The care my Mum has had over the years was excellent. When she needed palliative care they couldn't do enough, staying as long as was needed, helping with getting nurses out. Supporting my Dad as well as caring for Mum. Would highly recommend.

The care that I am receiving from your lovely team is exemplary. All the girls are so kind and totally professional. They are attentive to all my needs and carry out each task with the utmost gentleness and care. I cannot praise them highly enough. I know that I am in safe hands. Well done to everyone!

Ever since (I can't remember the exact date) we have had Alina as moms care providers the service, care & attention to detail the friendliness to the family & the affection shown to mom by her carers is of the very highest level & quality. Each of the ladies who attend to mom are literally worth their weight in diamonds. Believe me when I say that we have NEVER HAD A MOMENT OF DOUBT OR CONCERN where the wonderful ladies are concerned. Nor could I ever rate them more highly. I have on several occasions when discussing care providers with other people, recommended Alina to the highest degree. Every person in need of carers should have a carer of the same characteristics as your fabulous staff. I mean the office staff as well as our wonderful ladies. We have been through just about the worst of carers over the years which is why we TRULY APPRECIATE THE VERY BEST WE HAVE NOW. All of you are deserving of the very highest accolades. Thank you all.

I would like to express our thanks for the professional way all the carers have supported my husband. They have allowed him to retain his dignity while providing the care he needs. It hasn't been easy for him to face the loss of much of his independence, but their attitude and good humour have helped him through each day. Thank you also for providing such a flexible service, which has meant we have been able to adjust the amount of help he has needed at different times.

Alina Homecare is outstanding. The management is very effective and nothing is a problem. The carers are delightful and do their job with sensitivity and professionalism. They are willing and able to do whatever is asked. My life has been enhanced with Alina.

Mum has received excellent care from Alina. Their carers provide a wonderful service, assisting with her personal care and with the tasks she now struggles with. All the time providing companionship, chats and a genuine interest in her wellbeing. Alina are easy to communicate with and provide us with peace of mind that Mum receives the additional support she now needs.

I would highly recommend Alina Homecare. They really care for their service users and are always kind, friendly and help a lot. I feel my health is improving because of the care I am receiving from them. So definitely a really great care provider that really listens to your needs and provide an amazing service.

In taking over my mum's care package at short notice I was impressed from the first telephone call taken by the manager for Alina. Listened understood acted. The manager's first assessment of my mum absolutely got everything in such a personalised way including an incredible line on the plan 'Please chat to me I enjoy a bit of banter'. Absolutely brilliant! Staff are excellent kind friendly and very very efficient. It leaves us much more reassured. Mum chats about the carers with us so we know they engage well. and give her a good experience. Love this agency from the very start they are our safety net and are already invaluable to us. Brilliant service by the carers to our mum. Everyone of them.

We are grateful to have Alina Homecare visiting Mum twice a day. The carers contribute a lot to Mum's well-being. They are kind and treat Mum well and with respect. They chat with her and give her social interaction. We particularly appreciate that when possible it is a regular carer who comes. The office team too is always very helpful.

I read reviews prior to contacting Alina Homecare, and was responded to very quickly. The manager and her team were very prompt, thorough and professional and very quick to come and meet my nan for an assessment. Service was explained clearly, terms pretty clear, prices were competitive and they were very personable. My nan has benefited and spoke very highly of the care team, and me/family are reassured she's in the best hands.

Since Alina Care took over my aunt's care needs both my aunt and I are very pleased with the standard of service delivered. The team and their manager are always very helpful and understanding of my aunt's multiple needs. As I live 200 miles away from my aunt, who has no other family, they keep me up to date and always go the extra mile to care for both my aunt's physical and mental well-being.

Such a relief to have a reliable and friendly care team looking after my sister. The girls are all brilliant, friendly, kind and understanding of my sister's needs. We couldn't be without this wonderful team, which enables my sister to stay in her home with all the support they give her and care needs are all met. Management are great too with care reviews each month and when additional support needs to be added it's very quick. Very grateful for the brilliant, understanding and 5* support they give to my sister.

The carers come twice daily (AM and PM). Every time they show compassionate care, making sure my husband is comfortable with everything they are doing. They always speak to him and laugh with him (even though he has limited communication etc). They always tidy up afterwards, making the bed and putting washing in the laundry basket or washing machine and they never leave without asking if there is anything else they can help with!

It has been an absolute pleasure to watch the care, compassion, and empathy that the Alina ladies have shown towards my friend in the last year. He has when possible enjoyed their visits and company and they have bought a smile to his face. As his illness progressed, the carers took our worries onboard and went out of their way to support us all. As care needs increased, the office made sure the team were well informed and care plans adjusted and followed. I personally would not hesitate to use Alina again or recommend them.

I cannot recommend this wonderful team of carers enough, from the first day we began the search for homecare for Dad they have been kind, helpful, and supportive. From the ladies in the office to the fantastic carers that visit Dad every day, they have made a difficult time for us all so much easier. I am so glad that there are such amazing people that choose to do this. Thank you all.

We are extremely pleased with the care given. 100 percent dedicated and go that extra mile to help where needed! We would so recommend to others who are in need of professional carers. Also, we have called outside of the hours chosen for care, they were so very obliging in helping us! Amazing team!
