Overall Experience

Mum has been supported at home for the last 7 months and throughout Alina Homecare (Horsham) have been excellent with the care and support provided for mum. The carers are kind and caring and have a clear plan of care and tasks for every visit.

The whole team, carers and the care management team have

provided excellent communication, not just on a day to day basis with records of care accessible to both my sister and I through an easy to use App, but also through changing care needs including emergencies and frequent adjustments to medications.

My background is as a registered nurse and I've worked across both health and social care. So when we were looking for a homecare provider I had a good idea of what to look for and this team exceeded expectations in many areas.

Alina Home Care has been an absolute lifeline for me/my family, and I couldn't recommend them enough! The entire team, from the office staff to the carers, has been nothing short of brilliant. They are incredibly professional, punctual, and, most importantly, deeply caring and respectful.

We can't thank the team at Alina Care enough for the wonderful support they've provided to our mum and dad. Every carer we've met has been incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. Their professionalism and responsiveness have made what has been an extremely challenging and emotional time so much

easier for our whole family.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team of carers who looked after my mum before her move to a nursing home - with special appreciation for Sam.

Throughout her time with you, every carer treated Mum with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. It was clear that she was in safe

and caring hands, and that meant the world to us as a family.

Sam, in particular, went above and beyond. Her calm, friendly presence and the way she connected with Mum made such a positive difference. She showed incredible patience and always managed to bring a smile, even on the harder days.

Knowing Mum was being supported not just professionally but personally gave us real peace of mind.

From the first point of contact with the Rustington branch I have felt that my Mum and I have been treated with care, compassion and respect. The team of carers, both day and night are very supportive and understanding, also giving detailed daily updates. For me this is total peace of mind. For my Mum

Overall Experience

The service provided Alina has been seamless from initial engagement through to date, with the live-in carer having been in place for a month or so now. The first (in-person) meetings were friendly, relaxed but highly professional with no hard sell (unlike other potential providers I made approaches

to that immediately pressured me to commit and were all by phone calls or virtual).

The carer has been extremely capable and adaptable and has given us great reassurance that my mother is being well looked after and cared for. I cannot recommend Alina Homecare enough.

Overall Experience

My Father has been supported at home by Alina for the past few years.
The care and support received has been excellent. We have worked with a consistent group of carers who have offered wonderful care specific to his needs and the manager has always been available to our family for advice and guidance.

Recently, they went over and above expectation in an emergency situation ensuring my Father was fully supported until medical help was available .

Recently arrived to East Preston. Alina Homecare assessed my needs as I am wheelchair bound. The manager visited twice to assess and organise the care package; whilst here he kindly moved some furniture for me.
Within a week my carer started visiting weekly, so helpful & professional, nothing is too

much trouble. She is friendly, approachable, respectful and I look forward to seeing her each time.
Her visits have been backed up with contact from the office to ensure I am satisfied with the arrangement -
I could not be happier with Alina Homecare Rustington and would recommend them highly to anyone either verbally or in writing.

I had the misfortune of breaking my wrist in March. As I live alone I called in Alina Homecare for help. The team were absolutely first class, kind caring always willing to help and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They came every time with a smile and good conversation . Made you

Thank you Alina Homecare for the ongoing care provided for our Mum. As a family we have been very pleased we chose this company - the service has been excellent. Staff are always on the end of the phone and have been so helpful with last minute visit requests even at weekends. All care staff have been

carefully selected to suit Mum's needs, the same regular staff visit which is comforting for her and has enabled her to build a nice relationship with her carers. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are always willing to do whatever Mum wants or needs- she is a very particular 93 yr old!
The service provided by Alina has been very reassuring for our family and has enabled Mum to stay in her own home, living independently, as she wanted, for longer than we anticipated. The company send me an email each Friday so that I am aware of times and staff for each care visit for the following week - another little touch that I am grateful for.

I can't thank Alina care enough for the kindness they all show my dad. The more we all get to know each other the better it gets. My dad has dementia and at times can be very challenging From the team out on the road to the team in the office.nothing is to much trouble.
His condition is forever changing.

Which means ongoing discussions and changes in his care can be weekly.
Before Alina came on board we were on our knees struggling with guilt and totally exhausted.
They were highly recommend to me and I would highly recommend them to you

I've been using Alina Home Care for over the last 6 months I asked to not have to many different carers as I have a lot of personal care and Autism. The managers helped me to get a bespoke package of care to fit my needs and made me feel part of this as well, and helped explain things to me. I can't

express how much my carers and the manager has helped me and how complex some of the obstacles have been but Alina has and still are to get me through all of them.
I have full time care with Alina and couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Alina, especially for any loved ones as they are extremely trustworthy and are on top of safeguarding and keeping you safe. Lastly I would just like to say the carers I have go above and beyond every time they come, they make me smile when I'm lonely, and help get me back to normal if I get into a state with my health.

Overall Experience

The kindness to my mother and her dignity is paramount.
Extras the company do are they inform me of anything medically, potentially harmful (setting light to kitchen roll) or mentally changing with Mum. If she needs food for the following week, or personal care items, they inform with plenty of time.

At short notice (couple of hours) they will do an extra visit.
Friendly when I call, nothing is a drama.

Was very pleased with the service. All the carers were very kind and helpful and prompt on time keeping, the carers cooked lunch, made sandwich for tea time, took all rubbish out, washed up and dried up and sat and chatted with mum.

Overall Experience

After reviewing the background of various companies it was clear that this one has a different approach to care and although slightly higher in cost, they are proof that you get what you pay for. The staff have been absolutely fantastic and a vast improvement on a previous company who used agency staff.
All

carers have been absolutely fantastic and it is clear that they genuinely care. There have been a number of challenges thrown up by my mother and a few created by situations (such as a recent cold spell which froze the key safe). On all occasions, they have shown initiative and flexibility in helping me find a resolution. They make my mother feel very comfortable too and I feel like she is in very safe hands. Excellent all around.
