The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.


Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.


We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the service provided by Yanina and her Horsham team. They were able to provide overnight care on very short notice and her team were always very caring, professional, friendly and reliable. I received detailed daily updates on the care that had been provided via
an app during the two months for which they were engaged. I would definitely recommend Alina Homecare to others.

Alina Homecare were absolutely wonderful! They were always so kind and empathetic towards my mum and her needs. Nothing was too much trouble! All the caregivers gave me the confidence to be able to take an hour for myself without having to worry.

Mum has been supported at home for the last 7 months and throughout Alina Homecare (Horsham) have been excellent with the care and support provided for mum. The carers are kind and caring and have a clear plan of care and tasks for every visit.


The whole team, carers and the care management team have

provided excellent communication, not just on a day to day basis with records of care accessible to both my sister and I through an easy to use App, but also through changing care needs including emergencies and frequent adjustments to medications.


My background is as a registered nurse and I've worked across both health and social care. So when we were looking for a homecare provider I had a good idea of what to look for and this team exceeded expectations in many areas.

My Father has been supported at home by Alina for the past few years.
The care and support received has been excellent. We have worked with a consistent group of carers who have offered wonderful care specific to his needs and the manager has always been available to our family for advice and guidance.
Recently, they went over and above expectation in an emergency situation ensuring my Father was fully supported until medical help was available .

Once again Alina Homecare provided the reassurance, peace of mind and very caring service required for my husband whilst I was away. The manager is exceptional in making sure nothing is missed and also very understanding and accommodating of last-minute changes. The staff are, without exception, considerate,
thorough, friendly and understanding and will deal with all situations. I cannot thank them all enough for ensuring that I can get away for a week or more without any hesitation knowing that he will be well cared for, relaxed about it himself and look forward to their visits every day. They have a busy schedule but my husband always felt their visits were never rushed and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Our experience of Alina has been amazing, not only are they open and transparent with their care, they really listen and try to accommodate your individual needs and step in to help above and beyond when a problem arises. All their communication with your loved one is documented and available any minute
of any day on their app which you have access to at any time.
I cannot fault their care and have been very grateful for their support and advice. They have made such a difference to us. Thank you for everything you have done, it has been a privilege to see you care for my dad.

My parents have been receiving support from Alina Homecare since July 2024. The service they receive is excellent and we have not experienced any of the problems you often hear about with home care. The carers are reliable, professional and person-centred. The personal care is provided with kindness
and dignity, respecting Mum's wishes and supporting her to undertake as much as she can independently. They also prepare several meals a week for my parents, which is a big help. The office staff are responsive and helpful and always try to accommodate our requests to adjust the care support. On several occasions, they have alerted me to specific concerns about my parents that I wouldn't otherwise be aware of. I do not live locally so the app is a great way for me to monitor how things are and it helps provide peace of mind. In summary, I am extremely grateful to everyone at Alina Homecare for the care they are providing to my parents - thank you all.

We were very happy with the speed that Alina Homecare arranged care for my aunt and with the professional and caring manner of all of the carers that visit twice daily, preparing drinks and food if required plus tidying up and making the bed.

After a fall in Nov. 2023 I ended up with plaster from my shoulder to wrists in my right arm. What made the situation worse is that I am unstable and used a walking stick in my right arm. I could not do a thing. I needed help. After great initial help from my G.P. practice I needed to find a carer.
I
contacted several of the local caring agencies, but most were very unhelpful.
At last I contacted Alina. They came round that very day, and they provided me with care 2 days later.
All the carers I have had from Alina have been wonderful. They knew exactly what I needed that day. They came every day to start with. With their help I have improved, and they have helped gain my confidence. I now have them twice week to accompany me on short walks.

My father has been using Alina for 4 years for managing his catheter/leg bag change and shower weekly. He is in his 90s and the service has been faultless. Recently he has been ill and broken his arm after a fall. Alina at very short notice provided additional visits. After a hospital stay they have
now provided live-in care and the carer recommended is excellent and everything is running very smoothly. The manager and her team have been very supportive, responsive to changing circumstances and a great help to my father and our family. Would not hesitate to recommend.

In October of 2023 we needed to put a care package in place for my mother, at very short notice.
The manager and her team were by far the most responsive and supportive of the potential carers that we approached... they worked over a long weekend to make all arrangements, and within a couple of days
my mother had the live-in carer she needed.
Thanks to the care given my mother has improved enormously over the ensuing months, and as a result we have been able to transition from live-in care, to daily visits.
The attention to detail, the flexibility and the personal nature of the whole service is excellent... this is true care... far more than nursing and home-help.

Alina Care have provided a really excellent service to my father, who suffers with dementia. We have engaged them for the last 18 months after he returned home from a long spell in hospital. They have provided companionship and domestic help service that has enabled him to live independently at home.
Importantly, the same carers have been coming for this time; almost always one particular carer; so he has developed a close bond with them. They take him for walks and visits to the local country park and nature reserve. It is clear they really care about what they are doing. We highly recommend this care provider.

All carers attending were courteous, caring and attentive to my father's needs and it was useful for my father to have regular conversations with other people as it was difficult for him to go out during the cold winter weather and the prolonged spell of wet weather.

The care manager was always so reassuring and efficient. She would be available to speak to me and guide me along where needed. Mum liked the carers and was generally very positive about them, even if at the time, she was not always cooperative or in full understanding of the care being given.
The
carers almost always arrived at the expected time, which made planned visits around them easier. They were happy to do anything asked of them.
Would highly recommend this care agency, and feel it was the right choice to have them look after my vulnerable mum.

I have found the care my mum is receiving to be excellent. The carers are caring, attentive and respectful. The manager has also been caring, helpful, professional and supportive and I always get a quick response to any question I have. I would definitely recommend all of them. The app is really helpful
too, for keeping me up to date with how each visit has gone.

I cannot thank the manager enough for all her help she has given me over the last few months, with the help l heeded for my husband. She never ever let me down and l know how difficult it must of been for her at times. A big thank you also to a staff member who was standing in for the manager when she
was on holiday. My husband was in hospital at the time and l couldn't take him home until l had a care package in place. I rang Alina homecare, spoke with a staff member, explained the situation and within the hour a package was set up and my husband came home the following morning. The care staff are excellent professional and very friendly. Thank you all.

Just wanted to thank the whole of the Alina Homecare Horsham team for the service and support they provided my Mum over the last few months. They stepped in when we needed to change care provider at relatively short notice and have been so supportive throughout. All the carers on the team have been
lovely, quickly learning what my Mum needed and how she liked certain things to be done which has made my Mum feel at ease with accepting their help. The managers were both amazing, responding to requests at various times and were always looking to be as flexible as possible to ensure they could deliver the best service possible.
