We have had an exceptional service from Alina Homecare from when we first began using the service about 18 months ago. Initially carer's would come and visit my Mum, who has early onset Dementia, particularly to keep eyes on her taking her medication and also to help around the house. It gave us as children peace of mind and Mum enjoyed meeting each of the exceptional carers, who regularly would go above and beyond. Over the last 3 months our Dad has become increasingly confused, leading to a sudden need for 24/7 care. Alina organised this in a week, which was exceptionally fast and we will also be grateful to them. The last few weeks have become increasingly chaotic and carers have called GPs, paramedics, pharmacies on our behalf and at just the right moments. The app is an easy to use platform that keeps us up to date with our parent's care, enabling us to plan ahead. We could not recommend Alina and their care more highly... thank you all.

Alina supports my mum. They are gentle and calm and treat my mum with such dignity, it is hard for her to accept she needs care, and they are compassionate and respectful. They gently get on with what they can see she needs. They have made me feel so much less alone and responsible in my caring role and communicate well, sharing really helpful information through the app and over the phone with me.

The carers have provided excellent support, being very kind and trustworthy. Their flexibility in responding to changing needs has very much been appreciated.

The care and kindness my father is receiving is exceptional. After contacting Alina Homecare, lovely Karen came to meet my father and assess his needs very quickly and the following week his live in carer arrived. It was a huge jump of faith over our family because we've had visiting carers up to now. Our wonderful carer is highly experienced, spotlessly hygienic, kind, funny, she emanates warmth and has made my bedridden father and us, very happy.

I would not hesitate to recommend Alina to anyone who needs homecare for a loved one.

Alina have been incredible over the past 2 years with a close family friend. She was desperate to stay at home and their care, attentiveness and compassion have allowed her to do so for as long as possible. Nothing was ever too much for any carer who went to visit her and we could not have wished for a better experience with a care company. The exemplary service didn't stop with those who physically visited Ruth - the support Dean from the main office provided was invaluable. This is a care agency that truly cares deeply about every individual and we could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you everyone at Alina for all you have done for us.

This has proved a very important part of our lives since then and we are still continuing .We have found the carers efficient ,congenial and have provided a good service.

Alina Homecare have been amazing. They have really taken the time to understand our needs and to connect and build a relationship with my parents. My Dad has complex dementia and can get angry and agitated, because of this Alina have used experienced carers who know how to deal with the situation and can calm Dad and get the best out of him. I really feel like the care is personalised to him and the carers also provide emotional support to my Mum who is my Dad's carer but struggling to cope. I really recommend Alina home care, it has taken some of the pressure off of the rest of the family who are all trying to manage my Dad's ever changing care needs.

Right from the start my first contact with Dean was reassuring and he would sort out any issues we had.So Mother is 94 with acute knee pain so has started to struggle of late with day to day basic tasks.Had a lovely meeting with Rebecca to assess the situation and within days had a plan sorted.All carers to date have been excellent ,Mother really happy as it's a whole new experience for her.With the app as well which I find great is updated immediately on leaving [how have they got the time!!] I am around at the moment but when I'm working puts your mind at ease that everything is under control,cared for and sorted many thanks regards

Mum has had care from Alina for a couple of years, recently mum has been in hospital and Alina has been great at supporting mum on her return home. All of the carers provide mum with the care she needs with kindness and a smile. We are grateful to the manager and office staff for their help in adapting the care provided to meet mum's changing needs and to all the visiting staff who really do provide care and often go the extra mile to support mum.

From my first contacts with the manager Dean I was hopeful I'd found a reliable solution to my very elderly Mum' s care needs. Dean was professional, responsive and flexible from the start. The carers themselves have reinforced this confudence with their kindness and sensitivity to my mum's desire to be independent despite her considerable limitations, their attention to small details and their efficiency. Even in the first two weeks this has included flagging issues and concerns to the manager and myself. I am seriously impressed and very grateful for the care provided.

Alina took over about 8 weeks ago now and wow what amazing people. Had visits and calls from the owner and his fabulous team all the way through the process as I was extremely nervous due to my fierce independence. The care staff are just fantastic every single one of them I have met genuinely care. They took the time to have a conversation and find out my challenges. I cant say enough good things about the care team. A few going above and beyond to make my days happier and easier. Genuinely a company that really does care. Thank you all so very much

I have recently arranged for my mother in law to have a shower once a week with Alina carers.she is so happy with the care she has been receiving and looks forward to her next visit every week. Alina stepped in at very short notice and arranged her first visit within a couple of days. I was amazed it could be done so quickly. Alina make her feel comfortable in a very personal situation which she was nervous of to start with. The carers have been amazing.
