Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team, contacting GP's, picking up medication, shopping, cleaning etc. Even if you can't get hold of someone immediately they always respond very soon afterward. Over the last few months my father in law's care visits have increased but this was never a problem and the team are very accommodating and always put his needs first. Care visits are always on time and if there is ever a delay with the visit you are kept informed. I would certainly recommend Alina Care

We needed some home care for our Mum after she was diagnosed with dementia and our experience with Alina was excellent right from the start. They responded very quickly to our initial enquiry and assessed Mum needs carefully and well. The Alina carers were lovely with Mum and she formed some lovely bonds which was great to see. We were always kept well informed if Mum was not well or the carers were concerned and they were keen to offer additional help if needed. Unfortunately, Mum has now had to move to a care home but we cannot thank Alina enough for all the help they gave us.

Although my mother only needed a short-term care package and ultimately didn't need it, I can't praise Alina Homecare's Ipswich Branch Manager highly enough for all her hard work. She was quick to respond to our initial enquiries, was professional, yet warm and understanding, efficient, extremely helpful and did all she could to assist us. I would certainly contact Alina Homecare Ipswich Branch again if ever care was needed.

I needed a care company to assist my mother as she had fallen and broken her hip. I contacted Alina and I must say that the Manager at Martlesham was fantastic came around on the day I phoned sorted everything out, and was absolutely first-class in her attention to detail and everything. She will get you exactly what you require and when. The whole team of carers are very nice kind and work hard. All round we have found everyone to be caring, efficient and professional.

The company was very responsive when her needs changed and were excellent at liaising with me with any concerns. The carers were always wearing uniforms and appeared smart. This helped my gran identify who they were and what their role was.

Alina Homecare Ipswich have provided care at home for my father for the past six months, four visits daily with two carers at each visit. From the start, the whole team have been amazing, efficient, kind, caring and professional. Nothing is too hard for them and they treat my father with dignity, kindness and respect and are happy to have a laugh with him which he loves. They are also very kind and supportive of my mother who has been exhausted in her caring role. Communication with the branch manager is easy and she is always available and happy to help and it works brilliantly as she also does care shifts for Dad so understands the situation clearly. We have used a number of other care agencies for Dad over the past year and in our opinion, Alina Homecare is by far the nicest, kindest and most professional team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From my first meeting with the Branch Manager for the initial assessment of my Mother and arranging a care package at home which had to be subsequently altered following my Mother having a fall. Alina care were very accommodating in dealing with the different time frames as she went into hospital and then to a care home. When the decision was made Mum could come home with 24-hour care, another assessment was quickly arranged at the care home and within 10 days a live-in carer was found who arrived after the jubilee weekend. This carer very quickly established a lovely bond with my Mother; her consideration and care ensuring Mum had only the best was exemplary. When it was decided within 24 hours the main carer would require extra help, in the mornings and evenings, Alina care were very quickly able to find someone who complemented the main carer so well and they became a great team and Mum enjoyed their compassion and companionship during these times.

From our first contact, Alina Homecare was very professional and when circumstances suddenly changed they were prepared to adapt their care. We had a wonderful lady who did 24-hour care for Mum. Could not have asked for a more caring and compassionate person who made my mother's last days as comfortable as possible. A very special carer. Thank you.

She has been a very difficult client to deal with and her main carer has been wonderful and extremely patient with her. We are so grateful to Alina carers for the four months of care my 91-year-old father received. They treated him with great respect, dignity, and compassion and took a load off my elderly mum who had previously been doing all his care.
