The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

The team at Alina Homecare have enabled our family members to breathe again. We have been struggling with care requirements for a while, and as soon as we were visited by their manager we knew they could help. Professional, courteous, empathetic, and caring - not just to mum's needs, but to the family
as a whole. The level of flexibility they offer is of a very high standard - nothing is too much trouble. We are continuing with their services and would recommend Alina Homecare to any family in our position. Thank you.

I am a full-time carer for my husband and am able to have 4 hours of companion care for my husband so that I can have time to go out to fulfil commitments, go shopping or for a walk. This time will get even better when lockdown ends and I will be able to socialise with my friends. We have a lovely companion
and we both look forward to her visits. She has taken time to listen to him and they talk together. I often hear animated conversation and laughter when I come back from my walk. I know that if my husband needs a drink or a snack that he will be well provided for. He loves to go out in his wheelchair for a walk. I am grateful to Alina for providing continuity by having the same companion each time and all the time and the care taken to match the package to our needs. This has made a big difference to both our lives.

I have received two care visits a day from Alina Homecare staff since September 2019. I have been delighted at how friendly, helpful and considerate all their staff have been whilst still being professional. It is reassuring to know that when a new carer attends, she will continue to deliver the same,
high-quality care as the existing carers.

Because of the pandemic after 10 months in lockdown mother was adamant at 100 years old, she wanted to come home. My friend recommended Alina Homecare. They were so helpful, compassionate and very willing to make a difference. Their caring and thoughtfulness of all her needs, they go the extra mile,

My elderly mother has been receiving care from Alina Homecare for the past month or so, and I have been so impressed by the service provided.
The Carers are all lovely - very caring and professional. They give time and care and a listening ear, and although inevitably there is a time pressure, they
never give the impression of having to hurry the client. They have taken the time to really get to know her as a person and not just as someone who needs care.
I have really appreciated the continuity of care with just having three or four main carers rather than a different person each day. They all show patience and understanding of my mother’s needs.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Alina Home Care.

When offered respite care for my husband after months of sole care, I felt somewhat reluctant to accept help from relative strangers, but my experience couldn’t have been better. Time was taken to establish our unique circumstances and tailor a support package that comprehensively not only matched our
needs but surpassed any expectations. From the outset, a carer was selected with the qualities and personality to ease any concerns we may have had. Our carer is incredibly hard-working, consistent and reliable. Each week she returns like a breath of fresh air and offers four hours of hands-on love and support I never dreamed possible. Just knowing that I have time to meet a friend, attend an appointment or spend the valued commodity of time any way I please, has made such a big difference to this ongoing situation. From ironing, cleaning, gardening, to walking the dog to help my husband’s rehabilitation, nothing seems beyond our Carer's willingness to make a difference.

Alina Homecare Salisbury provides superlative care with individuals who fulfil the brief of 'carers'. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are kind, compassionate and very thoughtful indeed. I am in the fortunate position of knowing that my mother has the best care that it is possible to have.

It was a big step for my mum to finally accept that she needed some help in her home and at 86, it was natural for her to have worries and concerns about this decision. However the team at Alina have been brilliant.
With the Coronavirus pandemic preventing us visiting, Alina have gone above and beyond
and we can't thank the manager and her team enough for organising everything for Mum while we can't be there.
From our perspective, mum's two sons, Alina Homecare coming in to support our mother has been seamless. Communication has been very easy with quick responses to our questions, queries and requests with them being totally flexible when we've needed to update mum's care.
Mum wants to stay in her home for as long as possible. Alina Homecare has now made this a much more realistic option. Both my brother and I have had a great worry lifted from us with the introduction of Alina into our mother's life. Thank you and well done to the Alina Homecare team, great job!

If there was a 20/10 I would give it to the team who care for my father. The compassion and care that they provide for him is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they all go that extra mile. It is peace of mind for me and my father cannot speak highly enough of the team.

I have been cared for by different members of staff and they have all been professional, friendly and kind. The office have been very good about contacting me with any changes of time of visits and very helpful in arranging alternative times to fit in with hospital appointments. Staff have been willing
and able to deal with issues e.g. problems with dressings and drainage bags, that have arisen and taken extra time when needed.

My father was hesitant about having carers but the staff at Alina Homecare soon put him at ease and he now looks forward to their visits. They have cared for him well and know his needs and requirements. They help me immediately with keeping him and his clothes clean and changed regularly. They are
always willing to do more visits when I am away or unable to get to him. I am hoping to increase the care they do in the near future.
