Overall Experience

I was very pleased and satisfied with the service provided by Yanina and her Horsham team. They were able to provide overnight care on very short notice and her team were always very caring, professional, friendly and reliable. I received detailed daily updates on the care that had been provided via

an app during the two months for which they were engaged. I would definitely recommend Alina Homecare to others.

We as a family have been using Alina home care for roughly 4 months now for everyday care home visits for mum and dad.After meeting and dealing with Sarah (the boss) of the Lancing branch we choose from 3 options to proceed with Alina.In brief we couldn't be happier with there services.Not once have

they let us down on any level or not showed up, they are always easily contactable if we have any questions or concerns and above all the pool of carers that attend to Mum and Dad have been amazing.They are flexible prompt caring helpful and above all must have endless patience to put up with what is always asked of them.
I will and have recommended there services to others and will continue to do so.

Overall Experience

I called Alina Homecare to support my very independent mum (aged 92) for a few hours each week. They were wonderful, always willing to do whatever she needed doing and I could see she really appreciated their kindness and care as well as their practical support. She always looked forward to their visits

and it gave me peace of mind knowing she was being well looked after.
I can't thank the staff enough and would have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare to anyone looking to find someone to support their relative sensitively and with compassion and kindness.

My husband has required a regular care package for the last 3 months and Alina Homecare was our chosen provider.
Every person we have encountered has been inordinately kind and caring and have shown immense respect and consideration in their treatment of my husband.
There are 4 carers who attend regularly

and they are an absolute delight. As well as attending to his physical needs they are always trying to engage with him, encouraging him to try and converse, following up on things he as shared and are like a breath of fresh air.
They have built trust with him over a very short period of time and have allowed him to retain his personal pride and dignity.
The office staff are equally as helpful and attentive and always available to discuss options available and are a treasure trove of knowledge and experience.
Thank you to everyone for your professionalism and dedication to providing care for my husband. Much appreciated at a difficult time.

Overall Experience

Mum has been supported at home for the last 7 months and throughout Alina Homecare (Horsham) have been excellent with the care and support provided for mum. The carers are kind and caring and have a clear plan of care and tasks for every visit.

The whole team, carers and the care management team have

provided excellent communication, not just on a day to day basis with records of care accessible to both my sister and I through an easy to use App, but also through changing care needs including emergencies and frequent adjustments to medications.

My background is as a registered nurse and I've worked across both health and social care. So when we were looking for a homecare provider I had a good idea of what to look for and this team exceeded expectations in many areas.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team of carers who looked after my mum before her move to a nursing home - with special appreciation for Sam.

Throughout her time with you, every carer treated Mum with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. It was clear that she was in safe

and caring hands, and that meant the world to us as a family.

Sam, in particular, went above and beyond. Her calm, friendly presence and the way she connected with Mum made such a positive difference. She showed incredible patience and always managed to bring a smile, even on the harder days.

Knowing Mum was being supported not just professionally but personally gave us real peace of mind.

Overall Experience

The service provided Alina has been seamless from initial engagement through to date, with the live-in carer having been in place for a month or so now. The first (in-person) meetings were friendly, relaxed but highly professional with no hard sell (unlike other potential providers I made approaches

to that immediately pressured me to commit and were all by phone calls or virtual).

The carer has been extremely capable and adaptable and has given us great reassurance that my mother is being well looked after and cared for. I cannot recommend Alina Homecare enough.

My Father has been supported at home by Alina for the past few years.
The care and support received has been excellent. We have worked with a consistent group of carers who have offered wonderful care specific to his needs and the manager has always been available to our family for advice and guidance.

Recently, they went over and above expectation in an emergency situation ensuring my Father was fully supported until medical help was available .

Recently arrived to East Preston. Alina Homecare assessed my needs as I am wheelchair bound. The manager visited twice to assess and organise the care package; whilst here he kindly moved some furniture for me.
Within a week my carer started visiting weekly, so helpful & professional, nothing is too

much trouble. She is friendly, approachable, respectful and I look forward to seeing her each time.
Her visits have been backed up with contact from the office to ensure I am satisfied with the arrangement -
I could not be happier with Alina Homecare Rustington and would recommend them highly to anyone either verbally or in writing.

I had the misfortune of breaking my wrist in March. As I live alone I called in Alina Homecare for help. The team were absolutely first class, kind caring always willing to help and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They came every time with a smile and good conversation . Made you

feel completely at ease when you are feeling very low.

Thank you Alina Homecare for the ongoing care provided for our Mum. As a family we have been very pleased we chose this company - the service has been excellent. Staff are always on the end of the phone and have been so helpful with last minute visit requests even at weekends. All care staff have been

carefully selected to suit Mum's needs, the same regular staff visit which is comforting for her and has enabled her to build a nice relationship with her carers. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are always willing to do whatever Mum wants or needs- she is a very particular 93 yr old!
The service provided by Alina has been very reassuring for our family and has enabled Mum to stay in her own home, living independently, as she wanted, for longer than we anticipated. The company send me an email each Friday so that I am aware of times and staff for each care visit for the following week - another little touch that I am grateful for.
