In October 2025 my wife suffered two falls; one at 10.50pm and the second at 2.50am the same night. After the first she returned to bed and after the second was not returned to bed. My neighbours and I agreed not to do so. The ambulance was called - the paramedics had to arrange for assistance to assist
in her removal to hospital where she was detained until the week before Christmas. We had to arrange for a live-in carer. This has been an eye opener to us and we are in debt to her and the homecare company. I must add that my wife could not be moved until 8.30am.

Mum chose Alina in the first place several years ago because she could stay with them as her needs increased. That was a very good decision. They have been flexible, patient and helpful at every stage, supporting us all through difficult ups and downs and I would recommend them to anyone who needs care
at home.

Alina Homecare was very prompt in organising a care package for my Mum.
They have shown flexibility and have adapted to short notice requirements.
The carers that visit my Mum always leave her feeling happy and look after all Mum's required needs. Very pleased.

Our carer is extremely kind, willing and always cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble and it breaks up the day knowing that a friend is coming.

I find the staff to be fully trained in-home care; they are very polite and helpful. They will cover everything you require them to do. They bring pleasure on every visit.

We used Alina Homecare for my mum when she became bedridden. They were totally fantastic in every respect. I particularly liked the App where after each visit, you could see what they had done, and if there were any concerns they'd register this and I would then receive a phone call. I met the carers
on quite a few occasions and built up a very good relationship with them. I can honestly say they were fantastic and I highly recommend them.

I cannot fault the care that Alina provide to my elderly mum who has dementia. They do so much for her and even I'd say spoil her at times making her a special breakfast or tea. It's as if they are looking after their own mum. I have also come to know many of them, they are always friendly and cheerful
even though they may have worked very long hours. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with the care service my mother has received so far. The carers are professional in their manner and very friendly to her. They engage her in conversation which I feel is important as she has dementia. If they complete their tasks before the allotted time period ends they ask if there
is anything else required. They all have their own transport so are always on time. They are all fresh and if tired do not show it. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

When Mum moved in with us last year, we had no idea how much care she would need. Managing the local council's care providers was difficult and stressful.
Alina Homecare has transformed our lives. They are reliable, efficient and genuinely caring. They respect our home and give Mum the time she needs.
More than that, they have befriended her, making a big difference to her quality of life.
