From the first point of contact with the Rustington branch I have felt that my Mum and I have been treated with care, compassion and respect. The team of carers, both day and night are very supportive and understanding, also giving detailed daily updates. For me this is total peace of mind. For my Mum being in her home with friendly carers makes her day, she loves her daily chats.

The service provided Alina has been seamless from initial engagement through to date, with the live-in carer having been in place for a month or so now. The first (in-person) meetings were friendly, relaxed but highly professional with no hard sell (unlike other potential providers I made approaches to that immediately pressured me to commit and were all by phone calls or virtual).

The carer has been extremely capable and adaptable and has given us great reassurance that my mother is being well looked after and cared for. I cannot recommend Alina Homecare enough.

From the first phone call I made in order to make enquiries to the present day the manager and his staff could not have been more accommodating, professional, understanding, sympathetic or helpful. The app helps me to keep track of the care being provided which is always very thorough and for the duration of the time being paid for. The carers are friendly, thorough and respect people's dignity. The carers will encourage and support the client to be independent as much as possible and pay good attention to detail. Carers are patient and respectful to both the client and family. The manager and staff will go the extra mile where they can.

Having praised the organisational aspects, the greatest praise must go to the carers themselves. Every carer who visits is attentive, kind, cheerful and so willing to help in the best way. My mum looks forward to their visit and their little chats, thereby greatly benefiting in her physical and mental health. The carers are simply amazing people.

The first contact I had with Alina Homecare, Rustington was positive and supportive and I was confident that they could provide the care needed for my husband. The carers were always on time, professional yet friendly and very aware of his specific needs and our wishes. We were always informed early if there was a change to the usual carer. The carers were always willing to carry out tasks within the home such as ironing or cleaning. We would definitely still be using them now if my husband had not gone into care.

As a family, with a parent needing care, we are extremely pleased with the service we are receiving, from Alina Homecare. The office staff and On-Call service are excellent and give us peace of mind that there is always someone on the phone to help out when needed. The carers themselves are lovely. Professional and caring, and always treating our parent with dignity. As a family, it is lovely to have the application, so that we can keep in touch, and know what is happening, at all times.

We continue to be very impressed with the care services provided to my mother by everyone at Alina, having been badly let down by another local provider. An exemplary care package was implemented within just a few days of needing to change the care provider and my mother, whilst difficult, has accepted certain aspects of the care after only two weeks - something that was promised by the other provider but without success even after two years. We have trust in Alina that they will provide what they promise and that is what matters to us most.

Alina has really persevered in trying to help our mum. She will not accept care or help readily, yet they've continued to engage with her each day. We find them accessible at all times, with a friendly management team and committed staff. They have also interacted with other services, such as mental health and social services, to provide complete coverage.

I have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare. Their carers are always kind and considerate to my mother. I am grateful for their knowledge and positive input into her life and the confidence they give me, as well as peace of mind, knowing her needs are met every day etc. showing a professional approach.

Mum is very happy with the care she receives from Alina Homecare. She is treated with dignity at all times. The service is reliable and the carers friendly. Mum likes routine and does not easily adapt to change. As her daughter, it is easy for me to check on the app to see the note for each visit. Mum has very limited abilities and her vision and hearing are poor, so communication has its challenges. Mum likes to be as independent as possible and the carers respect that.

My father received excellent care from Alina Care for the last year of his life, enabling him to stay in his own home for as long as possible. The staff were polite and attentive. Some were very kind and befriended my father and alleviated his loneliness. Also, some staff were very helpful and supportive when my father fell and was very unwell.

I wouldn’t be able to manage without our carers and am extremely grateful for their help and support.

My dad sadly had a stroke and despite rehab, it left him unable to walk or stand. The family home was adapted but he needed 2 carers four times a day to wash and change him and Alina took on that role. They made it so easy to arrange and were friendly, professional and organised, especially the manager and another member of staff in particular. The care dad received from all of his carers was amazing. Their kindness and empathy not only for dad but also for mum was wonderful. They were always helpful and attentive to dad's needs and wishes and it took away a lot of the stress and worry for mum and my family knowing dad was being so well cared for. We later had to apply for council funding which was a nightmare and the manager stepped in and sorted it for us. They pretty much became part of our family for 18 months until sadly dad passed away in November. A massive and heartfelt thank you to you all.

My father has been receiving lunchtime visits from Alina Homecare for a few months now. He has Alzheimer's and can sometimes be confused and a little difficult. All of the carers are very good with him, they are patient, and they make him lunch and a cup of tea. Wash up the plates and sit and talk to Dad, try and calm him if he's anxious. They report on the visit every day on an app which tells how much food and drink he consumed and his mood. I would highly recommend Alina to anyone looking for care for their elderly loved ones.
