I was extremely impressed and happy with this care company. The management and the carers were very thorough and very efficient and they also made me feel very at ease with them which goes a long way. This is the best care company that I have had and I have had 4 of them and that's excluding Alina Homecare. All of the staff were so friendly, including management. It was a joy to have them and I now miss them very much.

Quite happy with my carers. My few concerns are dealt with promptly and the carers are kind, friendly & good at what they do. More than satisfied.

Very pleased with kind considerate service. Dad smiles when carers are here. Would not swap with any other firm. Often carers will go the extra mile.

After having previous care companies who only seemed motivated to money it is very refreshing to be working with a company who has the client best interest at heart. As a young man living independently I also love the fact that I have a great mix of carers, such as an older male to teach me about life, a mother type figure to help with cleaning my flat, as well as some younger ones that I have the similar interested too. Cannot recommend Alina home care enough

I am really pleased with the service provided by Alina Homecare. My mum has twice weekly visits from a wonderful carer who provides companionship. My mum has grown really attached to her and formed a lovely friendship. She looks forward to her visits and tells me that she doesn't feel quite so lonely anymore.

Mum has been receiving twice daily visits from Alina care staff. The care provided has been excellent and there has been helpful and timely communication of any concerns or issues found. The manager has also been very accommodating with regards to mum's ever changing needs and has reorganised visits and tasks whenever necessary. I am very grateful for the high standard of care provided and would definitely recommend to others.

We are very pleased with the care given to our 96-year-old father. Dad has received exceptional care, both physically and mentally. All the carers are very personable and friendly and Dad always feels stimulated and uplifted during and after their visits. Also, all staff and managers at Alina are very helpful giving advice and support on other forms of support, appropriate equipment etc.

We have been having the carers in since late November and they are absolutely fantastic the manager and staff tend to every need that my aunt needs. My aunt speaks so highly of all of them especially the manager, not one negative word even when I met her, she is so friendly and professional and compassionate to the customers, what a great person. Absolute 5 stars and worth every star, thank you.

Food and drink preparation is done to my mum’s liking with great attention paid to the amount of water she drinks to prevent dehydration. Care is taken with prescription and medicine administration and communication between the carers is excellent.
