I would like to express our thanks for the professional way all the carers have supported my husband. They have allowed him to retain his dignity while providing the care he needs. It hasn't been easy for him to face the loss of much of his independence, but their attitude and good humour have helped him through each day. Thank you also for providing such a flexible service, which has meant we have been able to adjust the amount of help he has needed at different times.

Staff are excellent kind friendly and very very efficient. It leaves us much more reassured. Mum chats about the carers with us so we know they engage well. and give her a good experience. I read reviews prior to contacting Alina Homecare, and was responded to very quickly. The manager and her team were very prompt, thorough and professional and very quick to come and meet my nan for an assessment. Service was explained clearly, terms pretty clear, prices were competitive and they were very personable. My nan has benefited and spoke very highly of the care team, and me/family are reassured she's in the best hands.

As I live 200 miles away from my aunt, who has no other family, they keep me up to date and always go the extra mile to care for both my aunt's physical and mental well-being.

Cannot recommend the whole team at Alina highly enough. Communication is excellent, even out of hours and the women who come out to my Mum are wonderful. It's been such a positive experience. Thank you Alina.

Such a relief to have a reliable and friendly care team looking after my sister. The girls are all brilliant, friendly, kind and understanding of my sister's needs. We couldn't be without this wonderful team, which enables my sister to stay in her home with all the support they give her and care needs are all met. Management are great too with care reviews each month and when additional support needs to be added it's very quick. Very grateful for the brilliant, understanding and 5* support they give to my sister.

The carers come twice daily (AM and PM). Every time they show compassionate care, making sure my husband is comfortable with everything they are doing. They always speak to him and laugh with him (even though he has limited communication etc). They always tidy up afterwards, making the bed and putting washing in the laundry basket or washing machine and they never leave without asking if there is anything else they can help with!

It has been an absolute pleasure to watch the care, compassion, and empathy that the Alina ladies have shown towards my friend in the last year. He has when possible enjoyed their visits and company and they have bought a smile to his face. As his illness progressed, the carers took our worries onboard and went out of their way to support us all. As care needs increased, the office made sure the team were well informed and care plans adjusted and followed. I personally would not hesitate to use Alina again or recommend them.

I cannot recommend this wonderful team of carers enough, from the first day we began the search for homecare for Dad they have been kind, helpful, and supportive. From the ladies in the office to the fantastic carers that visit Dad every day, they have made a difficult time for us all so much easier. I am so glad that there are such amazing people that choose to do this. Thank you all.
