The team make sure that any decisions around the care, firstly involve the client and when needed, the family, where joint decisions need to be made. The team are really pleased that the work put in to ensure that your mum's care is person-centred and specific to her requirements has made a positive difference. The supervisory team try to ensure that the client's specific wishes are captured during the initial assessment, but it is often the case that the care needs to be adapted once the package of care has started. We are glad that we have been able to adapt to ensure that your mum is encouraged and supported in a way that has really made a difference. We strive to ensure continuity in provision of care by allocating the same carer where possible but inevitably, this can change from time to time due to holidays and absence. When this occurs, we ensure that our clients are informed and that a suitable carer is allocated as a replacement when needed.
