The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.


Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.


We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

Alina Homecare Lancing has been really efficient in managing the service for my elderly father, and the staff are extremely caring and professional. The field coordinator is very accessible, and it is easy to make changes. I would definitely recommend this company for home care.

I am deeply impressed by the warm, friendly and professional approach of all the staff members who have helped me and my husband with his mixed dementia. They offer help whether for a few hours or full time with equal commitment and relational response. They treat their clients with dignity, knowledge,

I am a service user that receives live-in care. My first initial assessment with Alina Homecare was great, I was made to feel comfortable expressing myself as the lady that assessed me made me feel at ease and made me feel she understood me. We had laughs as well as times I felt uncomfortable explaining
what I will need, I was reassured that my needs were going to be met and so far they have. My field care supervisor has been so understanding and supportive so much so that she makes sure I am allocated to a carer that is best suited for my needs. She also has gone above and beyond to make sure those needs are met. Thank you to all of those at Alina Homecare Lancing!

All the staff do a very thorough, caring process when attending me.
They ask what I would like and listen to my requests/needs.
They leave my home tidy and ensure I'm happy before they leave. They reassure me while I'm transferred via hoist and make me comfortable in my recliner or bed always.

Fantastic service from Alina. Everything about them is great from management to the frontline carers. The quality of care to Dad in his last few weeks was special and the subsequent care of my Mum is frankly amazing. We cannot praise Alina staff and carers enough. They stepped up when we needed care for my mother in law after a fall, just before a holiday and got a care package in place in less than a day! What was initially was going to be a temporary arrangement for a couple of weeks became a normal package caring
on a daily basis. One of the main reasons for this was the ladies who cared for her were empathetic, tender and reliable. They treated her with great respect and they became her friends and she looked forward to their visits. They made her last few months of independent living much easier and we do not hesitate to recommend their services for future clients.

We changed my mother's care to Alina (Lancing) 5/6 months ago and wish we'd done so sooner. The office staff are friendly and very responsive to extra requirements arising from time to time. The small team of carers for the local area are clearly of a much higher standard than those from our previous
agency. We do not live locally and need a reliable service, which Alina clearly provide. The cost is slightly higher but well worth the difference. All in all, we are very pleased with Alina's professional and personal service.

My mum likes all of her carers. Alina Homecare Lancing try to give her the same carers so she has got to know a small number well and formed trusting relationships with them. Mum has especially enjoyed social visits to church and knitting, talking and watching films when church has closed during Covid.
The
carers keep the family up to date with Mum’s needs.

They provide excellent care.
Mum has various health and age-related issues; a solution is always found to move things forward.
Emergencies are always dealt with promptly and with humour.
I have always found the staff to be polite and friendly.

The team have been caring for my wife for just over a year now and I can offer nothing but my utmost praise for the way they do their job. Nothing is ever too much for them even though it can be quite challenging at times. The ladies are always extremely polite and treat my wife with the greatest level
of respect and dignity at all times.
The carers will always let me know if they notice anything out of the ordinary. My review covers all members of staff including working behind the scenes.
I fully recommend Alina Homecare to anyone in need of a care package.

A group of carers from Alina Homecare Lancing looked after my father (aged 81) after my mother passed away in 2018. Different carers came every afternoon each day of the week, to look after him, talk to him, go for walks, take him on trips and to appointments etc. The carers were all fantastic: warm
and caring, prompt, reliable, and very generous with their time and attention. They wrote detailed notes after every meeting and kept me and my sister informed of everything. Also, the managers of the agency were really friendly and reliable, and always on call by phone and e-mail. I could not recommend them strongly enough.

I switched to Alina Lancing for care six months ago after researching online. All agencies say they put the needs and wishes of clients first. Alina Lancing actually do it. I think one of the secrets is that local managers lead from the front being out and about, providing clients with care themselves.
Any carer new to a client is introduced by one of the managers who then shows the new carer (however experienced) how this particular client likes things done; again the emphasis is on the client's wishes and a lot of importance is placed on client and carer getting on well. Like all the Alina carers I have met my regulars are absolutely lovely with a way of making even the most intimate and potentially difficult, upsetting situation easy and acceptable. I'm quite seriously disabled and rely on them a great deal. They are all so good-humoured and a pleasure to have around
To sum up, I would say my Alina helpers not only care about meeting all my physical needs, they also care about me as a person.
