The care and kindness my father is receiving is exceptional. After contacting Alina Homecare, lovely Karen came to meet my father and assess his needs very quickly and the following week his live in carer arrived. It was a huge jump of faith over our family because we've had visiting carers up to now. Our wonderful carer is highly experienced, spotlessly hygienic, kind, funny, she emanates warmth and has made my bedridden father and us, very happy.

This has proved a very important part of our lives since then and we are still continuing .We have found the carers efficient ,congenial and have provided a good service.

All the carers have been friendly, competent and caring.

I am really happy with my carer. She's very kind, gentle and above anything very caring. She's always on time. Apart from once when she was ill and informed the office of this. They (the office) were meant to inform me of this and that another carer would call but I had no phone call, therefore I got myself dressed etc. Sometime later a carer did call but I could not face getting undressed/dressed again. Although the carer did visit I was still charged for the visit. Was this an office blip as if I'd had a phone call to inform me that my carer was sick but someone would be calling I'd have been prepared.

I am very happy with the service. The carers arrive as promised and are very helpful with numerous things around the house. The office staff have been very helpful and have always answered any questions I have asked.

Management have always responded to changes and additional requests even if email communication is a little inconsistent at times. Overall, they are doing their best to provide a quality service.

I am writing as the wife of the client. My husband is satisfied with the care he receives from the carers. They all have accepted what he prefers, i.e a wash at the basin and he is satisfied. They periodically ask if he wants a shower but the answer is always the same - no - and they respect his wishes. For me the carers are a great help because I am also elderly (83 years old) and he is 95. It allows me more time to do the usual tasks a home requires. All the carers are pleasant and skilled in their task. They bring a routine to the day and their visit is welcomed, always. And my husband is more relaxed afterwards.

All carers have been cheerful and helpful and the short time I've had them has been a joy. Excellent service, well done, I will recommend anyone who needs care in their own home, if only for a short period, Alina Homecare is the one.

All staff provided are excellent and well trained. Some are more proficient than others but that is always, it would be better if continuity with personnel was more consistent as my wife has difficulty with her memory.

Alina Homecare has been excellent at caring for my husband. The carers are always cheerful and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They put my husband at ease, and he enjoys chatting with them. The branch manager is most helpful and understands the many problems and needs my husband has. The team are highly recommended and delivers excellent care.

Care is carried out daily with attention to detail and find them most helpful doing little jobs around the house such as changing my bed clothes.

Alina Care have delivered an extremely high standard of personal care to my mother. The process of engaging them was simple efficient and was patient centred. They took into account personal preferences alongside care needs. They communicated well with the family in some difficult situations and the carers if the need arose willingly extended their stay until additional help arrived. The carers were a mixture of ages and were always polite kind and happy to chat, they also engaged with family when they were present. They demonstrated an interest in the patients and had a good knowledge of managing care like adequate hydration, nutrition, and personal care. They recorded any unusual findings contemporaneously ensuring managers and family were aware. Managers were hands on and very aware of any changes in clients health and care needs responding effectively in an emergency. Fabulous team would come highly recommended and from work and personal experience they deliver exceptional care.

Alina Carers were both carers and friendly faces over the past year. They gave everyone confidence that my relative was supported and happy. Alina were excellent at communicating with relatives and super quick at responding to any questions or practical challenges.

Having had a previous poor experience with another company I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alina for a very reliable, professional and caring level of service.

The main criteria for my neighbour was someone who she could understand with good use of English and a female carer at all times. This has been always the case and we have no complaints or considerations at all.

Alina Homecare have been very reliable, punctual and willing to do anything they can to help in the time they are with us. We have had the change the calendar around quite a bit, but they have always been able to adapt with us - sometimes at very short notice. The care provided has been professional, whilst friendly and they have got on very well with our other carers.

The visiting staff are all highly professional carers, extremely kind, caring, and delightful people who always provided first-class support with significant skill and empathy. The office is very efficient with good communications and excellent flexibility in absorbing short and long-term changes to ensure our support is always there. All in all a truly caring agency, who take a great weight off my mind.

As one carer was leaving her face mask slipped and I received a beautiful smile. They all enjoy helping and would do more for me if I asked. I try to be as independent as possible!
