So far so good,detailed reports received via app provide peace of mind. Not able to add much as I've not met or been at my father's home at the same time as the carer. My enquiries and meetings to arrange car were both professional and pleasant.

We have found all the carers provided by this company to be well trained and extremely helpful , kindly courteous and patient. There have been occasional timing changes and personnel changes which my husband can find upsetting but I totally understand that this is in the nature of a business which is at the mercy of events in both client and staff lives. Not forgetting the problems with weather and traffic conditions. I have found that the office staff have been very helpful and have responded immediately to any changes in requests for care that I have made. We shall certainly continue to use the services of Alina for the foreseeable future.

Our family are extremely grateful to Alina for their support in May which enabled my dad to attend some important family events. In addition to providing their normal morning and evening care we asked them to assist us with getting dad to a milestone birthday party and his grandsons wedding. Alina were at Dads side for both events, providing attentive but discreet care, meaning as a family we were able to relax and enjoy the events. Most importantly Dad had a wonderful time. Some wonderful family memories were created thanks to the support we received from Alina.

My wife has been in hospital since the end of January to the present but I have been happy to continue their presence as they give great support to me by doing the day to day jobs around the house. This allows me to to go shopping, visit my wife in hospital and frees me from those tasks which would prove tiring and inconvenient under the present circumstances.

Albeit short and sweet, only 2 weeks while my mother took a holiday with us, I can not fault the care and attention she received while here from the staff at Alina Homecare. The care provided although only for a short time was exceptional. From the first meeting to providing end-of-life care they went above and beyond. We had no worries about them being in the house and my mother-in-law felt safe and happy that the carer was warm friendly and fun. They supported us as a family at the end and we really appreciated it.
