The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

A group of carers from Alina Homecare Lancing looked after my father (aged 81) after my mother passed away in 2018. Different carers came every afternoon each day of the week, to look after him, talk to him, go for walks, take him on trips and to appointments etc. The carers were all fantastic: warm and caring, prompt, reliable, and very generous with their time and attention. They wrote detailed notes after every meeting and kept me and my sister informed of everything. Also, the managers of the agency were really friendly and reliable, and always on call by phone and e-mail. I could not recommend them strongly enough.

I switched to Alina Lancing for care six months ago after researching online. All agencies say they put the needs and wishes of clients first. Alina Lancing actually do it. I think one of the secrets is that local managers lead from the front being out and about, providing clients with care themselves. Any carer new to a client is introduced by one of the managers who then shows the new carer (however experienced) how this particular client likes things done; again the emphasis is on the client's wishes and a lot of importance is placed on client and carer getting on well. Like all the Alina carers I have met my regulars are absolutely lovely with a way of making even the most intimate and potentially difficult, upsetting situation easy and acceptable. I'm quite seriously disabled and rely on them a great deal. They are all so good-humoured and a pleasure to have around
To sum up, I would say my Alina helpers not only care about meeting all my physical needs, they also care about me as a person.

I have been a client with the Lancing branch of Alina since July 2018, I want it to be noted how much they have changed mine and also my family's lives since then. All my family have noticed the change in myself with the care and support I have been receiving. It has taken so much pressure off family life, knowing I am cared for. My children are very protective of me and feel completely at ease and comfortable with the carers who visit me. They don't now feel the need to be so protective.
The carers are excellent and I don't feel I need to tell them every time what I need, they understand my conditions, which are many and complex. They have gone out of their way to find out more about my conditions and thought "out of the box" to find solutions to daily issues. The care plan has been written in such a way that there is a complete understanding. They found the right people that match my needs straight away. I no longer feel like a "burden" due to them. I couldn't be happier.

I have always been very pleased with my covers from Alina. Although mostly young, they act responsibly - nothing is too much trouble at the time, they are cheerful and always ready for a laugh! I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of care.
