The care, help, support and advice we receive from Alina Homecare, Christchurch is outstanding. The staff are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and are always ready to go that extra yard to make sure the client is happy and comfortable. We know of the carer and time of their visit in advance so can plan our day accordingly. Very pleased we found Alina Homecare, it is a pleasure to recommend them.

Alina care are an outstanding group of carers with an exceptional management team and deserve this review don't give me as many reviews only to those who go above and beyond and exceed expectations always on time great bunch go the extra mile pleasure to see them arrive well deserved thank you so much for your continued support and help.

Albeit short and sweet, only 2 weeks while my mother took a holiday with us, I can not fault the care and attention she received while here from the staff at Alina Homecare. We would definitely use their services in the future, and I, as the daughter, can only thank the staff for their understanding and the wonderful care they gave my mother while she was here; nothing was too much bother. Again, thank you.

All the carers/cleaners were competent hardworking courteous and helpful.

My mother was urgently admitted into hospital following a fall at home. This left my father at home on his own, not able to fully cope. Alina carers already came in each day for an hour but this needed to drastically increase to all day. Alina took everything off my hands in terms of quickly and effectively ensuring that carers went in to see my father from first thing in the day to bedtime. Carers were very responsive to Dad's requests and needs in a very respectful way and took him to see Mum in hospital regularly. She was in hospital for 2 weeks. Throughout this time, I was in constant contact with Alina about care for Dad, but also to arrange care for Mum on coming out of hospital. Alina was superb and a lifeline. Since then, they have continued to provide good care for Mum and Dad, although the hours needed are not as intense now. Alina staff are always easy to get hold of and helpful with any issues swiftly resolved. I would very much recommend them.

I was worried about my father-in-law, who was living alone since his wife went into care, and was 2 hours remote from the nearest family and struggling with dementia. I did an online search and spoke to several care companies. Alina were by far the most attentive, friendly and willing of all those we met. They were great listeners, were flexible to changing needs, and showed interest in hobbies and memories to help lift my father-in-law's mood at each visit. Alina were consistent, reliable, and did everything that was asked of them, in fact, my father-in-law put on weight and was far healthier and happy as a result of his regular visits with lovely helpful, friendly and thorough carers. Office staff were wonderful, always welcoming, helpful and also reliable, and any concerns were always quickly resolved. Alina were a great long-term care choice, and I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Alina helped me get out of the hospital. I am in a lot of pain with my legs. The carers are very helpful and always happy which helps my mood for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend Aline to anyone who needs care. Without my carers, I would struggle in the morning. The carers are very dedicated.

My husband is well looked after and communication is good. He is left feeling well-supported and calm. The care has left him able to have a degree of independence during the day and able to relax in the evening.

The carers are efficient and kind. They give helpful advice when needed. I think they are fantastic human beings.

We are having a wonderful experience with Alina Care. It makes such a difference to know that my husband is getting the best care possible and looks forward to his carer visits. They are always punctual, friendly, and efficient and it makes such a difference to our day.

Our carer genuinely makes a difference helping my Dad who has Alzheimer's. This makes a massive difference to my Mum who would otherwise be doing this, and she's over 80. So the help makes her quality of life better. I'd wholeheartedly recommend our carer (I'm not allowed to use her name in this review). And say a personal thank you for making a real difference to the quality of both my Mum and Dad's lives. Indeed, all the team at Alina Christchurch are lovely people.
