The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

When my aunt needed care in her home we contacted a few agencies but were impressed by Alina. The lady immediately found a way to strike the beginnings of a relationship with my aunt who was adamant she did not want any help whatsoever. Alina were flexible with our changing needs as our aunt deteriorated
and had suggestions as to what might help us. We appreciated the daily reports.
My only thoughts on the service were the number of staff who visited. It was clear that she responded better to some than others and ideally we would have preferred her to be visited by them. We do understand the problems of staffing issues though. Also we were particularly concerned about my aunts refusal to eat and hoped the carers could be more proactive in relation to preparing her a meal despite her initial protestations.
Finally, a carer found my aunt on the floor after a fall one day. An ambulance was arranged and family notified. We are extremely appreciative of how this was dealt with.

Amazing live-in carer and fantastic support from all carers. Efficient, kind, reliable, friendly, hard working.
The carers were all lovely, they went above and beyond. I can't praise them all enough.

Delighted with the care given to my husband and me over the past four months. Cannot rate all the staff highly enough, especially in the way the carers treated my husband with humour and kindness keeping him very happy and relaxed in their company.

We cannot thank this company enough for the support they gave me and my sister and if we had any worries they would also be on the other end of the phone for support. The carers were absolutely wonderful and they deserve their pay in gold for everything they do and have done for myself and my family

Alinas Homeare in Walton-on-Thames, run by management with all of their great staff, is a reliable, professional and above all, compassionate organisation. They walk you through everything concerning Mum's needs, give good advice and are flexible and kind. But most importantly, they are caring and warm
for our mother. They cook for her, clean, take her for walks, administer medicine and all is done with attention to detail and Mum's well-being. The way they have dealt with manner matters has made it so much easier for all of the family. Thank you.

An excellent day care service from Alina. The carers are professional, well trained and in tune with my frail mother's needs. A reliable, punctual team of staff that the family trusts to care and prepare food and beverages for Mum; enabling a weekly 8-hour respite break for the family Mum lives with.

Alina Homecare has been providing care for my friend since June 2023. I am very impressed with their service. All the carers are very professional but friendly & help with her needs giving consideration to her wishes as well as her safety & well being.
They are trustworthy & always turn up as near
to the allocated times as possible. My friend is well looked after, as is her home, and she enjoys their visits. This is a great help to me too.
Since starting with Alina my friend's needs have changed & they have been approachable & flexible with the changes.
A great asset is being able to read the carer notes on an app which I can look at & know how my friend is doing on a daily basis.
I would recommend Alina Homecare at Walton-on-Thames for you & your loved ones.

The carers treat the client and family of the client with such respect. They treat you how they would treat their own family. In fact, they become more like friends than staff. I've dealt with five other care agencies and Alina Homecare Walton-on-Thames is far and beyond the best. I would recommend
them to anyone considering getting some help in for their loved one.

Sadly my Aunt passed away on 15th December after coming home from hospital in August. Alina Homecare Walton-on-Thames organised a live-in carer as my Aunt was nearing the end of her life but wished to remain in her own home. She was so well looked after by both the live-in carer and the carers who came
in daily to help wash and dress her as she was bed bound after her discharge from hospital. The carers were all lovely and helpful and the live in carer was actually with her when she eventually passed away. The care manager phoned me herself to tell me the inevitable, but sad news. This was all particularly helpful and comforting to me as I am her closest relative but live 500 miles away. Thank you for looking after her so well over the past three years

Since March 2020 I have used your service in the mornings and evenings every day. I am generally very happy with the care provided. There has been a change of personnel recently and at present am getting to know the new carers. Hopefully, they will be the same excellent standard.

I moved my Mother from another local care provider last year. I feel a huge weight has been lifted. The professionalism and quality of carers has been excellent. Where possible, there is continuity of care from the same carers which is vital and I am never worried that a session will not be filled or
someone won't turn up. The management team are also extremely supportive. Caring for the elderly is one of the most difficult and demanding jobs and Alina Care has been a huge bonus to me and my mother.

The carer provided by the agency is outstanding, he has looked after both my parents since November 2019 and had done an amazing job. He was with my mother during her last hours in April 2020 and gave her so much love and caring, just as I would have done, like a son would to his mother, and now cares
just as much looking after my father, who can be very awkward.

I arranged increased care visits for my mother (90) after she had had a few falls at home. An independent intelligent person who definitely wants to stay at home, my mother now has care visits throughout the day, the majority from Alina. I've met several of the carers, who are helpful and friendly and
treat my mother in a friendly, engaging way which she appreciates — and needs. It is company as well as care when they are there. The head office has attended promptly to any queries or requests/suggestions about care. They are reactive and responsive. During the ongoing pandemic, for months carers were the only visitors my mother got, which made their role crucial to both her physical and mental well-being. During a recent fall an Alina carer stayed with my mother until the paramedic arrived, facilitated by the head office which swapped visits around. Proper, responsive care. Domiciliary carers need parity with care-home carers in terms of Government Covid support and testing.

Alina staff were a credit to the company. Caring, compassionate and professional. The company itself is a very professional ‘ship’ recording of visits, updates and punctuality being key attributes. I was always confident of being contacted in event of a problem and this happened on a number of occasions.
One time I needed a carer at short notice to sit with my father during the afternoon. A carer arrived within half an hour of my request.
I would recommend Alina Homecare Walton-on-Thames branch to anybody looking for such services.
