The manager and their care team work tirelessly to give truly person-centred care for individuals who wish to remain living at home for as long as possible.

Staff are selected that have a strong sense of compassion and good past care experience. Candidates then go through a rigorous selection process whereby they are DBS and fully reference checked. Extensive training is then provided.

The dignity and respect of individuals is paramount at all times. They can visit on an hourly basis, overnight or you can have a live-in carer.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Recently used the Alina home care service for my dad when he came home from hospital. All the carers who visited dad were very good with him. They were all respectful of him and his home and his wishes. And were patient with him. When he needed an ambulance called one of the carers made sure he was
ok and stayed longer to see that he was safe and with paramedics. The daily reports from each visit is a great way to be able to keep a check on the situation and how the visit went. You can check this on the online app, and see what time the visits are set for for the following week.
The manager was always great to communicate with and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this care agency and would use again if needed. Thank you.

Signing up with Alina Homecare Poole has been the best decision and mum is so happy with the care she is receiving. From the moment mum met the team, she felt that they genuinely cared about her and that has continued. Alina has also been able to accommodate mum's preferences and my requests and questions
have been responded to quickly and efficiently. Having access to the carer's handover post a visit through the App has been brilliant and so reassuring given none of her family live locally.
I would highly recommend Alina Homecare Poole as a provider of professional and personalised care and who offer a full range of services that can be introduced as needed.

We needed a care plan ASAP, The managers came to our rescue and were able to process the paperwork and start within two days. Wonderful, caring companion carers for my mother who suffers from Dementia. We needed some support with care for my mother and contacted Alina Homecare to see what they could offer, we haven't looked back. Mum has settled onto her weekly visits and is happy with her care.

Alina is extremely professional and maintains close contact with me. They schedule regular home visits to obtain feedback and any concerns or requests I may have. I was very impressed with the full details of my condition and the care plan being provided to me.

When I first contacted, the service manager was extremely helpful friendly, and listened to what we were looking for, I could tell at once that she cared about her and the team getting it right.
When she and a colleague went to visit my mother-in-law my husband was there. They made it very clear it
was what my mother-in-law wanted.
Every query I had was answered promptly, what was promised was delivered and most of all my mother-in-law felt safe with the carers that were sent, they worked with her doing what mattered to her, giving her time in a professional and caring manner.
We now know who to contact if she needs further support.

In general, the care provided was very good. The carers were friendly, efficient and sympathetic. I should have preferred a regular arrival time so that a routine could be easily established. Similarly, although there was one regular carer for most of the time, occasional new carers were a distraction
to the one cared for.

We have only been using Alina HomeCare since the end of March when my wife came home after a lengthy stay in the hospital. My wife often needs a lot of encouragement to face the day, but the carer is excellent; she is very patient and empathetic and has been able to motivate her to get dressed and go
out for a walk etc when my own efforts would have failed to cause me to become very stressed. The company normally sends out a weekly rota so that we know who is coming and when. The carer is very reliable and always on time.

Friendly care team, whom my mother likes. She looks forward to their visits on a regular basis. They have all got to know her requirements without her having to explain them. The only negative which I understand completely is the times on the timetable can change sometimes (only within 40 minutes on
either side of the time slot) which to a 90-year-old, is hard to grasp and accept, especially if on the early side as she likes to be organised and ready and sometimes she’s not. Only minor but I have to go into explanations, the same explanations every time. I worked many years in care so I get it.
