that she is coping as well. If they finish their tasks before their time slot is up they will sit and chat which I think makes this care company just the best. I don't live near my parents but knowing they are going in twice a day has taken a big weight off my shoulders as I know that twice a day they will see someone and if there are any concerns they will be delt with. Every visit is logged onto a sight that I can read daily to see how my parents day has been which makes me feel like I'm seeming them too.

Felicity was amazing support and really took the best care of Mum with the continued support of the Claudia and Danny we never felt alone in what was a difficult time, with mums ever increasing needs.

email. I received a reply right away. I had plans to come to visit in late November and thought while I was there, I would interview a few places. The 2nd day I was there I had to rush my godfather to the A&E. Turns out he had pneumonia. The first thing I did was call the manager and Alina Homecare. In 2 days, we met, got a schedule started and all the paperwork was done and he was being cared for. I can't tell you how relieved I felt when I flew back from the UK to go home. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing home healthcare. They are kind, knowledgeable and really lovely people. They keep in touch and give him much-needed help and company.

The company appears well structured and well-led, filtering down to the friendly and efficient local office and visiting care workers. Communication and response to changing circumstances are excellent. I am happy that my mother is well looked after by a reliable provider I have no hesitation in recommending.
