Please can I pass on our sincere thanks to all the Alina team for all their help with Mum. She enjoyed their visits and the care shown to her has been excellent. In particular thanks for the recent overnight stays and for organising all of Mum's moving out bags. It was so helpful to be able to focus on getting her comfortable with all the packing already done.

We were very lucky with Alina as they are literally the first care company we called for some emergency help. The team have all been fantastic and dad really appreciated his team and misses them now he is in care. They all went the extra mile when needed. Head office staff great too. We would thoroughly recommend.

I am well satisfied with the care I receive from Alina care girls. Not so happy about being charged for care when taken to hospital in an emergency. One cannot help that.

Without exception, the carers who came to assist me after my hip replacement were kind,caring, and very aware of my limitations following a total hip replacement. They were interested in my progress, and were always happy to do whatever we asked. Things like changing the bed sheets, preparing veggies for our meal and making us both a hot drink

I am so impressed with the service my mum receives from Alina Homecare. From making my initial enquiry looking for care for my mum, the office team were very responsive and came out immediately to assess my mum and her care needs. My mum was hesitant to having carers but their warm, kind and friendly approach made my mum and our family feel reassured and comfortable with having carers in place. Every essential detail was discussed during the assessment and her care package was quickly put into place. My mum now looks forward to the carers visiting and the office are always there to help if we ever need anything. The app is very useful too and gives me peace of mind if I am away. Our Dad passed away on July 5th at 4am. He had Vascular Dementia. During the proceeding 14 days Alina were instrumental in supporting us by supplying professional Carers on a daily basis & one full time Carer.

Each and everyone of them were wonderfully empathetic, caring, understanding, professional and thoughtful.

From the first meeting with the manager to describe my dad's condition and plan what help was required I knew he would be looked after and so he was.

The App was very useful to see what had happened after each visit. Almost on a daily basis things changed as as they changed the manager managed the requests with calm professionalism.

I would like to thank another staff member for helping my dad through his final days and all of the Carers who looked after him.

When my sister & I acknowledged that it was time that our lovely Mum needed extra support that we weren't always able to give we had the unenviable task of having to seek out a care provider. As luck would have it my sister found Alina Care & we had a meeting at their offices in Hemel Hempstead. From the get-go we realised they understood our needs & requirements & were flexible to adapt to those needs as & when required. I cannot enthuse enough about the quality of care & all the carers became friends & Mum felt that about them too. Consistently on time, always well attired & delightful caring people- all of them. We were never fobbed off with a revolving door of different faces & the app kept my sister & I fully informed about each visit which became a massive comfort to us. Whilst Mum has now gone into respite care , Alina were the perfect support when needed & can't thank them enough for all they did for Mum

Alina helped keep my Dad safe in his own flat. The carers were flexible and friendly and the whole service was very responsive. Dad was seen by no more than two or three carers - and most of the time the same one each week - so they were familiar to him even though his short term memory is not so good these days. The app they use is terrific. The carers use it to record what they had done at each session and this helped me to keep an eye on Dad's care even though I live a three hour drive away. They cost a bit more than some of the other care organisations I looked at but I thought it was worth it for peace of mind.

I am very impressed with Alina Homecare and would recommend them to anyone seeking support for an elderly parent or relative.

I can't fault the service provided by Alina Homecare. The staff are always punctual, polite and very efficient. The staff always arrive at their allocated time enabling me to plan my day. Staff are very attentive and always pay attention to detail and are very gentle when carrying out their chores.

The care that I am receiving from your lovely team is exemplary. All the girls are so kind and totally professional. They are attentive to all my needs and carry out each task with the utmost gentleness and care. I cannot praise them highly enough. I know that I am in safe hands. Well done to everyone!

Mum has had different carers coming in but each one has shown they are aware of her personal needs before arriving and carry out the requested tasks efficiently, professionally and consistently to each other but most importantly in a friendly manner. This has enabled mum to feel comfortable with each carer and allowed her to ease into a very new concept extremely quickly.
