After researching local care companies for help with my father initially, Alison from Alina stood out as the most flexible and understanding. All staff are very professional and when it became obvious that both my parents required help in different ways, it was easy and straightforward to update care plans and provide them both with a great service for their needs.

It is so reassuring to know that Alina Home Care are helping our Mother continue to live independently at home. The service is bespoke to my mother's needs and we have a fully comprehensive care plan in place. I note that Mum really enjoys the company and care each carer provides. I feel confident Mum is in safe hands and I think Mum feels listened to and very much respected. Our care is managed by Alison and her team, who are quick to act when needs and circumstances change. It's a huge step finding the right care for your loved ones and Alina have quickly become part of our support group as a family and they have guided us through this overwhelming time. Most importantly Mum is doing great and very happy!

From the outset Alina has been an excellent service, from my initial enquiries for day help for my mum to now, where mum has two visits a day. She lives alone at almost eighty seven and is independent but values the daily interaction with her carers and the help she needs. After each visit I receive a detailed update on how she is and the care provided, the App is easy to use. The team manager is fantastic, communication is excellent.
