I honestly don't know what I would do without the lovely team at Alina - they have provided invaluable support, companionship and practical help.

Following my father's stroke in January, which significantly affected his memory and cognitive abilities, followed by several months in hospital recovering, we were fortunate to have the support of Alina in our home. The carers treated him with kindness, patience, and dignity. They provided excellent care, were reliable and professional, and took the time to understand his individual needs. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care for a loved one.

Supportive and responsive office, with many carers providing sensitive care, and one exceptional carer. Recently a lot of new carers who don't always seem to check the tasks. Person receiving care is unable sometimes to state needs.

We have really appreciated the care we have received from Sally and her carers following my Dad's traumatic fall a few weeks ago. They were there from the start to help him out of hospital and into his home where he was so much more comfortable. The carers are just wonderful - we really can't praise them enough and so well suited to his needs. He has made an amazing recovery at 92 years. We thank you for making it possible for him to continue his recovery at home now and we really do appreciate your kindness. A truly wonderful service and we feel so supported. Thank you.

We been using home care for a year now.to help care for our dad who has parkinsons.We are so happy to have them in our lives .its so reasuring to know that the carers are going into see dad whilst we are at work and helping our mum who is hes main carer.we really appriciate there help and support

It has been a great relief to have the support of the Alina carers. They are reliable and kind and have proved flexible about meeting our care needs at any one time. We have found them responsive, cheerful and chatty, so that, as well as the practical help they provide, we are also able to have stimulating conversations, which is really important now that our ability to get out has been curtailed. The manager has been sensitive to our needs and has gone out of her way to check that all is going well. I would recommend them to anyone seeking care and support.

Alina Home Care have been absolutely fantastic in providing care for our dad who has dementia and also developed a high level of physical care needs. Right from the start the carers and managers have been very responsive and flexible to his changing needs and sometimes challenging behaviour. They took the time to really get to know dad and build great relationships with him. They are very professional, but also always really caring and kind. It was easy to contact them and they were brilliant at keeping us up to date throughout the day via their app. When dad became very poorly Alina enabled him to stay at home for as long as he could. The managers and carers really went above and beyond to support dad and us. We couldn't have managed without their unfailing kindness, calmness and cheerfulness.

Alina Homecare have listened with great patience and understanding to respond to the wishes and needs to help to support my elderly relative to receive care.The feedback we receive is especially helpful to keep us informed in how to plan for the future.

Alina Care looked after my Aunt for approximately 2 years and proved to be reliable, caring and capable in looking after my Aunt's needs. For the last 18 months of her life they were providing care for 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. They made her comfortable and always responded well to feedback. Since Alina carers have been attending my mother, who has Dementia, they have made everyday life that much easier for me to cope with. Alina have been very responsive with changes to timing of care visits and additional visits to cover hospital appointments.
