Alina Homecare Horley provides reliable home care and support services including Live In options to adults living in their own homes in Bletchingley, Burstow, Charlwood, Copthorne, Crawley, Crawley Down, Horley, Leigh, Merstham, Norwood Hill, Nutfield, Outwood, Salfords & Smallfield.

Caring staff give individuals the care and attention, dignity and respect they need while ensuring personalised care and support is provided that meets the individual's wishes.

Services include personal care - assisting clients with personal hygiene including washing, bathing and incontinence, support with medication and help getting dressed and preparing meals.

Staff also offer respite care, rehabilitation care and can escort clients as they participate in social activities such as attending clubs and shopping trips.

Carers can also help clients with domestic duties such as cleaning, washing up and laundry.

The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.


Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.


We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

Alina have been amazing caring for my Dad , so kind and accommodating nothings too much trouble. Very reassuring as we as a family can't always be there , he loves all the ladies that visit everyday , I think he puts a smile on there faces because he's cheeky. THANK YOU for all your love & care

My husband has required a regular care package for the last 3 months and Alina Homecare was our chosen provider.
Every person we have encountered has been inordinately kind and caring and have shown immense respect and consideration in their treatment of my husband.
There are 4 carers who attend regularly
and they are an absolute delight. As well as attending to his physical needs they are always trying to engage with him, encouraging him to try and converse, following up on things he as shared and are like a breath of fresh air.
They have built trust with him over a very short period of time and have allowed him to retain his personal pride and dignity.
The office staff are equally as helpful and attentive and always available to discuss options available and are a treasure trove of knowledge and experience.
Thank you to everyone for your professionalism and dedication to providing care for my husband. Much appreciated at a difficult time.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team of carers who looked after my mum before her move to a nursing home - with special appreciation for Sam.


Throughout her time with you, every carer treated Mum with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. It was clear that she was in safe

and caring hands, and that meant the world to us as a family.


Sam, in particular, went above and beyond. Her calm, friendly presence and the way she connected with Mum made such a positive difference. She showed incredible patience and always managed to bring a smile, even on the harder days.


Knowing Mum was being supported not just professionally but personally gave us real peace of mind.

The kindness to my mother and her dignity is paramount.
Extras the company do are they inform me of anything medically, potentially harmful (setting light to kitchen roll) or mentally changing with Mum. If she needs food for the following week, or personal care items, they inform with plenty of time.
At short notice (couple of hours) they will do an extra visit.
Friendly when I call, nothing is a drama.

After reviewing the background of various companies it was clear that this one has a different approach to care and although slightly higher in cost, they are proof that you get what you pay for. The staff have been absolutely fantastic and a vast improvement on a previous company who used agency staff.
All
carers have been absolutely fantastic and it is clear that they genuinely care. There have been a number of challenges thrown up by my mother and a few created by situations (such as a recent cold spell which froze the key safe). On all occasions, they have shown initiative and flexibility in helping me find a resolution. They make my mother feel very comfortable too and I feel like she is in very safe hands. Excellent all around.

Alina Care is a well-led, professional, and dedicated Team. Communication was excellent, the level of care was outstanding, and the staff maintained dignity all the time. All were compassionate and allowed us to keep Mum at home to the very end, as she wanted! The whole team was so supportive of us
as Carers even through the scary bits at the end! We look back at what they did for Mum and us with deep gratitude and joy. I highly recommend Alina.

The care and compassion shown to Mum by all the carers in the past six months have been excellent, enabling us to keep mum living at home with us. Carers showed great understanding as her dementia advanced, they were respectful and continually cheerful. Mum always had a smile on her face when they arrived.
We were very impressed with everyone involved in the management of her care, our requests for changes to visits, additional visits or respite breaks were handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend the company.

The carers are all excellent and my grandmother feels like she has become friends with some of them and looks forward to seeing them each day. Her family live quite a long way from where she lives and we think the app is very helpful to keep track of her day and let us know how she is feeling. We have
said it’s very reassuring to be able to know when the carers have been and if there are any concerns we as a family can respond straight away.

All the carers were friendly, approachable and attentive to my wife's needs. They were always happy to chat and check on us both. We built up a rapport with the carers and they were always willing to do extra when her needs increased. It was lovely to have the carers in so that she could stay in her

The carers are punctual, kind, polite and respectful not only of Mum but also her home. The same small group of carers visit her, which means she gets to know and trust them. We knew the carers would be good when we met one of them, who is lovely, but also very professional. The detailed notes she
made of the help Mum requires are followed by the carers and are very personal to Mum. We're so pleased that they are helping Mum stay in her own home.

I found the carers mostly friendly and most helpful. I would prefer the same carer on each visit when possible and where possible a fixed time, otherwise no concerns.

It had been a very difficult time deciding on the care needed at home for my husband after he was discharged from hospital. From the very first phone call with the Alina home care team, we were put at ease. A team member came and spoke to me at home to discuss what help we required, what time in the
day was better for us, how many visits a day would be required etc, they listened and answered all my questions (I had a lot), at no time did I feel uncomfortable.
All the carers are very polite and friendly and have been very understanding and kind to my husband (and also me), they always take time with him so he doesn’t feel rushed.
We both are very happy with the care my husband receives from Alina care home and would definitely recommend them.

It's a difficult time when you have to make a transition from being independent to accepting that you need a little help and extra care but all the lovely ladies at Alina Homecare Horley have been extremely professional, considerate and caring. They have helped my mother-in-law remain living at her
home, as she wishes, for the time being, and for that we are grateful. We particularly like the app which provides us with information on who has visited, when and how they have helped her, it's a wonderful link for us. We really appreciate how attentive Alina are to not just her basic needs but to her mood and how my mother-in-law is feeling. We have recommended Alina to people and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Excellent service.

I am very happy with all the care Mum receives from the girls at Alina Homecare. They are reliable kind and hard-working and always let me know if there are any concerns.
