My sister had a fall recently and dislocated her shoulder and shipped the top of the shoulder bone. She was not the most mobile of people to start with so we needed to put some immediate cover in place for her to help with basic washing, dressing, shower etc. I contacted Alina and they responded very quickly so reducing the stress of managing the situation. I live about 20 minutes away, but to know that she had someone covering the mornings and bedtimes was a great relief. My sister has found all the staff hugely kind, caring, offering encouraging support and offering to help with other little jobs such as doing the washing-up etc. I have been very impressed with the efficiency of Alina, and so grateful for their speedy response to this crisis.

From the initial meeting, to setting up a care plan for my mother and the twice daily visits all members of staff/carers have been first class! Reliable, efficient, and extremely personable under sometimes challenging circumstances! Could not recommend them highly enough.

Our friend received 7 months of excellent care from Alina. He was always treated with dignity and compassion. He looked forward to his carers' visits and they provided personal care, cooked meals for him and chatted with him.

The staff at Alina looked after our mother who had dementia, they were kind, caring & very patient with her. If they had any concerns they always took the time to discuss them with us & kept us informed at all times. One of my reasons for choosing Alina was that they are local & mum had the same team of 2/3 carers visiting regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alina.

We have used Alina for sometime, Dad needed a bit of company on the days I didn't see him. The girls who visited him were always pleasant and willing to do any tasks requested of them. Happy to recommend.

Alina provided care for my father and step-mother. Both felt really comfortable and happy to see everyone and they built good relationships with the team over the 18 months or so that they were needed. The team were reliable and really used the detailed assessment to understand the personalities they were dealing with and the specific requests that were made. Having not wanted any care in the beginning, they quickly realised what they had been missing! The team were managed really well and and senior staff reacted quickly to any changes that we wished to make. The right team at the right time. Thank you.

The staff have been looking after me for some time now and I am very pleased with them.

My husband came out of hospital distressed and disorientated. By arranging a suitable care plan for his requirements, within 2 weeks or so he was a different person. The care and attention he received was excellent; he was treated with respect and his dignity was always foremost in his treatment which is most important for someone in a vunerable position. He enjoyed a joke and a laugh and became fond of the carers who visited him. They were also a good support group for myself. He is now more independent and happier in himself. Alina have helped me to continue living independently by providing support. The staff are friendly and non-judgmental which has helped put me at ease. They have good training and worked with me to understand my needs and ensure they are met.

Alina Homecare Leatherhead provided my Dad (74 with health issues), morning care a few times a week. He found the care staff reliable, friendly and competent. It was a tricky transition from being independent and not looking forward to being reliant on people or indeed having people come into his home but the staff made this transition as smooth as possible. I also found the office staff (on the phone/email), to be efficient, caring and very flexible. I also found their pricing to be more reasonable than other companies. Would have liked to have continued with them but my Dad needs more care and has been moved to council-based care. Many thanks to all the staff at AlinaCare Leatherhead.

The carers always arrive on time, are kind and sympathetic to the needs of the individual. One of the nice points about the service is that they do not dash off as soon as the task is completed, they always have a few minutes to chat and make sure the patient is fine and comfortable

I have always found all of the carers that have visited me to be very pleasant, considerate and helpful. This is the same with both make and female carers. They do whatever is asked of them in a cheerful and helpful manner. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided.

After a fall I had to get a carer for my wife who is 81. We contacted Alina at Leatherhed and was extrememl impressed by their professional service . They provided superb carers who were very helful and efficient. I cannot rate them other than marvellous.

As with most families, the decision to appoint a care company and ultimately to have a live in carer for my mother in law, was not something that was taken lightly.

The whole process was very professional and we felt comfortable with the care package that was suggested. My mother in laws needs were taken very seriously and addressed accordingly.

Since then my mother in law has had a permanent carer and a separate carer to cover when her permanent carer is on leave. Both of which have shown enormous professionalism whilst giving her the support and personal care that she needs. It is clear to see that they have built a wonderful relationship, something that we could only have wished for.

Hayley and Jade, at Alina Homecare Guildford, were amazing when we first contacted them, coming out the same day to discuss our mums needs. They were very thorough and a plan was put in place as soon as we needed. The carers are lovely ladies and mum feels at ease with them coming in daily.
