We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.


The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.


Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.


We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.


We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

The staff are polite. If there is a change in the rota, I am notified beforehand.
I have no complaints to make.

We have three different carers all of whom are helpful and go over and above the call of duty.
We think Alina Homecare are very fortunate to have such wonderful employees it is important to us that they are treated well by Alina and its management as changes in staff cause disruption and anxiety. It
was disappointing when Alina couldn't fulfil our three calls per day, but a compromise was found which enabled us to continue to receive care from the same employee's thank goodness.

My mum finds it very difficult to accept that she now needs help with washing and dressing, and does not accept this help willingly. The staff from Alina Homecare Chobham, have been wonderful - patient, compassionate, and really understand the challenges older people face when having to accept help.
Mum is very fussy and wants her carer to come at 8.00am prompt. There have been one or two occasions when they have been a little bit later, but this has not been too much of a problem for her, because all the staff have been so wonderful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare Chobham. Their prices are competitive and what one would expect to pay for high-quality care. There was one carer in particular who is an absolute star, but I'm not allowed to name her! I went on holiday for a week and felt so relieved because she kept in contact with me by email as Mum was not too well.

My last carers were absolutely rubbish. Then I joined Alina. They come in with a smile on their face and so calm and relaxing. It makes such a difference in my life. I have my favourites and I'm not ashamed to say it, I give credit where it's due.

Alena Homecare Staff are excellent, helpful, well-mannered, kind and caring, and nothing is too much for them to do. My wife had a spine fracture and they have helped us tremendously and their Supervisor and their Manageress reassure us both, ensuring my wife gets the good help she needs. Thank you

They have been looking after my 95-year-old mother for the last few weeks are very helpful and attentive. My mother looks forward to them coming. They make her tea etc, talk to her and do any little chores she requires. She definitely not feeling as lonely as she did before. Very happy.

The girls who come to look after my mother are always helpful, professional, chatty and friendly. I am often alerted to the sound of laughter coming from the bedroom when they visit. I would be happy to recommend Alina Homecare to anyone in need of their services.
