes to the plan we had asked for. I would recommend these caregivers.

My Mum needed some support from September 2024 until she went into a care home in November 2024. I called Alina Homecare in Bromsgrove as they were local and I had seen some very good reviews. From the start of the process of setting up the care package, the lady was exceptional. Mum was very resistant
to having any support in the first instance but she was very patient and kind, explaining everything clearly and answering questions. The aim was to enable Mum to stay in her home as long as possible. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before we did need to move her. During the couple of months Alina was supporting, we had to change the care plan quickly with no notice and they did this with efficiency and understanding. All the care staff were lovely and Mum enjoyed having them visit after only a couple of days. I would not hesitate to recommend Alina Homecare Bromsgrove to anyone whose elderly relative needs home support.

Can't praise this company enough. The carers are fantastic always going above and beyond what's required. They look after my dad and visit him twice a day and help with his care but more than that, they chat with him like a friend and not a client. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for home help.

After Mum had been discharged from the hospital she needed help at home, we made an appointment with Alina who came out to visit Mum in her home almost immediately. She often gets the same carer enabling her to build up a relationship and recognition. We have needed to change visits on a few occasions
and Alina has always been supportive of this. I would recommend it to others.

Having been with Alina for the past 4 years their care and support for Mum is absolutely brilliant. Fantastic staff, from the carers to the administration team, no issue is too big to assist you with.
They have staff available to advise you and help with any queries that may occur even after hours.

The Alina staff visit my mum 3 times a day for basic care needs, giving medication and providing food. Mum has dementia, but enjoys company and loves the carers having a chat with her. The carers provide a good service, and are kind and respectful.
Being able to see reports on the app and having a
copy of the rota are really helpful.

Alina Homecare looked after my mother after she was discharged from hospital after a fall. Mother broke her femur and needed care help at home as she did not regain the mobility she previously had. Alina helped with getting her up, personal care, meal preparation during the day and putting her to bed
in the evening. They also helped with personal hygiene and medication. The carers are very friendly and Mum always looked forward to seeing them for a friendly chat in addition to their duties. The Alina managers were very good at keeping myself and my brother informed of any issues arising, and indeed helped manage problems as we ourselves were over an hour away. So picking up emergency prescriptions and small tasks like that were much appreciated. They also kept an eye on my father casting a caring eye over him even though he was not their charge, and letting me know of any issues with him. Alina were with Mum right to the end and I can't thank them enough for their care and compassion.

Would recommend Alina without hesitation; They have looked after my disabled, housebound mother for several years now. The carers do everything from making her meals and attending to her hygiene needs to supervising her taking her medication.
Carers are friendly, and always have time for a chat. They
ensure she is comfortable and safe before leaving the house. The communication from the carers and management is excellent, letting me know if they have any issues or concerns.
I would like to thank the staff who came to care for Mom in the most professional and caring manner. They should be very proud of how they conduct themselves. She appreciates everything you do for her.

My brother looks forward to the carers coming each morning. They are always very pleasant, and they know what they have to do and get on with it. They have a laugh and joke with him, and it makes his day.

The assessment team carried this out promptly and efficiently. The carers were all lovely. They treated my husband with respect and gave every assistance possible. Would highly recommend the care staff to anyone.
Assessment team very good also, but found the finance team (HQ) not so amenable, especially
for those who do not use technology.

Dad is extremely happy with the care he is receiving. And very happy with the carers who make him laugh! Lovely to see him exchange with the carers. Feel Dad is in safe hands who look out for Dad. After having such a bad experience before Alina Homecare. Dad is a self-funder but not a man with plenty.
Unfortunately not able to discuss money with Dad so that is my only worry with the care!
