I cannot recommend Alina Homecare highly enough. Without their help I don't know how we would have coped or that my father would still be able to remain in his own home. His needs deteriorated rapidly & my mother was unable to cope. Jane & Rachel stepped in at a moment's notice & we felt in capable
hands from the moment we called them. Their knowledge, care, and empathy has been second to none and now a month on, the quality of life for both of my parents and for the rest of the family is so much better than I ever thought possible. Every team member I have met has been truly excellent. My parents are also happy and get on well with the whole team. My Mum continues to comment on how different this is to what they experienced with a different company a few years ago after Mum had a brief illness. I would recommend anyone who thinks either they or a family member needs extra help to consider Alina Homecare - they clearly care about their clients and also their staff. Thank you.

Kind, caring and reliable

My father's health and mobility declined rapidly and very quickly.
Jane, Rachael and their Team's response to the situation was excellent and second to none. After an initial call and assessment an emergency care package for my father was in place within 48 hours.
The risk to him in the home was rapidly
minimised and a rapport built up with him and my mother so quickly through the fantastic interpersonal skills of the Team.
From looking at hospital admission my father has been enabled to remain at home with carefully tailored care and support.
I can not recommend Alina Homecare highly enough to any other family looking for a care provider.

Your dads case is so common during the winter months where mobility can rapidly decline due to hospital admissions, Dehydration from reduced fluids in the colder weather or even UTI's, all increasing the risks of falls.

As you know we carefully risk assessed to ensure your Dad was safe at all times and the continuity of staff allowed his confidence to increase and us see immediate results.

We love it so much when we can see the difference we make in not only the clients life but their families also.

Alina started providing care for our Mother in October 2025. They initially visited once a day but this has been extended to twice a day. We we receive great support from a friendly and professional team. Alina carers provide excellent care for our Mother and peace of mind for the family.

Alina care started providing care on 14th January 2026. The carer arrived on time dressed on appropriate uniform. She introduced herself clearly and concisely. For the first time in what seems like an age I was actually able to leave my wife in the care of someone I felt confident that she would be
cared for and kept safe and unlike other care organizations my wife actually had conversations with the carer. I am now confident enough and satisfied with this organization to actually increase the number of care sessions. I would so far without hesitation give Alina care service ten gold stars

Mums carers come twice a week they are very kind and friendly and make mum feel very safe when they come to help her shower
They have time to have a chat which is nice for her to be able to talk to someone different and about diffferent things they put towels in the washing machine and clear up the
bathroom and ask if she needs anything else done take down the rubbish it's nice to know she is in safe hands when I'm not there thank you

It is lovely to know that something as little as 30 minutes visits twice weekly can make such a difference and provide such reassurance.

So many clients are so fearful when mobilising alone, especially when showering in case they fall, Having someone there makes all the difference and allows the client to remain independent, and enjoy a natter too!

Have been using Alina Homecare Maidstone for my elderly mum for several months now. They have been very professional and accommodating right from the start and have supported us both as our homecare needs have increased. My mum has spoken highly of the kind and supportive carers we have had. We appreciate
their timeliness and the kind and friendly help and assistance they give. I particularly love the App as this gives a very detailed synopsis of each visit which you can access whilst the visit is in progress, which has helped ease my anxiety on a number of occassions now.
All in all, very happy with their service and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone elderly require help at home.

My father was struggling living at home by himself after a series of falls and things were just starting to slip-so we made the decision to get some carers in-just to pop in for 30 mins to an hour each day to check on him and assist with some of the domestic aspects that he was struggling with, hearing
aids, medication etc.. The team have been a god-send and my father had another fall recently. They found him and took care of him ensuring that not only did he get to the hospital okay, but packed everything he would need in hospital for the following days. I was abroad at the time and they were not only very communicative but also genuinely concerned. After that we now have them in twice a day and it has given us remarkable peace of mind-in addition to supporting us which has been a very frustrating at times. Absolutley brilliant-and a lovely team. Super professional.

Poppy and Marina and the team have been a godsend to my father. Nothing is ever too much trouble. When he recently had a fall, Poppy arranged for an ambulance, packed him some key belongings, followed him to the hospital, checked he was settled and liaised with both me and the hospital. Nothing is ever
too much trouble and they offer a level of care that is thorough and professional. On Dad's return home, they have ensured he is receiving both adequate care and nutrition. He is doing so much better with their regular care and it is great peace of mind for me and my brother to know the team are looking after him. Alina are also incredibly flexible and happy to tailor their service to Dad's requirements. Highly recommended personal service!

We have had Alina carers for a year now and have been very satisfied with the service provided.
All the carers have been kind and professional and willing to do anything asked of them.
They are very cheerful and we have nice and interesting chats each time they come.
Timekeeping is good and they
always let us know if they are delayed by traffic etc.
The office staff always attend promptly to anything that we have raised.
We would be happy to recommend Alina to anybody else.

It was very easy to deal with Alina Homecare. The person I dealt with arrived each day within the stated time slot, helped me get washed and dressed following my hip operation. She was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I have used a care at home package and I will be very happy to

Mum is a quiet, gentle mature lady and the carer is excellent and really understands her, mum is very happy with her personal care.

After calling round several care company's I came across Alina Homecare. Mums been having them for several months now and I'm 100% impressed. The manager and her team of girls have shown nothing but care, compassion and dignity to mum since they have been visiting. They are highly professional and
super friendly. Mum looks forward to there visits and like a cheeky laugh with them. Nothing seems to much trouble for these girls. The communication and app means I can check on mums call regularly. I would highly recommend this company my mum once said to be " there not good there excellent"

We can always rely on the Alina carers. They are attentive, hard working, empathetic, always happy to provide the best care possible. Time keeping is good. Carers are professional CQC registered. Office staff take on any concerned and work with the client to provide the best possible service. TheApp
is an excellent way of keeping in touch with the level of carer during each visit. The time recording and invoicing could be better as there is room for improvement however this is being addressed and I am sure it will improve in the coming months.
All in all, I would be happy to recommend purely for peace of mind and professional services to the client at all times.

I rang a few local care providers and selected Alina based on initial conversation with the manager who was the most upbeat and positive individual I spoke with.
I was looking for 24x7 care for my 93 year old mother who was struggling to recover from breaking a hip, both physically and mentally.
The
care requirement was for one week and at very short notice.
I subsequently met with the manager and her area manager who were both helpful, professional and understanding re the timescales and circumstances.
The actual carer allocated was very professional, engaged and positive. All friends and family (including Mum) were complimentary about her attitude, personality and contribution.
I spoke and met with her (carer) on a number of occasions to discuss progress and problems and was always reassured to know that all matters were being managed to my satisfaction.
I would have no hesitation recommending the service and people I dealt with from Alina

We hired Alina Homecare in February to ensure my mum was checked on twice day, given medication and given general company as she has dementia. The company within Tunbridge Wells had only just started but we were greeted with professionalism and a wonderful small but perfect care team. I could not have
asked for more. The one and only reason we no longer use the team is because mum had to go into a residential care home due to her deteriorating condition but will be forever grateful to this brilliant caring team to enable my mum to stay in her own home for as long as possible. I can highly recommend there services.

From the initial home visit assessment by the Alina Manager to discuss home care needs for my wife everything was explained very clearly and I felt at ease straight away. When the home care started the carer arrived on the times arranged and carried out her work in a very professional way. A friendly
person who my wife took a liking to immediately .It has been very difficult at times caring for my wife for 2 & half years who suffers with Vascular Dementia but now that Alina have taken on morning home care it has made so much difference to both our lives. A big thank you to Alina Maidstone

All of the staff that care for my Mother have been kind and compassionate, listening carefully and always respectful towards her. She was very nervous about having personal care but all tasks have been carried out with discretion. Two ladies have been particularly sensitive to her needs whether they
be small or of a more complex nature. The efficient service behind the carers is also worthy of praise. Good time keeping, reliability and a willingness to help has been excellent.
