Overall Experience

We have used Alina for my mother for approximately 9-10 months. We have had between 1 and four visits per day depending on her needs. All the carers have been professional and extremely caring, empathetic, friendly and very useful to my mother, nothing has ever been to much trouble., from care to company to friendship. They have even visited her in hospital when I could not make it and we're the 24hr emergency contact for her lifeline service. None of these service providers come cheaply but we found Alina to be extremely reasonable , professional, friendly and caring and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering care for a relative.

Outstanding, amazing cannot fault them at all,so caring, always on time, always happy and helpful.
They always go that extra mile when needed.
My mother-in-law thinks they are wonderful,at 96 she was always independent until a fall last year, it was a struggle to persuade her she needs support,but alina care came along and having the same carers each day makes her smile, They certainly brighten her day up

All of the family are very happy with the professional care being given to our mother. Every carer are very kind and genuinely care about their work and the way carry it out.

I would not hesitate in recommending Alina Homecare to anyone who requires outstanding carer's.

Alina Homecare have made a real difference to my father's evenings.

Sam, Claire and Emma have truly upped the tempo of his routine, bringing entertainment, fun and a sense of calm at just the right time of day. All the ladies take the time to recognise and respect his wishes and it's clear they genuinely care about his wellbeing. Every aspect of his evening is thoughtfully taken care of, which gives me great reassurance as I leave for the evening. I'm very grateful for the kindness, consistency and positivity they bring.

Overall Experience

I used Alina Homecare Stratford on Avon for the first time in August 2025 and again in December 2025 to provide a daily visit to my mother, initially when I was on holiday and again when I was unable to drive following knee surgery. My 87 year old mother has Alzeimers and lives alone with her dog.

In short, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff who cared for my mother were friendly, caring, respectful and provided peace of mind to know that she was being cared for whilst I couldn't visit. Alina's Manager at Stratford on Avon is really lovely and went over and above to ensure Mum was well cared for; even waiting with her until we could get there (2.5 hrs drive), when she had lost her keys and locked herself out in the pouring rain one day . Also, Alina uses an online app to report on meals/drinks taken, tablets taken and mood during each visit which is very reassuring when you are in another country and another time zone.

I would happily recommend them to anyone.
