Alina Homecare Rustington is a high-quality home care provider that operates within the Rustington and nearby areas.

The branch is located in the heart of the town, in Ash Lane, and the manager has a vast amount of experience delivering person-centred homecare and live-in care to clients.

Respite care, complex care and disability care are also available.

Other locations that carers can travel to include Aldwick, Angmering, Arundel, Barnham, Clapham, Clymping, East Preston, Ferring, Ford Village, Littlehampton, Middleton, Patching, Rustington & Yapton.

Staff are selected for their empathy skills and for their past care experience. They are then heavily vetted with DBS checks and then by being fully reference checked. Once selected they are then given extensive training.

Good communication is a vital part of care packages, with individuals and relatives being kept up to date about major care decisions.

The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.


Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.


We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.


We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Everyone connected with my father’s care has been brilliant. Alina Homecare choose their staff carefully. They are bright, polite and hard working. Based on their experience, many of them have good advice and can suggest where to get further help when there is a physical problem with their clients.
They notice things that could develop into a problem, such as hearing a wheeze on a client’s chest, or some soreness, that needs attention. I couldn’t have wished for better care for my father and have only stopped having it, due to my father moving. I have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare.

After my father died, it was obvious my mother's health and wellbeing were deteriorating due to Alzheimer's. Being 'old school' she did not want any help. I phoned the nearest care company and discussed the help required. Alina Homecare came in 2 or 3 mornings a week for personal care. Over time, her
condition worsened so care increased to every morning and evening, showering and toileting, giving her as much dignity as possible. As her condition worsened, anger and frustration surfaced and at times physical aggression. Throughout the last six years, I cannot fault Alina. She is now bedbound; the care staff that visit, take the time to talk and try to explain what they are doing to my mum. They don't rush and even now give her as much dignity as possible, whilst making sure she is given the best possible care. The office staff are always friendly and flexible to our needs, even in these difficult times. I learnt more from Alina about personal care than from any other provider. Five Stars.

Alina Homecare have proven exceptionally efficient in looking after the needs of my elderly mum. They listen to her problems, are sympathetic and attentive and always keep in touch with me if they have any concerns. They also work on their initiative, regularly recommending anything they feel may assist
with mums comfort. I can honestly say that I feel so much more relaxed knowing that mum is in their safe hands - and would heartily recommend their service to anyone needing first-class care for a loved one.

Have had Alina Homecare Rustington assist my mother for just over a year. I have found them to be very reliable and punctual on timings. Always treated my mother with dignity and care. Medication always given, food prepared and given or left within easy reach if she didn't feel like eating. Plenty of
drinks left within reach. They or the office would contact me if there was any problem. My mother is now going into 24hr care.

Alina Homecare have looked after my mother for around 5 years now and I can honestly say during that period they have gone out of their way to help mum and provide kind and considerate care at home. Also going out of their way when mum started to wander, looking for her and even taking her home and
even into their office for a cup of tea. Mum began to get very confused and would constantly phone Alina - out of hours too, but they were never bothered and said to me 'don't worry, we are happy to speak to her, at least we know she is at home and safe'.

I have found the carers to be friendly, polite, punctual and trustworthy. I also found the manager to be very easy to get on with. I am a disabled lady and I like the fact that most of my carers have experience with working with disabled clients.
