Overall Experience

We have been using Alina Care since the beginning of July through the Walton on Thames branch and we are extremely happy and grateful for the service they provide. The carers are consistently kind, patient, and thoughtful in the way they support my mum, always making her feel comfortable, respected

and well cared for. I would happily recommend the Walton on Thames branch to anyone looking for reliable care. We also used Alina Care for my father a couple of years ago and the level of care has been just as consistent. They are a professional team who we trust completely.

Overall Experience

We've been using Alina for 9-10 months now.
We were impressed the first time we met Tammy who did the assessment.
All the carers have been fantastic especially Sue who formed a great friendship with mum.
It's now time for mum to go into full time care because of her dementia.

Overall Experience

As with most families, the decision to appoint a care company and ultimately to have a live in carer for my mother in law, was not something that was taken lightly.

Alina was recommended to us through a friend and after comparing various providers, we appointed Alina back in the summer.

The whole

process was very professional and we felt comfortable with the care package that was suggested. My mother in laws needs were taken very seriously and addressed accordingly.

Since then my mother in law has had a permanent carer and a separate carer to cover when her permanent carer is on leave. Both of which have shown enormous professionalism whilst giving her the support and personal care that she needs. It is clear to see that they have built a wonderful relationship, something that we could only have wished for.

Alina as a company has been very approachable and we could not recommend their services highly enough.

Overall Experience

We have only been using the services of Alina Homecare for about 4 weeks but already are hugely impressed with the quality of care from every member of the care team we have had contact with. They are sensitive to our needs, always extremely friendly and, crucially, always have a great bedside manner

with my dad. We're very happy we chose Alina Homecare.

Hayley and Jade, at Alina Homecare Guildford, were amazing when we first contacted them, coming out the same day to discuss our mums needs. They were very thorough and a plan was put in place as soon as we needed. The carers are lovely ladies and mum feels at ease with them coming in daily. Any questions

are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend them.

We were so impressed by with Alina Homecare from the very the outset. A member of the team spent 2 hours with myself, my sister, and my Mum to explore my Mum's particular needs and to provide a tailored plan for her. It was so reassuring as finding suitable carers can be daunting. They have more

than surpassed our expectations! Although only supporting us for a short time, we trust them completely. All the carers, without exception have been sweet, kind, friendly and very professional. My Mum is usually a very independent lady, and they have respected this and shown her so much kindness and encouragement. They have also been very supportive of my needs as Mum's primary live-in carer. As a result of the fantastic care that Mum has been given, she is well on the road to recovery. We would have no hesitation in reaching out to them again should the need arise. Thank you so much for everything - you really are an amazing team!

Overall Experience

I have been receiving care for my husband, who has Alzheimer's disease, for the past 3 months. Each carer we have had has been kind, considerate and helpful. I am entirely happy to leave my husband with the carer while I go out. I am extremely impressed by the level of care shown.

Overall Experience

On the back of a very sudden health setback for my 92 year old mother who lives alone, with me abroad, I had to find immediate care to enable her to remain in her own home. After interviewing a number of companies I went with Alina Homecare Guildford and it was the best decision I ever made. She did

three weeks of live in care and then we switched to Domiciliary. Every member of the care team are patient, kind, attentive and when I speak to Mum daily she always talks about how nice everyone is who comes to help her. Her mood seems so much better having these daily visits, she is able to maintain independence as they work with her versus taking over. The entire balance could not be more perfect. The app that they use to communicate and record the events of every visit is fantastic so I can see how she is doing each day. The carers have even been kind enough to take photos so I can see her out on her walk. I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely fantastic team.

Alina Homecare has been providing care for our father since March 2025. They have been absolutely amazing. All the carers have been professional, friendly, hard-working and trustworthy. Management have also been extremely supportive to us both and have a high duty of care ethic. All the staff go

above and beyond their scope work, including picking up prescriptions and alerting us to when medication is running out. We also found the App very useful. We would not hesitate to recommend Alina Homecare Walton-on-Thames.

Great meeting Emily and explaining everything about home care dad felt very comfortable with the carers and felt more like friends than visitors. Helped in all manner of ways such as washing, changing clothes and cleaning etc. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Alina continue to provide an excellent and responsive service to my father and mother. In particular, the support from live in care that enabled my mother to have a few days away from home to stay with us, was exemplary. The carers attending my father and always kind, professional and helpful, on occasions

staying longer when there have been concerns about my father's health. I can highly recommend Alina Healthcare for their professional, caring service that encompasses all aspects of care at home, not only for my father but also in supporting my mother to continue to care for my father at home.

Overall Experience

Dad was in hospital for 4 weeks in May-June 25th - when he came our, it was a real worry as dad was displaying sudden and dramatic signs of advanced dementia. The care team were very supportive and diligent. A further three weeks passed, and Dad was showing signs of recovery and improvement. Now, in

September, Dad is doing very well, fully back to normal and able to move around with ease.
It really is a remarkable recovery we have seen with dad, a credit to the work of all the Alina Staff involved. Dad will be 89 next month. Thank you.

Alina have been brilliant so far in the care of my mother. From the first call, introductory visit and carer visits, every member of staff we have dealt with has been caring, compassionate and thoroughly professional. My mother has received excellent care throughout the last couple of months. Alina

Overall Experience

Alina cared for my husband and now they are caring for me. All the carers who come are kind; good listeners; but also good communicators, creating the opportunity for interesting conversations. They are willing to help by doing the kinds of what might seem small tasks, but which really make my life

easier. I am really impressed by the training they receive. They nearly always arrive at the time scheduled and if there is any delay, the client is informed. They work together so well as a team and all are conscientious about writing up notes for the app. This is so useful for family members. This is a well run, well managed unit, led by two people who understand the needs of the clients and also those of the people they employ. The are experienced care workers themselves and are always ready to step in themselves when necessary.

The entire team from managers to carers were so professional , reliable and trustworthy totally focused on dads best interests , common sense and initiative prevailed many times and when dad was unwell , (a few times ), the service and care provided was above and beyond and always appropriate. Every

single carer had such a lovely manner with dad gently getting him on side and used to his different supportive regime with out changing his fundamental routine , just enhancing it .
I was able to contact a manager at any time and any concerns were always addressed immediately and appropriately , this was especially helpful enabling me to have peace of mind day and night and a bonus when I was out of the country

Alina carers have been supporting my mother since the end of May 2025. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the ladies who have attended to her during this time. Their kindness, friendliness and professionalism have been outstanding and their visits provide both my parents with an enjoyable social

interaction at the start and end of the day.
Communication with the office has been excellent; members of staff who answer the phone have good up to date knowledge of my mother's situation. It's also very reassuring to be able to see carers' detailed reports of each visit on the app.
I am absolutely delighted by the service provided by Alina Homecare Woking and Chobham. They have given our family so much peace of mind over the past two and a half months

Overall Experience

It was very important to find a care provider that was excellent as my brother had a stroke that left him disabled. And I live 500mls away and I have trouble travelling myself. Alina care are excellent from all the office staff that keep you well informed and are always happy to help with any request

you have for extra help that is required. The carers are always on time and do a great job of looking after my brother he is very happy with the care he receives. If there is ever a problem with any thing they always let me know so we can sort it out. Alina care have been looking after my brother for over five years and I would highly recommend Alina.
