Funding & Fees

We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

We can always rely on the Alina carers. They are attentive, hard working, empathetic, always happy to provide the best care possible. Time keeping is good. Carers are professional CQC registered. Office staff take on any concerned and work with the client to provide the best possible service. TheApp
is an excellent way of keeping in touch with the level of carer during each visit. The time recording and invoicing could be better as there is room for improvement however this is being addressed and I am sure it will improve in the coming months.
All in all, I would be happy to recommend purely for peace of mind and professional services to the client at all times.

From the initial home visit assessment by the Alina Manager to discuss home care needs for my wife everything was explained very clearly and I felt at ease straight away. When the home care started the carer arrived on the times arranged and carried out her work in a very professional way. A friendly
person who my wife took a liking to immediately .It has been very difficult at times caring for my wife for 2 & half years who suffers with Vascular Dementia but now that Alina have taken on morning home care it has made so much difference to both our lives. A big thank you to Alina Maidstone

All of the staff that care for my Mother have been kind and compassionate, listening carefully and always respectful towards her. She was very nervous about having personal care but all tasks have been carried out with discretion. Two ladies have been particularly sensitive to her needs whether they
be small or of a more complex nature. The efficient service behind the carers is also worthy of praise. Good time keeping, reliability and a willingness to help has been excellent.

The careers are always polite and kind with my mother and will always do her little jobs to help her around the house and are more than happy to just talk and listen to her. She always looks forward to the visits.

My wife inconveniently lost her previous carer just over a week before going into booked respite care. Alina Homecare readily agreed to fill the gap despite the possibility that this would not resume when respite care ended.
Support was provided within 24 hours, for which we were extremely grateful.

The carers have invariably been conscientious, considerate, kind, friendly, caring and concerned for my welfare. They always make sure there is nothing further I need before they leave.

We have used Alina Homecare over the last two months to support our elderly mother. She was discharged from a five-week stay in hospital where she had been recovering from a broken pelvis. Her mobility and confidence had both been badly affected and the thought of resuming life at home alone was daunting;
in fact, it would not have been possible without Alina Homecare. From initial phone call enquiries to home visits and assessments and then the ensuing care provided, Alina have been excellent communicators with us (her children) and with Mum herself. They have shown great care and sensitivity regarding her care and offer a flexible package of care that suits Mum very well. They are professional at all times, allowing us to feel confident that Mum is being well looked after and her needs met. We recommend Alina Homecare to others with confidence.
