The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

From the moment that I emailed Alina Homecare in Hitchin, asking about availability to provide care for my mother, I have been impressed with their attention to detail, organisation, how they follow their policies and procedures, and their knowledge. The manager listened carefully and sensitively about my Mum and the care plan that she subsequently wrote was a wonderful summary of who my Mum is, as well as her needs. She was respectful, open, and friendly when she met Mum, which put Mum at ease. All of the carers who now visit had read the plan prior to meeting me, and then shadowing me during a visit to Mum. This meant that they could see how Mum is used to being supported by her family. This flexibility of approach eased my mind that Mum would be well cared for, and she has been. It has been a huge weight off my mind finding Alina Homecare Hitchin and I can see that Mum is happy for them to be in her home.

My father has in the last two months started receiving care from Alina after suffering a life-changing stroke and a dementia diagnosis. From the moment we were put through to Alina the service has been exemplary, the manager and the other workers in the office were very quick to come out and evaluate Dad to see what he requires. The care plan and recommendations of what care he should receive have been perfect, they have taken the time to carefully consider what is best for my dad. The carers that have been to my Dad have all been brilliant with him they have been very patient, shown empathy, and are always on time. My dad values his walk with the carers and the conversations that cheer him up. My personal thanks go to the branch manager and her team who have gone above and beyond the line of duty to ensure my father has had something to eat when he had run out of money after a change in circumstances. This act of generosity was very much appreciated and will not be forgotten.
