Alina Homecare Leatherhead provided my Dad (74 with health issues), morning care a few times a week. He found the care staff reliable, friendly and competent. It was a tricky transition from being independent and not looking forward to being reliant on people or indeed having people come into his home but the staff made this transition as smooth as possible. I also found the office staff (on the phone/email), to be efficient, caring and very flexible. I also found their pricing to be more reasonable than other companies. Would have liked to have continued with them but my Dad needs more care and has been moved to council-based care. Many thanks to all the staff at AlinaCare Leatherhead.

The carers always arrive on time, are kind and sympathetic to the needs of the individual. One of the nice points about the service is that they do not dash off as soon as the task is completed, they always have a few minutes to chat and make sure the patient is fine and comfortable

I have always found all of the carers that have visited me to be very pleasant, considerate and helpful. This is the same with both make and female carers. They do whatever is asked of them in a cheerful and helpful manner. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided.

After a fall I had to get a carer for my wife who is 81. We contacted Alina at Leatherhed and was extrememl impressed by their professional service . They provided superb carers who were very helful and efficient. I cannot rate them other than marvellous.

As with most families, the decision to appoint a care company and ultimately to have a live in carer for my mother in law, was not something that was taken lightly.

Alina was recommended to us through a friend and after comparing various providers, we appointed Alina back in the summer.

The whole process was very professional and we felt comfortable with the care package that was suggested. My mother in laws needs were taken very seriously and addressed accordingly.

Since then my mother in law has had a permanent carer and a separate carer to cover when her permanent carer is on leave. Both of which have shown enormous professionalism whilst giving her the support and personal care that she needs. It is clear to see that they have built a wonderful relationship, something that we could only have wished for.

Hayley and Jade, at Alina Homecare Guildford, were amazing when we first contacted them, coming out the same day to discuss our mums needs. They were very thorough and a plan was put in place as soon as we needed. The carers are lovely ladies and mum feels at ease with them coming in daily. We were so impressed by with Alina Homecare from the very the outset. A member of the team spent 2 hours with myself, my sister, and my Mum to explore my Mum's particular needs and to provide a tailored plan for her. It was so reassuring as finding suitable carers can be daunting. They have more than surpassed our expectations! Although only supporting us for a short time, we trust them completely. I have been receiving care for my husband, who has Alzheimer's disease, for the past 3 months. Each carer we have had has been kind, considerate and helpful. I am entirely happy to leave my husband with the carer while I go out. I am extremely impressed by the level of care shown.

On the back of a very sudden health setback for my 92 year old mother who lives alone, with me abroad, I had to find immediate care to enable her to remain in her own home. After interviewing a number of companies I went with Alina Homecare Guildford and it was the best decision I ever made. She did three weeks of live in care and then we switched to Domiciliary. Every member of the care team are patient, kind, attentive and when I speak to Mum daily she always talks about how nice everyone is who comes to help her. Her mood seems so much better having these daily visits, she is able to maintain independence as they work with her versus taking over. The entire balance could not be more perfect. The app that they use to communicate and record the events of every visit is fantastic so I can see how she is doing each day. The carers have even been kind enough to take photos so I can see her out on her walk. I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely fantastic team.

Alina Homecare has been providing care for our father since March 2025. They have been absolutely amazing. All the carers have been professional, friendly, hard-working and trustworthy. Management have also been extremely supportive to us both and have a high duty of care ethic. All the staff go above and beyond their scope work, including picking up prescriptions and alerting us to when medication is running out. We also found the App very useful. Great meeting Emily and explaining everything about home care dad felt very comfortable with the carers and felt more like friends than visitors. Helped in all manner of ways such as washing, changing clothes and cleaning etc. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Great friendly team. Understood the needs my uncle required and more. Never met finer. Always on time. The communication was perfect. The vi set putting team were just wonderful and really put our minds at ease.

Choosing a care agency was a daunting task, but from the initial phone call to home assessment and carer visits we've been impressed by the care, professionalism and friendliness of the staff of Alina Homecare. All the carers live up to their name and we have utmost confidence in the care they're giving my mum. Alina have been brilliant so far in the care of my mother. From the first call, introductory visit and carer visits, every member of staff we have dealt with has been caring, compassionate and thoroughly professional. My mother has received excellent care throughout the last couple of months. Alina have been very flexible and able to adapt the care at relatively short notice which has been really appreciated by us.
