Alina Homecare Horley provides reliable home care and support services including Live In options to adults living in their own homes in Bletchingley, Burstow, Charlwood, Copthorne, Crawley, Crawley Down, Horley, Leigh, Merstham, Norwood Hill, Nutfield, Outwood, Salfords & Smallfield.

Caring staff give individuals the care and attention, dignity and respect they need while ensuring personalised care and support is provided that meets the individual's wishes.

Services include personal care - assisting clients with personal hygiene including washing, bathing and incontinence, support with medication and help getting dressed and preparing meals.

Staff also offer respite care, rehabilitation care and can escort clients as they participate in social activities such as attending clubs and shopping trips.

Carers can also help clients with domestic duties such as cleaning, washing up and laundry.

The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.


Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.


We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

I have found the team at Alina very kind, lovely to speak to, and very discrete if any difficult issues arise. They have the confidence of my mother and have been observant on health issues, keeping in touch as necessary. During Covid times, they have been careful with infection control, and have remained
professional and responsive despite the added pressure that all care teams are under. I live at a distance so it is such a relief to know that someone will see both my parents every morning and will alert me if any action is needed. I am grateful to all the team.

Alina Homecare's staff have been visiting my father between two and four times a day for the last three months and as well as numerous conversations with their management team regarding routine issues, on several occasions, I have been present when the carers are visiting. In all my contacts, I have
been very impressed by the combination of a professional approach and a genuine caring attitude towards my father and his needs. More than this, I can see over the period my father's mental and physical health have improved at a time when we would reasonably expect a steady decay. Each of the carers seem to have gone out of their way to learn about my father and engage with him in a meaningful and comfortable way. There hasn't been one he hasn't talked positively of. The only minor problem is that visits are sometimes not at the time and with the carer the rota led my father to expect. However, we accept that managing this is a complex task and it is not always possible to be perfect.

I don't know what we would do without the carers that come in and help with the care of my mother, they are very helpful and very kind to my mother. When I ring the office they are very understanding and always willing to help me, my mother spends a lot of time in hospital so when she comes out the
carers are always giving her extra help. I don't know what we would do without them. Thank you.

I am so thankful for Alina Homecare visiting my mother. I was really struggling to manage on my own and felt I was alone dealing with it. When they came to visit me and mum, I was put at ease and they reassured me. We have such wonderful carers who visit and they are always kind, considerate and respectful.

Alina have gone above and beyond our expectations in the care and support provided to Mum and the family. Without exception, Mum responded positively to the carers because they all treated her with kindness, encouragement and great respect. Having two carers visit 4 times a day for 4 weeks, I think
Mum got to meet nearly all the staff, all lovely. When they left, Mum would be smiling and happy, they'd probably been singing with her! We trusted them completely.

Alina Horley have been caring for my mother in her own home for four weeks now following a hospital stay. We are very happy with the service they provide - personal care, meals and housework. They are kind and patient, which is essential when caring for someone with Alzheimer's.
My mother is so much
happier being back in her own home and with hindsight, we wish we had called them much earlier as the stress of caring for a parent and working was too much.
They have changed both my mum's and my life for the better and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
