Right from the start my first contact with Dean was reassuring and he would sort out any issues we had.So Mother is 94 with acute knee pain so has started to struggle of late with day to day basic tasks.Had a lovely meeting with Rebecca to assess the situation and within days had a plan sorted.All

carers to date have been excellent ,Mother really happy as it's a whole new experience for her.With the app as well which I find great is updated immediately on leaving [how have they got the time!!] I am around at the moment but when I'm working puts your mind at ease that everything is under control,cared for and sorted many thanks regards

Overall Experience

Since my fathers diagnosis for Parkinsonism, he has slowly deteriorated and now requires help to get washed, dressed & fed and requires help taking his meds as I am unable to live in with him 24/7 (at present).
My fathers physical symptoms can be challenging at times but the carers are professional

and kind to him and I wouldn't
be able to cope without Alina care as I am struggling emotionally and find my fathers experience extremely stressful & upsetting being an only child.
I have come to understand Dean as an approachable and friendly person who will endeavour to help and out my mind at ease.

Overall Experience

Mum has had care from Alina for a couple of years, recently mum has been in hospital and Alina has been great at supporting mum on her return home. All of the carers provide mum with the care she needs with kindness and a smile. We are grateful to the manager and office staff for their help in adapting

the care provided to meet mum's changing needs and to all the visiting staff who really do provide care and often go the extra mile to support mum.

From my first contacts with the manager Dean I was hopeful I'd found a reliable solution to my very elderly Mum' s care needs. Dean was professional, responsive and flexible from the start. The carers themselves have reinforced this confudence with their kindness and sensitivity to my mum's desire

to be independent despite her considerable limitations, their attention to small details and their efficiency. Even in the first two weeks this has included flagging issues and concerns to the manager and myself. I am seriously impressed and very grateful for the care provided.

Overall Experience

So im 45 and very very independent, however I have had a few surgical procedures on my left leg and my mobility is bad. After suffering from sepsis in March I was offered care and accepted. Aline took over about 8 weeks ago now

and wow what amazing people. Had visits and calls from the owner and his fabulous team all the way through the process as I was extremely nervous due to my fierce independence. The care staff are just fantastic every single one of them I have met genuinely care. They took the time to have a conversation and find out my challenges. I cant say enough good things about the care team. A few going above and beyond to make my days happier and easier. Genuinely a company that really does care. Thank you all so very much

I have recently arranged for my mother in law to have a shower once a week with Alina carers.she is so happy with the care she has been receiving and looks forward to her next visit every week. Alina stepped in at very short notice and arranged her first visit within a couple of days. I was amazed it

could be done so quickly. Alina make her feel comfortable in a very personal situation which she was nervous of to start with. The carers have been amazing.

Overall Experience

By the very nature of their care to our mum/ mum-in-law the Alina team in Salisbury gave our family total confidence about mum being in really good hands during her daily visits as we all live a fair distance away. The notes were always robust and informative and the senior managers held phone calls

with us if discussion was warranted so that we could follow up any respective dialogue with Mum. On many occasions the staff went the "extra mile" particularly in some challenging circumstances and also when Mum had to have some hospital visits in the latter section of her care package (flexing or extending visits on some occasions)
Mum certainly mentioned regularly about her "favourite" carers and we know that the team always adapted their care to suit Mum's wishes and requests, they were kind, patient and responsive (with a direct but polite approach if necessary)

From the first day that my husband came home from hospital the girls friendly and cheerful care was everything my husband needed. The girls were always confident and caring which put my mind to rest when leaving them to look after my husband.
I am sure that due to their great care it helped towards

my husband's much faster than expected recovery.

I never thought my mum would accept carers in her home after the negative experience we had when she came out of hospital last year.
I sought recommendations from 2 separate sources for carers and both independently said Alina were absolutely superb.
They were not wrong, after just 5 days I went

abroad as planned and after 3 days we agreed mum needed to go into hospital. They helped me out and were on hand to restart care on her discharge 2 days later.
I receive daily reports and if there is an issue or a concern, they always call for clarity or awareness.
They have stayed longer than the scheduled time as they truly care for my mum.
I have TOTAL trust in them and mum looks forward to her twice daily visits which I never thought would happen.
The manager and his team are excellent, great communicators but most importantly they genuinely care. I cannot thank them enough and NOTHING is too much to do even when mum is challenging when she is confused.
Thoroughly recommend. 5 Gold Stars.

This is the second time we have needed Alina Homecare to support our mother. We all have absolute confidence in the organisation based on our previous experience. It'starts with the management team. Thank you to the staff for working with us and finding the best way to help our mother. Then the team

of ladies in the care team. All 100 % professional. They make our mother feel so safe and supported. Always courteous and thorough with whatever the requirements of the visit are and above all thoroughly lovely people. Due to our mother's age and ongoing physical challenges we know we can call on them again to support her and us as we work things out.

My partner has daily visits to assist with washing and dressing following a serious accident earlier in the year. The carers who visit him are kind, courteous and professional and despite the difference in ages and background communicate very well with him. They are all 5* and turn up on time. I cannot

Having Alina come to the home for my mum has been a godsend. They have always been extremely supportive, friendly and understanding of my mum's needs. Being alone has been difficult for her so these visits have cheered her up and she feels safe too. Looking forward to the carers now taking her out occasionally

I cannot recommend the manager and the team at Alina Devizes enough. I never thought that my mother would accept carers, but she did. Initially, she tried reducing the number of visits, but she ended up requesting an increase, largely because she enjoyed their company. This is down to the effort that

went into understanding my mother's needs and then in finding two carers who were perfect in supporting her. Thank you again.

Overall Experience

My cousin fell in her home and due to the poor service of the NHS ambulance, she was left on the floor for 22 hours. Alina care stayed with her until the ambulance eventually arrived and kept her as comfortable as possible,
Whilst in hospital my cousin suffered from delirium and would not let the hospital

staff attend to her needs but the Alina staff visited her and she allowed them to wash, change and feed her.
We have been very grateful for the care they have shown to my cousin.

I have been using Alina Homecare since November to assist me in the mornings with help to get my mother up, carry out personal care duties and assist with getting her dressed.
All carers have been fantastic, friendly and go above and beyond their call of duty. Communication has been second to none,

with several courtesy calls to check I am happy with everything. Schedules and rotas are given well in advance which is great to be able to make plans around and the office has been more than accommodating if a time of visit needs changing.
I would certainly recommend their services to others, professional, prompt and a lovely group of caring individuals who go out of their way to make Mum feel special and important.

We started working with Alina a few months ago when we realised my mum needed more help in her home and importantly more company as she was really struggling with living alone.
From the very first interaction with the lady in the Trowbridge office, the whole experience has been absolutely first-class.

She quickly understood the sort of help my mum needed and worked with me to put a thoughtful and practical care plan into place very quickly. The documentation to support the care plan was the first important step - this was comprehensive and professional and was executed with minimal fuss and excellent support.
Since getting Mum's care plan in place she and her team have been extremely flexible and adaptable, responding to our many requests. They have also highlighted where they have concerns and made suggestions as to where extra help can be provided in the future. Having the Alina team helping my Mum has been a huge relief to me and a great comfort to Mum.
