Alina Homecare has been amazing with my parent. Nothing is too much trouble, lots of support & updates. Very professional, courteous & kind, which has given me so much peace of mind. Can highly recommend. Staff are lovely.

The staff at Alina literally came to our rescue at short notice & at a very difficult time, they were kind, compassionate, unconditionally helpful & supportive. These are carers that REALLY CARE, they do all that they can to sustain people's dignity, encourage positivity & form positive relationships with the clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this care agency. If I could score them more than 5 stars then I would!

Alina was the only Company in the area prepared to assist us with holiday care for 12 days. The office were very accommodating and changed our times when required for specific days out and returning home, which I felt was exceptional service given we were only clients for a short time. The carers were all very pleasant, chatty and gave us ideas of places to visit which was most helpful. The fact that we have already rebooked to return to the same place next year and Alina have kindly agreed to support us again speaks volumes. I ca't tell you how good it feels to know we have carers already in place. We hope that this may become our go to place for years to come and Alina play a huge part in that decision, we really can't thank them enough.

Very pleased with the service provided. The help and service to get me back on the path has been excellent. All the carers have been top class.

Hannah and the team at Alina have been great with my Grandma. We initially had 2 visits a day and then gradually upped our visits until my Grandma had to go in to a home.

Hannah or Natalie would always reply really quickly to any query or problem. We only had a few issues with some visits being too late, but most of the time they were good. My grandma liked all the carers that she had and when I visited I met one (Hope) a few times and she was so lovely.

When my Grandma was unsafe at home, Hannah was trying to find overnight carers and anything that could help us out to keep her safe. It was really appreciated

All staff are lovely , they are very caring and also respectful . I am extremely pleased with the service provided. The staff in the office are also very caring and helpful I have had to cancel a few visits due to last minute arrangements but this is never a problem . The Carers feel like family and friends it's so nice to feel safe in their hands . Great job many thanks. X

Have recently had to increase the amount of care that my mum receives. The team at Alina Poole made that straightforward. All the carers I've met have been warm and friendly and most importantly get on really well with my mum.

After a fall my mother needed emergency care, having been sent home from hospital without any follow up assistance or care for her fracture. Kelly and her team stepped up at very short notice and provided a 4 times a day visit schedule and then 12 hours a day care. All of my mother's needs were catered for in a professional and sensitive manner. Her sometimes demanding attitude was met with kindness and patience. My mother is now in a care home but if she only needed home help I would be very happy to employ Alina Care.

My day is enlightened with visits from the pink brigade. They are very friendly and helpful.

We thank the office team as well who readily accommodate any visit changes at short notice.

The care, help, support and advice we receive from Alina Homecare, Christchurch is outstanding. The staff are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and are always ready to go that extra yard to make sure the client is happy and comfortable. So far so good,detailed reports received via app provide peace of mind. Not able to add much as I've not met or been at my father's home at the same time as the carer. My enquiries and meetings to arrange car were both professional and pleasant.

We have found all the carers provided by this company to be well trained and extremely helpful , kindly courteous and patient. There have been occasional timing changes and personnel changes which my husband can find upsetting but I totally understand that this is in the nature of a business which is at the mercy of events in both client and staff lives. Not forgetting the problems with weather and traffic conditions. I have found that the office staff have been very helpful and have responded immediately to any changes in requests for care that I have made. We shall certainly continue to use the services of Alina for the foreseeable future.

I have been involved with my sister-in-law's care for the last 4/5 months and have had a lot of contact with the Manager and team at Alina Homecare. The Alina team report daily to me via an app, which is very useful. Also they can drive her into the village & help with shopping. They also help her with personal care. I would definitely recommend them.
