Alina has been caring for my elderly mother for over a year, and they have been fantastic. The time and attention they have given Mum has been amazing, as are the detailed visit records they provide through the app. Very grateful to all the regular carers, the manager, and the office staff for everything they have done for my mum and the support they have given me. Great service, and happy to recommend them to anyone considering home-based care services.

A one in a million Care company! Alina Carers came to look after my Dad who has early dementia and my Mum who was recovering from a hip replacement for two months. Each of the Carers who came in could not do enough for my parents. They were so kind and just could not do enough for my parents, always with a cheerful attitude. I will not hesitate to use their services again when the time comes that my parents need more permanent care. Keep up the good work Alina!!

As for my carer. She is wonderful. Wuld trust her 100 percent.

I cannot praise the manager and carers of Alina Homecare in Ingatestone enough. They have been amazing and provided fantastic care and support not only to my dying mum but to me as well, showing such kindness, compassion and professionalism. They have all gone the extra mile and were able to rapidly adjust mums care they gave, to her rapidly changing needs. I cannot thank them enough and would not hesitate in recommending their services. Ladies my heartfelt thanks to you all and I applaud you and will be forever grateful for your care .

The staff always listen, engage with my Mum despite her deafness, they take time to ensure she has what she needs, and what she likes. The rapport is wonderful. I think it a testament to all that whilst my Mum was in hospital, staff helped me, stayed in touch, but more importantly how much Mum missed the Carers and all her chats. Now Mum is home staff are so adaptable changing to meet our current situation and ready to change again as Mum progresses.

Staff are thoughtful, kind, respectful, and supportive. They are very professional when carrying out their duties, so I know she is in safe hands and never have to worry.

I have been very pleased with all the Alina staff who I have met, they have been most professional and caring. I was impressed from the start when Cassie interviewed me to find out my requirements and noted how carefully she listened to me and how friendly she was. All of the carers were friendly and helpful helping me with just the tasks I find difficult dressing and having a shower

We can not fault Alina Homecare at all, they always treated mum with the utmost respect no matter how bad things got at home and as our mum's needs changed they adapted without and issue what so ever. We plan on having mum return back home once a new build which meets her needs is finished and we will be having Alina back to look after her again. In the mean time one of mum's carer's has asked if she could visit mum in her temporary care home which made mum so happy to see a familiar face.

The team managers are also very nice helpful people and ready to make care adjustments short notice as needs change.

I was extremely impressed and happy with this care company. The management and the carers were very thorough and very efficient and they also made me feel very at ease with them which goes a long way. This is the best care company that I have had and I have had 4 of them and that's excluding Alina Homecare. All of the staff were so friendly, including management. It was a joy to have them and I now miss them very much.

All the ladies are so friendly and my mum feels so much happier having them come to her. I would highly recommend them, nothing is too much trouble. Mum now has a live in carer and she loves having the company and someone to wake up to. Such a lovely lady, keeps her independence as much as possible.

My nan moved in with us towards the end of last year and we picked Alina Home Care to support us and her. I cannot praise all the ladies enough. Every member of staff is thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely invested in her wellbeing. They communicate clearly, they show real compassion, and always make her feel safe and valued. As a family, it gives us huge peace of mind knowing she is cared for by such a brilliant team.

I don't think every one of the ladies who helped my father were brilliant but the ones I encountered really were. The service was a life-saver and came with so much professionalism, compassion, care and understanding. I am very happy and grateful to the lovely people at Alina.

Quite happy with my carers. My few concerns are dealt with promptly and the carers are kind, friendly & good at what they do. More than satisfied.

After ten days in hospital my husband came home confused and disorientated, so much so that I could not leave him to go shopping, have coffee with a friend etc. Alina came to the rescue and carers came several times a week for a few weeks to sit with him, which gave me some respite and peace of mind when I was out. All the girls were lovely - friendly and cheerful. We enjoyed having them in our home, and have no hesitation in recommending Alina - a very professional company.

My mother enjoys the daily visits and catching up with the carers news given her some interest , they are always on time which is important , the app works well as we can see all is ok with my mum.

I am very pleased with the service and I am assured that when I am working or away my mother is looked after very well.
