Overall Experience

Great meeting Emily and explaining everything about home care dad felt very comfortable with the carers and felt more like friends than visitors. Helped in all manner of ways such as washing, changing clothes and cleaning etc. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Overall Experience

Alina continue to provide an excellent and responsive service to my father and mother. In particular, the support from live in care that enabled my mother to have a few days away from home to stay with us, was exemplary. The carers attending my father and always kind, professional and helpful, on occasions

staying longer when there have been concerns about my father's health. I can highly recommend Alina Healthcare for their professional, caring service that encompasses all aspects of care at home, not only for my father but also in supporting my mother to continue to care for my father at home.

Overall Experience

Choosing a care agency was a daunting task, but from the initial phone call to home assessment and carer visits we've been impressed by the care, professionalism and friendliness of the staff of Alina Homecare. All the carers live up to their name and we have utmost confidence in the care they're giving

my mum. The office have been very accommodating when circumstances have changed and have been happy to liaise with other care professionals involved. I would thoroughly recommend Alina Homecare.

Overall Experience

Dad was in hospital for 4 weeks in May-June 25th - when he came our, it was a real worry as dad was displaying sudden and dramatic signs of advanced dementia. The care team were very supportive and diligent. A further three weeks passed, and Dad was showing signs of recovery and improvement. Now, in

September, Dad is doing very well, fully back to normal and able to move around with ease.
It really is a remarkable recovery we have seen with dad, a credit to the work of all the Alina Staff involved. Dad will be 89 next month. Thank you.

Alina have been brilliant so far in the care of my mother. From the first call, introductory visit and carer visits, every member of staff we have dealt with has been caring, compassionate and thoroughly professional. My mother has received excellent care throughout the last couple of months. Alina

have been very flexible and able to adapt the care at relatively short notice which has been really appreciated by us.

Overall Experience

Alina cared for my husband and now they are caring for me. All the carers who come are kind; good listeners; but also good communicators, creating the opportunity for interesting conversations. They are willing to help by doing the kinds of what might seem small tasks, but which really make my life

easier. I am really impressed by the training they receive. They nearly always arrive at the time scheduled and if there is any delay, the client is informed. They work together so well as a team and all are conscientious about writing up notes for the app. This is so useful for family members. This is a well run, well managed unit, led by two people who understand the needs of the clients and also those of the people they employ. The are experienced care workers themselves and are always ready to step in themselves when necessary.

The entire team from managers to carers were so professional , reliable and trustworthy totally focused on dads best interests , common sense and initiative prevailed many times and when dad was unwell , (a few times ), the service and care provided was above and beyond and always appropriate. Every

single carer had such a lovely manner with dad gently getting him on side and used to his different supportive regime with out changing his fundamental routine , just enhancing it .
I was able to contact a manager at any time and any concerns were always addressed immediately and appropriately , this was especially helpful enabling me to have peace of mind day and night and a bonus when I was out of the country

Alina carers have been supporting my mother since the end of May 2025. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the ladies who have attended to her during this time. Their kindness, friendliness and professionalism have been outstanding and their visits provide both my parents with an enjoyable social

interaction at the start and end of the day.
Communication with the office has been excellent; members of staff who answer the phone have good up to date knowledge of my mother's situation. It's also very reassuring to be able to see carers' detailed reports of each visit on the app.
I am absolutely delighted by the service provided by Alina Homecare Woking and Chobham. They have given our family so much peace of mind over the past two and a half months

Overall Experience

It was very important to find a care provider that was excellent as my brother had a stroke that left him disabled. And I live 500mls away and I have trouble travelling myself. Alina care are excellent from all the office staff that keep you well informed and are always happy to help with any request

you have for extra help that is required. The carers are always on time and do a great job of looking after my brother he is very happy with the care he receives. If there is ever a problem with any thing they always let me know so we can sort it out. Alina care have been looking after my brother for over five years and I would highly recommend Alina.

Overall Experience

The care that Alina has shown my mum since she came out of hospital is excellent. The staff have been very caring and compassionate supporting her through the loss of her husband (for whom they had also provided excellent care) The communication through the app works well so that I know how mum is

doing after each visit. The care is flexible and can be adapted to suit her needs as she recovers. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall Experience

Everybody at Alina have been so friendly to deal with, and nothing is too much trouble for them. All of the team of carers that visit my mum treat her with kindness and respect, and their interactions with her always seem genuine. They take an interest in her life and allow her to take an interest

in theirs. The manager and another staff member in the office are also amazing and they go out of their way to help in any way they can. Picking a company to help care for someone you love can be a daunting descision, but we are very pleased that we found Alina to help look after our mum.

Overall Experience

I have been with Alina for six weeks or so. I am very happy with the new management team at Alina in Leatherhead and all the carers that have enabled me to go swimming on a regular basis. I can truly say that they all care about what they do and how they do it. This has meant that the carers truly felt

supported in their new roles because shadowing was undertaken every time before they undertook the tasks required on their own. The carers are very happy to help and are not rushing between visits. The management team listens to me and the carers and do all they can to help. I would recommend them to anybody willing to make a regular commitment.

Overall Experience

When my aunt needed care in her home we contacted a few agencies but were impressed by Alina. The lady immediately found a way to strike the beginnings of a relationship with my aunt who was adamant she did not want any help whatsoever. Alina were flexible with our changing needs as our aunt deteriorated

and had suggestions as to what might help us. We appreciated the daily reports.
My only thoughts on the service were the number of staff who visited. It was clear that she responded better to some than others and ideally we would have preferred her to be visited by them. We do understand the problems of staffing issues though. Also we were particularly concerned about my aunts refusal to eat and hoped the carers could be more proactive in relation to preparing her a meal despite her initial protestations.
Finally, a carer found my aunt on the floor after a fall one day. An ambulance was arranged and family notified. We are extremely appreciative of how this was dealt with.

Overall Experience

Alina have been caring for my Dad living with dementia for the last 12 months+, they turn up on time, do what they need without fuss, albeit he doesn't recall.
Communication is great, the app is so useful.
Nothing seems too much hassle, simple requests are met with success.
My only negative is the

lack of punctuation in carers reports, but that is because I'm a paid up member of the grammar police.
