Home Care Providers Owned by Alina Homecare in Essex

We have been using Alina for several months now to provide home care for our Mum and Dad who, at 92 and still living in their own home, need help with lots of things. Dad has Alzheimer's and Mum has poor eyesight so there are lots of challenges. As my sister and I are not local it's a great reassurance to know the excellent Alina team is there on a daily basis. The carers are all amazing and some in particular are just brilliant at dealing with Dad. No job is too much trouble even when he is being difficult. The team has helped our parents to stay as independent as possible, helping with shopping trips, appointments and other errands. Continuity was important for my parents and we see the same carers every week. Even when holidays force a change the replacements are always excellent. We have also had a few emergencies recently and the team has gone above and beyond to help out and keep our parents safe. Everything has been brilliant, thank you.

Can fully recommend this company. The carers were amazing with my mother who has dementia. They were respectful and kind and with a very high standard of care. The administration team were also great. Really easy to contact and kept me informed of any changes or concerns they may have. Access to an App also so you could see what care had been given that day which gave me piece of mind and I could see if there were issues raised by the carers.

I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service that was provided by all of the staff both office and carers were on every occasion friendly, efficient, and always willing to assist in any way they could. Thank you all so much for making what might have been a difficult time so much more manageable. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Alina care to all that are needing quality care at home.

I would like to thank all of the team at Maldon for their kind and helpful attitude. Even through challenging times nothing was ever too much trouble. They helped my mum and myself enormously Rose and Cassie were often a sympathetic ear to me and always had time to listen. Mum loved all the carers who visited her and they all seemed to have a special place in her heart and made her laugh. I wouldn't hesitate to use this team again should the need arise.

Alina Basildon have been nothing but helpful since they began providing homecare for nan. All the staff that visit are very accomodating and understanding of any changing needs she has. Nothing is too much trouble and they show genuine care! The ladies in the office are also lovely to deal with whenever we have a question. Always on time and keep us updated on anything important regarding her safety and wellbeing. Would not hesitate to recommend!

My mum has been receiving care from Alina Home Care Provider for several months now and we are so pleased with what they are doing to support mum and enable her to stay in her own home. All the staff that visit mum are friendly and kind and make my mum feel special and valued. They sit and chat to mum as well as get jobs done around the house. They have given us the peace of mind that whilst we are at work mum is not alone. It was hard to admit that we needed help with mum but we are so glad we have done it.

Alina home care are excellent, it took a while to convince our grandparents they needed the help and Zoe was very patient and did two consultations a couple of months apart. The care has been excellent and the birdie app is great for peace and mind, you can check-in without your grandparents feeling like you are interfering.

We would highly recommend Alina Homecare! They visit my mum to help her to shower and hang out her washing. In my Mum's words the carers are "lovely, friendly, caring and respectful, and always show interest and kindness towards me." The cost is reasonable too. We couldn't fault them.

We found Alina to be so easy to deal with from day one. Nothing was too much trouble, to changing times of visits if Dad had a hospital appointment even if it was late notice. The careers were excellent, as were the administration. They genuinely cared for Dad and it showed in the respect he was shown. After Dad died, they were sympathetic and I received lovely, comforting words from them. I would not hesitate to recommend Alina to anyone.

The client is my cousin and has dementia. I have been involved in managing her care for several years. Alina carers have been looking after her for quite a long time, starting with just a few hours per week, building up now to daily visits of 5 - 7 hours. My cousin really values these visits and refers to the carers as friends. The carers are professional and efficient, coping with the many repetitive conversations and questions. They take my cousin out for shopping, doctor's appointments and out to places of interest. Their detailed daily reports are invaluable as I can access them and know what's going on or if they have any concerns. The Care Manager keeps in touch regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Care agency.

Alina has been caring for my elderly mother for over a year, and they have been fantastic. A one in a million Care company! Alina Carers came to look after my Dad who has early dementia and my Mum who was recovering from a hip replacement for two months. Each of the Carers who came in could not do enough for my parents. They were so kind and just could not do enough for my parents, always with a cheerful attitude. I cannot praise the manager and carers of Alina Homecare in Ingatestone enough. They have been amazing and provided fantastic care and support not only to my dying mum but to me as well, showing such kindness, compassion and professionalism. They have all gone the extra mile and were able to rapidly adjust mums care they gave, to her rapidly changing needs. I cannot thank them enough and would not hesitate in recommending their services. The staff always listen, engage with my Mum despite her deafness, they take time to ensure she has what she needs, and what she likes. The rapport is wonderful. I think it a testament to all that whilst my Mum was in hospital, staff helped me, stayed in touch, but more importantly how much Mum missed the Carers and all her chats. Now Mum is home staff are so adaptable changing to meet our current situation and ready to change again as Mum progresses.

Staff are thoughtful, kind, respectful, and supportive. They are very professional when carrying out their duties, so I know she is in safe hands and never have to worry.
