Great meeting Emily and explaining everything about home care dad felt very comfortable with the carers and felt more like friends than visitors. Helped in all manner of ways such as washing, changing clothes and cleaning etc. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Alina continue to provide an excellent and responsive service to my father and mother. In particular, the support from live in care that enabled my mother to have a few days away from home to stay with us, was exemplary. The carers attending my father and always kind, professional and helpful, on occasions staying longer when there have been concerns about my father's health. I can highly recommend Alina Healthcare for their professional, caring service that encompasses all aspects of care at home, not only for my father but also in supporting my mother to continue to care for my father at home.

Choosing a care agency was a daunting task, but from the initial phone call to home assessment and carer visits we've been impressed by the care, professionalism and friendliness of the staff of Alina Homecare. All the carers live up to their name and we have utmost confidence in the care they're giving my mum. Alina have been brilliant so far in the care of my mother. From the first call, introductory visit and carer visits, every member of staff we have dealt with has been caring, compassionate and thoroughly professional. My mother has received excellent care throughout the last couple of months. Alina have been very flexible and able to adapt the care at relatively short notice which has been really appreciated by us.

The care that Alina care gave, during my father's long illness, has been of the highest standard. We hit the jackpot when we found Alina Homecare. I have felt thankful for their wonderful care service ever since the first meeting. All the carers are really lovely, friendly and professional, they have built a strong relationship with my dad and aunty and make them feel really valued. The management team are also fab, always responding rapidly to admin queries, requests for help or care plan changes, and the occasional emergency. I feel so supported and so lucky to have the Alina staff looking after my loved ones.

I am pleased with how easy it has been to amend my Aunt's care. If we are visiting we are able to cancel or amend a care visit with an email and it has always been dealt with promptly with no errors. My Aunt values the care she receives and talks fondly of all her carers.

All members of the team have looked after me very well especially as I am in a lot of pain and also afraid of falling. They arrive on time, always with a smile and treat me with respect and courtesy.

The care support was excellent. I was treated with respect and dignity.

The staff were very caring and were happy to do whatever mum asked them to do. Unfortunately, mum's condition deteriorated to the point where she could not stay at home anymore, otherwise, we would have continued with this service.

The senior support worker and her team have been extremely helpful and resourceful and together we have been able to develop a care system that my mum has adapted to and now relies upon. I can't thank them enough for the assurance my mum is being well looked after.

Care has been as expected. Your staff have exceptional patience and make my father feel comfortable and safe. As a smaller business, I feel a connection with the staff who are very personable and nice to have the same carer each week.

Thank you to the whole Alina team for all of your hard work, care, thoughtfulness and support for my mother over the last 18 months during her decline from full independent living through to needing to move into a care home. You have brought some cheer and order to her life. After the initial resistance and hesitance on her part as to whether care was needed, she moved on to enjoying her visits with you to the supermarket and the hairdressers and spending time with each of her carers. On an admin front, you were always efficient and responsive, as her care needs increased, through what I know has been a challenging period for the care industry. The whole team have been great. It has been much appreciated.

Assisting in providing 24-hour care at short notice whilst hospital/social care providing little or incomplete information. The support provided by Alina Homecare and the individual staff members was exceptional and made an extremely stressful period a lot easier.
