Alina Care has been extremely helpful in a very stressful time for my family. The level of care and dedication has been brilliant. The team that looks after my mum is fantastic. The office team are always on call and let you know if there are any problems. Nothing is too much for them. They also take my mum out on social visits and take her shopping which is invaluable. Well done Alina Care.

Very good service. The carer we have fully understood our needs. The carer chats with my dad and understands the moods that dementia brings, and chats to my dad about things that Dad likes. Our carer is willing to assist Dad with his needs. I have recommended Alina to a friend who now also has carers for her mother from Alina. Did have a couple of issues in relation to days and times, but hopefully, there are now sorted.

Minimal service required - lunchtime sandwich. The staff are friendly and efficient. Date/time schedule often received late or not at all.

Alina Homecare Poole has been absolutely outstanding in the care of my mother-in-law. From first contact, they have been super professional and caring. My mother-in-law has been in hospital a number of times and they have helped me coordinate her care and rehabilitation when returning home. Outstanding staff with a true dedication for the needs of elderly clients.

Excellent service from first contact with the office by phone, caring staff visiting my 91-year-old Uncle every morning. He looks forward to their visits, they are extremely professional, and friendly with compassion and respect. I would definitely recommend Alina Homecare.

Mum had been getting care once a week for three years from Alina Homecare. She had a stroke and was in hospital for several weeks. I live in Australia and came over for 2 and a half weeks to facilitate her discharge home. All she wanted was to get back home to her cats. One of the members of staff was my point of contact and she was really lovely. She was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure a live-in carer was available as soon as possible. She went and met Mum and the carer on the day she went home to make sure all went smoothly. She continues to keep me updated with any changes which I really appreciate. Being so far away is very stressful when your loved one is sick. It is reassuring to trust the people looking after Mum are genuinely caring and have her best interests at heart. Mum is so happy to be home and the carer is lovely too.

Have been very impressed by the carers that have come to my elderly neighbour. They are extremely respectful and allow the service user to make the choices that they can. I love the app where we can keep up to date with how the visits are going.

We are delighted with the service provided by Alina Homecare. Their professional and caring approach has been evident in every single contact that any member of the family has had with them. My Dad who's Lewy Body Dementia has become more severe in the last few months needed some extra care to help him remain living at home and Alina have provided this so well, the transition to having carers in has been smoother than I could have ever imagined and both Dad and his home are in much better shape than they have been for a while. The Carers are wonderful and the Field Care Supervisor has been so approachable and efficient that I have no worries going forward that Alina were the right choice for my Dad's care. The weight that has been lifted from my shoulders and this means that I can get on with learning how to adapt to Dad's worsening condition and do a lot more fun things with him rather than worrying and arguing about household tasks. Alina Homecare were extremely responsive in finding a carer to visit my mother in her home four times a day. This happened in a short number of days. They were very professional in all the administration and the carers looked after my mother with compassion and respect. I would definitely recommend them.

The carers who attend to my personal needs do so thoroughly, sensitively, meticulously and with empathy, dignity, and respect for me. They overlook nothing but notice everything that is not quite right, that is unsafe that needs a health professional to attend. They do everything with an acute awareness of safety issues. They do everything with a passion to provide me with the best care possible during every visit. I feel valued, I feel I matter, I feel encouraged to be the best I can even in my situation.

I am very pleased with the service Alina Homecare Poole provide for Mum. The carers are professional and very considerate to Mum's needs, making sure she is comfortable and happy before leaving. They are punctual and happy on arrival, this is important for Mum's routine. If a problem should arise a quick call to the office and it is swiftly dealt with.

Only down point is that private funders pay 50% more for the same care as state-funded.

Just like to say a massive thank you to Alina Care for all their hard work and dedication in treating my Mother. They are always at the other end of the phone to help and advise, which has never been a problem. They always put your mind at rest and make life so much easier for the family. If there is a problem they phone and get it sorted the best way possible. This is a very dedicated and professional company looking after my 94-year-old mother, which at times can not be easy. At this point, I can't thank them enough as me and my sister were finding it hard to cope with.

All the carers have been so kind to mum taking the full allocated time and not rushing her. So far in the first weeks with Alina Homecare Poole I have been very impressed with the standard of care and compassion from the carers and office. The communication with the office and via the app is excellent, being able to check-in and see who’s been in to visit and how mum is doing is reassuring, a breath of fresh air compared to the previous agency.

So far it has been a positive experience and the best situation my Mum could find herself in. All the staff have been selected carefully and have shown great empathy for my mother's condition.

I am really happy with Alina and all the carers that I see. I am particularly pleased with the continuity of the same careers wherever possible. The carers are kind, caring and helpful and appear to be well trained, making me feel safe and comfortable with them. A number of them will always go the extra mile, and when I have in the past been unhappy with any carer, I have spoken to the office and been reassured that I would not be having that particular person again. The carers are mostly on time (except for unforeseen circumstances) and usually cheerful, helping me to cheer up if I am a bit low.

All done with humour and a smile.
