We are so pleased with the service provided by the team at Alina homecare Taunton. They support my Mother with great care and encourage her to be as independent as possible. Their flexibility and willingness to help at short notice has been amazing. Mum really enjoys the visits she has too. We would highly recommend Alina Taunton if you are looking for Care for a loved one.

Michael has been cared for in various degrees since returning from many times in hospital. He has always been happy with the care received and knew he was able to ask for any changes to his needs, the staff have always been happy and supportive to him. At this moment in time, his needs are much greater and his care has been exemplary. They show great care and kindness to him which he really appreciates

I also found that they were pretty prompt with their timings for their visits or if unexpectedly delayed we would get a call to let us know. they also came on a couple of occasions when he had unexpected extra needs (or I needed the extra help)

From the very first contact Alina has been very easy to deal with. They listen carefully and try very hard to complete all the tasks. My mother did not want carers but her view has now changed. She accepts the help she is given gratefully. Staff I have met are very professional, caring and efficient. My mother's health and quality of life have improved in the 4 months she has been receiving help from Alina.

Our experience of Alina Homecare Taunton has been entirely positive. The staff have been exceptional and we have complete confidence in the care they're providing to my husband's parents. They are kind, flexible and highly responsive. This is particularly important because we don't live locally and we sometimes need to organise extra help at very short notice. The app they provide access to is also very useful in keeping us updated on a daily basis. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alina Taunton to anyone looking for dedicated and well organised carers.

Exceptionally helpful and kind, always prepared to go above and beyond and happy to be called in an emergency, including for hospital admissions. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Have spent time getting to know Mum and Dad and would trust them to look after them in any situation. They have almost become members of the extended family.

My father had a spell in hospital earlier in the year and was having a live-in carer when he first came home. He was frail and had lost his confidence. When we had to then self-fund care, it was fortunate that we found Alina homecare. We met the manager and were immediately put at ease by her. Her and her team have done wonders for my father, he is living at home by himself and has the team visit him 4 times a day. He is treated with dignity, respect and humour, (he loves a bit of friendly banter) and at 91 he is able to stay in his own home with all his things around him. Myself and my brother are so pleased we chose Alina Homecare as our father has flourished, they all treat him as an individual and take time to get to know him which clearly makes a huge difference.
