We been using home care for a year now.to help care for our dad who has parkinsons.We are so happy to have them in our lives .its so reasuring to know that the carers are going into see dad whilst we are at work and helping our mum who is hes main carer.we really appriciate there help and support

The carers I have met have been kind, considerate and had my dad at the forefront of their minds
They are all punctual, have ID and considerate to the fact my dad is recently bereaved
My dad is physically independent and a little stubborn but they take the time to share tasks like washing/ drying up
to chat
He lacks capacity and insight but they understand how frustrating this is for him
This has been a very difficult time for us as a family and the carers have certainly helped to ease our ongoing burden

Alina have provided wonderful carers on a continuous basis over a three year period for my mother who is very immobile and required increasing care to remain independent and at home. I could not recommend Alina more highly.

Alina Home Care service accommodated my needs all through December 2025 & January 2026.
Due to being in hospital unexpectedly on a couple of occasions, I required extra care when coming home, the company has been amazing at providing this with no problem. I cannot say enough about my carers, their
friendliness & kindness have made them such special friends.They have the experience too cover all aspects of caring including cleaning if needed but more important to take me out to appointments etc if required. I always look forward to them coming, Their special gift is to talk, this is so reassuring.
Due to my health problems, Alina Home Care will be a permanent relationship for my future.

It has been a great relief to have the support of the Alina carers. They are reliable and kind and have proved flexible about meeting our care needs at any one time. We have found them responsive, cheerful and chatty, so that, as well as the practical help they provide, we are also able to have stimulating
conversations, which is really important now that our ability to get out has been curtailed. The manager has been sensitive to our needs and has gone out of her way to check that all is going well. I would recommend them to anyone seeking care and support.

Alina Home Care have been absolutely fantastic in providing care for our dad who has dementia and also developed a high level of physical care needs. Right from the start the carers and managers have been very responsive and flexible to his changing needs and sometimes challenging behaviour. They took
the time to really get to know dad and build great relationships with him. They are very professional, but also always really caring and kind. It was easy to contact them and they were brilliant at keeping us up to date throughout the day via their app. When dad became very poorly Alina enabled him to stay at home for as long as he could. The managers and carers really went above and beyond to support dad and us. We couldn't have managed without their unfailing kindness, calmness and cheerfulness.

The care from Alina was great at keeping mum stimulated and happy.
The carers were all really kind and chatty. They took mum out for walks and activities and she made positive relationships with them.
They ensured mum had eaten and sometimes did some cleaning.
Although she may sometimes have said
she didn't want anyone coming round, she enjoyed the visits and they ensured she had regular routines. They were skilled at distracting her from her dementia hallucinations and generally managed to move her on from feelings of distress or confusion.
They came on time and were responsive to last minute changes.

Alina Care looked after my Aunt for approximately 2 years and proved to be reliable, caring and capable in looking after my Aunt's needs. For the last 18 months of her life they were providing care for 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. They made her comfortable and always responded well to feedback. I
would highly recommend Alina Care to others requiring personal care for a relative.

Alina arranged live in carers for my Aunt over approximately two years.
The majority of selected carers had excellent professional and personal skills, particularily as her needs became more demanding and complex.
Any concerns relating to her care was dealt with quickly. Communication between myself
and the Managers was very good.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
One particular carer delivered outstanding care to my Aunt which I communicated to her Managers.

Since Alina carers have been attending my mother, who has Dementia, they have made everyday life that much easier for me to cope with. As her daughter I would like to thank the team who visit mum, who at times can be difficult, due to her condition, but they handle all situations without question.

Alina have been very responsive with changes to timing of care visits and additional visits to cover hospital appointments.
The carers are all appreciated and provide companionship. The manager at Alina North Bristol is especially helpful and responsive.

The care given to Mum has been reliable, predictable, caring and friendly from the start, so Mum has felt comfortable and listened to. She has been treated with dignity, kindness and understanding. The continuity of care has been really important and Mum loves her carer, looks forward to the visits,
feels good afterwards. Mum has a renewed zest after the visits. As Mum's carer, I felt great peace of mind once we started with Alina care. The daily reports are helpful and detailed, assisting me with meeting Mum's ongoing needs or informing me about an issue I was unaware of, eg contacting the GP using a photograph. Communication between myself and all carers has been excellent, and I believe this has deepened the overall care Mum receives. The care Mum has received from Alina is both physical and emotional, as there is always kindness and time for a chat. Mum feels safe, and so do I. Thank you.

I'm very housebound nowadays. So occasional outings to meet up with friends and visit beautiful places are a real treat for me.
I went out with my carer from Alina care north Bristol driving us to meet one of my friends and watch a lovely entertainment in the garden of a very old house. It was a
lovely afternoon, with sunshine, good company, music, talk, dancing and ,of course, lovely cakes and drinks made by the Country market ladies.. My Alina carer was helpful throughout and a good driver. I would not have been able to go out without her help.

Alina care stepped in and helped us when were were desperate caring for my dad at the end of his life. Everything took so long to kick in with the NHS care system and my dad was deteriorating faster than we could cope. Every contact with the manager at Alina care was so reassuring. The team acted fast
and were so kind and understanding. We really appreciated their compassion when life was at its hardest. Thank you to everyone.
