I have always found all of the carers that have visited me to be very pleasant, considerate and helpful. This is the same with both make and female carers. They do whatever is asked of them in a cheerful and helpful manner. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided.

My mum experienced a good level of care and support over the last few years. Mum's main concern is her mobility, helping her with personal care. All the staff were professional and caring. Would definitely recommend this care company.

Alina Homecare has been providing care for our father since March 2025. They have been absolutely amazing. All the carers have been professional, friendly, hard-working and trustworthy. Management have also been extremely supportive to us both and have a high duty of care ethic. All the staff go above and beyond their scope work, including picking up prescriptions and alerting us to when medication is running out. We also found the App very useful. Finally, a carer found my aunt on the floor after a fall one day. An ambulance was arranged and family notified. We are extremely appreciative of how this was dealt with.

The carers were all lovely, they went above and beyond. I can't praise them all enough.

Alinas Homeare in Walton-on-Thames, run by management with all of their great staff, is a reliable, professional and above all, compassionate organisation. They walk you through everything concerning Mum's needs, give good advice and are flexible and kind. But most importantly, they are caring and warm for our mother. They cook for her, clean, take her for walks, administer medicine and all is done with attention to detail and Mum's well-being. The way they have dealt with manner matters has made it so much easier for all of the family. Thank you.

A reliable, punctual team of staff that the family trusts to care and prepare food and beverages for Mum; enabling a weekly 8-hour respite break for the family Mum lives with.

Not knowing what to expect, it was all very different. The attitude and kindness towards my wife all the time we have had Alina Homecare has been more than we expected.

Sadly my Aunt passed away on 15th December after coming home from hospital in August. Alina Homecare Walton-on-Thames organised a live-in carer as my Aunt was nearing the end of her life but wished to remain in her own home. She was so well looked after by both the live-in carer and the carers who came in daily to help wash and dress her as she was bed bound after her discharge from hospital. The carers were all lovely and helpful and the live in carer was actually with her when she eventually passed away. The care manager phoned me herself to tell me the inevitable, but sad news. This was all particularly helpful and comforting to me as I am her closest relative but live 500 miles away. Thank you for looking after her so well over the past three years

Since March 2020 I have used your service in the mornings and evenings every day. I am generally very happy with the care provided. There has been a change of personnel recently and at present am getting to know the new carers. Hopefully, they will be the same excellent standard.

I moved my Mother from another local care provider last year. I feel a huge weight has been lifted. The professionalism and quality of carers has been excellent. Where possible, there is continuity of care from the same carers which is vital and I am never worried that a session will not be filled or someone won't turn up. The management team are also extremely supportive. Caring for the elderly is one of the most difficult and demanding jobs and Alina Care has been a huge bonus to me and my mother.
