I usually visit my Mum later in the day after her visits and I can honestly say she is always a happier person for the interaction with her carer. Well done Lancing Alina.

Alina Carers were really lovely and so sweet with mum. She enjoyed the company and I was grateful for their assistance. They seemed to always be there at just the right time and it gave me peace of mind.

We used Alina Care for 6 months. We had daycare and some night care and I can't thank them enough for their dedication to looking after my husband, all the carers were brilliant and always professional and importantly happy and friendly.

Was very pleased with the service. All the carers were very kind and helpful and prompt on time keeping, the carers cooked lunch, made sandwich for tea time, took all rubbish out, washed up and dried up and sat and chatted with mum.

We have used Alina since April 2023, we have found the staff very accommodating and caring, some of them going the extra mile to make my husband's illness more bearable. They have been punctual, always presented well and cheerful and give him time to be able to ask for anything. He has no problem understanding them either. The only comment would be he would like to get up earlier but has a time slot of 8:40 because of requiring two carers.

Alina have been amazing, nothing has been too much for them to sort, we have had to change things at short notice, and add things, which have been sorted with no fuss, the whole team have taken to my mum, and the rapport between them all is lovely to witness. I am so grateful for the way Mum has been cared for, the team are all friendly and have been supportive for the family as well.

I count myself very lucky to have found Alina Homecare. My dad was very reticent about the idea of care and so it was important for me to find people he'd feel happy and relaxed with (especially as he has some very personal care needs). The carers, manager and admin team have done everything they can to make life easier for us. Following our initial phone call, the Team Manager came to Dad's house to meet us and to tell us all about Alina. I could tell he was really listening to Dad and me and genuinely wanting to create the best care plan he could for meeting Dad's needs and wishes. Then the Senior Care Supervisor came to explain to us how the team would be putting the care plan into practice. The Alina Lancing Team are a highly professional and caring team of people. They're committed to treating clients and loved ones with respect, empathy and patience. I can absolutely recommend them to anyone needing care!

My mother (94), and another elderly lady (97) living with my mother, had been receiving increasing amounts of home care over the last 4+ years until recently when they both moved into residential care. My parents have used Alina Homecare Lancing for several years. When my mother (my dad's main carer) went into hospital on Boxing Day because of a fractured hip, we had to increase the homecare for my father substantially. My mum is now recovering from the hip operation at home and so they have Alina Homecare come in four times a day to do everything from personal care to preparing meals and administering medication. Alina are always professional and kind and willing to fit in with my parents' schedule of hospital visits, my dad's dialysis days, and even my brother's wedding for which they have gone beyond the call of duty. I recommend Alina Homecare Lancing without any hesitation, every one of their carers has been fantastic.

The manager and his team provide an amazing service for my elderly aunt. I feel confident and reassured that my aunt is extremely well looked after and all her needs attended to. My aunt is always happy and finds her carers warm, friendly and kind. The manager and the team are very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. They use the online system to log details of their visits and have allowed me access to this which is so helpful. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for extra help with loved ones. I know that my aunt is given all her medications appropriately and that any new health issues are reported to me immediately which is very comforting as I am unable to visit my aunt as often as I would like. Her home is always clean and her clothes and appearance neat and tidy thanks to their diligence. We are very lucky to have them in my aunt's daily life.

I have found Alina Homecare to be a well-managed care company with cheerful and caring staff. Having looked after my mother for over ten years I had no hesitation in employing them for myself when I needed extra support over five years ago.
