We've always found the care team to inform us of any issues and are looking after the client well. We are very happy with the service and the support the client receives and that they also seem to be satisfied with the service.

When it was clear that my Mum needed at-home care, we contacted Alina at Rustington, and were really impressed with the professionalism, care, compassion and fantastic attitude of the whole team. They treated my Mum with dignity, cheerfulness and respect, and did everything possible to make this part of Mum's life peaceful and comfortable. The team was proactive as Mum's condition worsened, working with the relevant authorities to provide a smooth and seamless service as Mum's needs changed. Mum needed eventually to move into a care home, but the Alina team contributed so much to her quality of life in the 2 months or so they were with her, and I cannot thank you enough for that. You were brilliant, all of you!

Alina have been very supportive to my aunt and myself during the time she has been cared for. Any concerns have been addressed and questions I may have had were answered promptly. Alina at Crawley have a great office team. It is clear to see the staff all work well as a team. Rachel, Kim and Karen have shown great compassion and understanding in all my conversations with them. Accolades to Jan, Carol, Sam in particular for there dedication to my aunts care! Alina we're there for me right at the end of aunty's life and we're so very kind.

They are most of the time very punctual and always take as much time as is needed to make my wife comfortable.

Kind and compassionate carers, always encouraging and happy, we look forward to their visits every morning, they are efficient and through and generally on time. They are aware of my requirements and are well briefed so everything runs smoothly.

I usually visit my Mum later in the day after her visits and I can honestly say she is always a happier person for the interaction with her carer. Well done Lancing Alina.

My wife came home from a five month stay in hospital after a stroke that left her lacking movement on her left side .Yanina and her team at Alina Homecare in Horsham were very helpful and understanding of my wife's needs and provided a tailored response to her needs ,overnight care initially followed by daycare .Our regular carer Jackie was a star ,kind and caring .Recommended .

I was very pleased and satisfied with the service provided by Yanina and her Horsham team. They were able to provide overnight care on very short notice and her team were always very caring, professional, friendly and reliable. I received detailed daily updates on the care that had been provided via an app during the two months for which they were engaged. I would definitely recommend Alina Homecare to others.

I had excellent service from Alina homecare. The helpers were friendly, always arrived on time and did everything I needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone like me looking for post hospital care.

Mum has been supported at home for the last 7 months and throughout Alina Homecare (Horsham) have been excellent with the care and support provided for mum. The carers are kind and caring and have a clear plan of care and tasks for every visit.

The whole team, carers and the care management team have provided excellent communication, not just on a day to day basis with records of care accessible to both my sister and I through an easy to use App, but also through changing care needs including emergencies and frequent adjustments to medications.
