Alina Care Bath have been amazing. My parents health has been declining to the point that they needed some support in order to stay in their home.


After initial contact the Alina care team sorted care for my parents with in a couple of days and the quality of care is fantastic. The team go above

and beyond and I really feel that every carer that visits my parents really treat them with respect and dignity.


The care plan can easily be adjusted when the needs arises and they can quickly facilitate any change in needs.


The app that reports on the well being of my parents is brilliant and really puts me at ease knowing my parents are receiving the best support.


I have always been able to make contact with the office easily and always greeted with a very sympathetic ear.


I cannot fault Alina care at all. They have been a true life saver for me and my family. Thankyou

My husband's uncle has been receiving care since October 2024 after months of ill health and continuous hospital visits.
He has made a very good progress since receiving Alina Care support and company.
He sees Alina careers every day enjoy his walks and chats with everyone of the ladies.
For my
husband and I (and our sons )knowing that uncle will be care for every morning represents more than just ensuring he is clean and well it give us space and flexibility/room for our own commitments and life.
For they help and support we can only say

The manager is very good at his job, he is dedicated and warm and friendly and has experience from the ground up so is really efficient and when he says something is going to be done, it is, unlike another care company I was using. Everything got sorted really quickly so my dad could receive care almost
straight away which was a relief for me. The staff were experienced and very professional and we were never let down which was what had happened with another company plus Alina seemed to be able to keep their staff so that says something too and I will recommend them to my friends.

Alina carers have been visiting my aunt daily for a year now, and we are extremely happy with the service. She has mild dementia and is still living mostly independently. Knowing that someone from Alina is there every day, making her breakfast and ensuring she takes her meds is very reassuring. My aunt
has been much less anxious since her "lovely ladies" have been coming. I have been particularly impressed by how much the Alina team really care - they often go above and beyond to ensure my aunt is happy and ready for the day. They always have a chat and a laugh, and little extras are no problem. Love the app too as it means I can always check in. Thanks Alina!

I'm pleased with the service I get from my companions from Alina. It has changed my life. I am now back to my old self and every person notices it. Thank you, Alina!

I have to say that Alina Homecare Bath have been utterly amazing and have really changed my mum's life for the better. She is a new person since Alina started caring for her. My mum has recently been diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer's and my sister and I were getting concerned about her well-being.
She was very anxious in the mornings and then lonely during the day even though she has quite an active social life. But it was the mornings, especially first thing that we were worried about. My sister works full time and I live some distance away so we struggled to be there when mum needed us most; also struggled getting her to increase the number of appointments. So Alina has started coming in each day and they are absolutely amazing! All the people we've met are a credit not only to Alina but also to the wider care profession. They make sure she is safe and happy and her mood is completely different to a few weeks ago. Would thoroughly recommend it without hesitation.

Carers are punctual and carry out their agreed tasks whilst also ensuring they chat and have a coffee with Mum whilst dinner is cooking, she calls them her 'dinner ladies'! They are all very friendly and always leave the kitchen tidy and also offer to do extra tasks if time permits. It is good to know
that someone was visiting her on the days I was not there. The manager is excellent and communication easy, the app is great. I am notified in advance of the rota which is great as I can let Mum know who to expect.

My daughter has been receiving personal care from Alina since October 2023. Her needs are quite complicated as she is in a wheelchair and unable to use her hands to do anything for herself. Alina carers have been very professional, treating her with dignity and kindness. They are very reliable and arrive
promptly. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs them.

Mum is very happy with the service Alina provides as she has been very reluctant to accept help in the past. The staff are very friendly and efficient and it gives my sister and I peace of mind that someone is visiting her on a daily basis. Communication is excellent and keeps us updated via phone,
email and on the app. The manager is particularly helpful and very friendly and I would definitely recommend the services of Alina to anyone seeking help for themselves or a loved one.

Alina have been visiting Mum daily since October 2023. We are very happy with the care and support provided by the staff and management. Mum looks forward to their visits every day and also happy with the care provided. Communication from the office is very good and we are kept updated with any changes
with the rota and the care package. Would recommend Alina Homecare.

I have found the care provided to be of the best service, my father has gone from “I don’t need any help” to enjoying both the support and visit. As I am not living close by, the app is brilliant as I can check on how the visit has gone. Though the communication with the manager and his team has been
brilliant, I am called whenever they have a question concerning Dad, this is especially welcome as due to his condition he can easily get confused.
