The staff always listen, engage with my Mum despite her deafness, they take time to ensure she has what she needs, and what she likes. The rapport is wonderful. I think it a testament to all that whilst my Mum was in hospital, staff helped me, stayed in touch, but more importantly how much Mum missed the Carers and all her chats. Now Mum is home staff are so adaptable changing to meet our current situation and ready to change again as Mum progresses.

Staff are thoughtful, kind, respectful, and supportive. They are very professional when carrying out their duties, so I know she is in safe hands and never have to worry.

I have been very pleased with all the Alina staff who I have met, they have been most professional and caring. I was impressed from the start when Cassie interviewed me to find out my requirements and noted how carefully she listened to me and how friendly she was. All of the carers were friendly and helpful helping me with just the tasks I find difficult dressing and having a shower

My nan moved in with us towards the end of last year and we picked Alina Home Care to support us and her. I cannot praise all the ladies enough. Every member of staff is thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely invested in her wellbeing. They communicate clearly, they show real compassion, and always make her feel safe and valued. As a family, it gives us huge peace of mind knowing she is cared for by such a brilliant team.

After ten days in hospital my husband came home confused and disorientated, so much so that I could not leave him to go shopping, have coffee with a friend etc. Alina came to the rescue and carers came several times a week for a few weeks to sit with him, which gave me some respite and peace of mind when I was out. All the girls were lovely - friendly and cheerful. We enjoyed having them in our home, and have no hesitation in recommending Alina - a very professional company.

Changing care companies was a concern to us but the branch manager was very efficient, she kept in touch and gave assurances along the way which resulted in a smooth change over.

We are very pleased with Alina home care in Maldon. We now have a regular team to look after my father, they are all very professional and certainly make all of our life's much easier, not sure how we would manage without them. We have had a few minor problems, but they have been ironed out very quickly. Would definitely recommend Alina and already have.

Alina has provided excellent care to my mother over the past eighteen months, during which time her care needs have increased. Carers and manager have been very helpful and responsive to these changes and go above and beyond to assist. All visits are detailed on the app, and the manager is easily reached if I have any concerns. Very pleased that we chose Alina!

Alina have been looking after my dad since June 2021 and they are worth their weight in gold! All of the visits are logged by the carers on an app and they are very detailed so I know exactly what time they visited and if Dad is happy and has everything he needs. They can upload photos of any concerns they have for example if he had a rash on his leg that needs monitoring. All of the carers are friendly and on the ball with his meds. We are extremely happy with the service and care they give to my dad and I know he is in good hands.

This company does not support you in any way. Made two complaints and no support or help. Left this company as the manager doesn’t care about clients and just wants your money. Complaints now with the owner of the company as she did not even take into account my needs. Go somewhere else.

After experiencing several different agencies for my daughter, we have finally found one in Alina that is exactly what care is about. The girls that come every morning are nothing short of excellent. Management are always at the end of a phone to help whenever humanly possible. To say I am impressed is a complete understatement. The whole team are compassionate, caring and professional. At last, a care agency that does exactly what they say they will, and go out of their way to ensure their client has the best possible care.

I had a good vibe the first time I met up with the manager. The manager was very professional and caring and assured me Alina would do everything they could to look after my mum and give me peace of mind while I was at work. I could not ask or wish for more. The girls have been amazing, mum gets on really well with them (even though she doesn’t need anyone). If I have any issues the manager is always at the end of the phone. It was fate that brought me to Alina and I am so glad it did. I could not recommend them enough.
