The staff are friendly, caring, and compassionate. I get continuity of care. Most of the time the same carer comes each week, and, on the rare occasions she is unable to come, her replacement is the same person each time. This is especially important to me as they know my routines and the layout of my cupboards etc., meaning I am not constantly repeating myself every time someone new comes. Each week they email me a rota telling me who will be coming that week, and I get a phone call on the day if they are going to be late.
In short, Alina has made my life a lot more bearable. Thank you.

who cared for my mother were outstanding. Very knowledgeable and warm and extremely caring towards my mother.

A few weeks later my mother had to be hospitalised and I spoke to the manager of Alina Homecare, she even organised for the care team to visit my mother in the hospital!
That gave us peace of mind as we knew that our mother would still be receiving one-to-one care while being in the hospital.
I can't recommend the team enough. They have done everything for our mother and given our family peace of mind.

(although their services can cover much more if needed). All the carers were so gentle and kind, really taking the time to get to know her and those involved in her life. They spoke to her with respect and as an adult but guiding her to make safe or healthy choices with regards to meals. If they had time spare in the appointment time they would do chores to help her out if they spotted they needed doing or would sit and chat with her, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
The company was very responsive when her needs changed and were excellent at liaising with me with any concerns. The carers were always wearing uniforms and appeared smart. This helped my gran identify who they were and what their role was.

Communication with the branch manager is easy and she is always available and happy to help and it works brilliantly as she also does care shifts for Dad so understands the situation clearly. We have used a number of other care agencies for Dad over the past year and in our opinion, Alina Homecare is by far the nicest, kindest and most professional team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When the decision was made Mum could come home with 24-hour care, another assessment was quickly arranged at the care home and within 10 days a live-in carer was found who arrived after the jubilee weekend. This carer very quickly established a lovely bond with my Mother; her consideration and care ensuring Mum had only the best was exemplary. When it was decided within 24 hours the main carer would require extra help, in the mornings and evenings, Alina care were very quickly able to find someone who complemented the main carer so well and they became a great team and Mum enjoyed their compassion and companionship during these times.
