Funding & Fees

We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Mum has had care from Alina for a couple of years, recently mum has been in hospital and Alina has been great at supporting mum on her return home. All of the carers provide mum with the care she needs with kindness and a smile. We are grateful to the manager and office staff for their help in adapting
the care provided to meet mum's changing needs and to all the visiting staff who really do provide care and often go the extra mile to support mum.

Having Alina come to the home for my mum has been a godsend. They have always been extremely supportive, friendly and understanding of my mum's needs. Being alone has been difficult for her so these visits have cheered her up and she feels safe too. Looking forward to the carers now taking her out occasionally
to get her out and about again. Keep up the good work!

My cousin fell in her home and due to the poor service of the NHS ambulance, she was left on the floor for 22 hours. Alina care stayed with her until the ambulance eventually arrived and kept her as comfortable as possible,
Whilst in hospital my cousin suffered from delirium and would not let the hospital
staff attend to her needs but the Alina staff visited her and she allowed them to wash, change and feed her.
We have been very grateful for the care they have shown to my cousin.

We started working with Alina a few months ago when we realised my mum needed more help in her home and importantly more company as she was really struggling with living alone.
From the very first interaction with the lady in the Trowbridge office, the whole experience has been absolutely first-class.
She quickly understood the sort of help my mum needed and worked with me to put a thoughtful and practical care plan into place very quickly. The documentation to support the care plan was the first important step - this was comprehensive and professional and was executed with minimal fuss and excellent support.
Since getting Mum's care plan in place she and her team have been extremely flexible and adaptable, responding to our many requests. They have also highlighted where they have concerns and made suggestions as to where extra help can be provided in the future. Having the Alina team helping my Mum has been a huge relief to me and a great comfort to Mum.

Finding a care company is a daunting thought, trusting someone else to care for my mum the way I expect and treat her with dignity and respect. Well, I truly have found the best company and I sincerely mean this, from the very first visit with the managerial staff through to meeting the caring staff.
Everything has been wonderful which really does give me great piece of mind and I find the app very reassuring that all is well. All the staff are so friendly and kind, my mum feels well looked after and she is my main priority, nothing is too much trouble and I'm so thankful I found this company, the staff are honestly fantastic.

I have been a service user of Alina Homecare in my hometown ever since my homecoming from stroke rehab and have at all times found their service wholly professional, reliable and truly excellent.
I wanted a holiday with my family and my son together with his son and as a result, stayed again many years
later at a very well-known holiday destination. Trowbridge branch stepped up to the plate and provided my care and were just ideal and perfect. What has always been a really good feature of Alina coming to my home in is that they are excellent in blending in with my longstanding and longsuffering wife and family a feature that was entirely true also of Alina Trowbridge.
Alina Brighton provides me with a weekly rota and invariably lists their excellent carers as professional carers, a term that definitely applies to the Trowbridge branch too. In short bravo to Brighton and Trowbridge branches!

We are delighted with the Alina carers and all in different ways, go way and above what is expected of them.
When we had earlier in the year some horrendous weather, we were never let down, and however hard their trip to get in here, they always walked through the door with a smile. I would without
doubt recommend Alina Homecare, nothing is ever too much, and their interaction with my husband makes him smile.

The care my mother has received has been of a very high standard. Any suggestions I make or observations/criticisms regarding my mother's care are taken very seriously and acted upon immediately. The speed of communication with the care management team is almost immediate, no matter what day or what
time of day.
One of the things I admire is that the carers are constantly looking for ways to improve my mother's life, they are always offering suggestions to make my mother's time more enjoyable and everyday tasks easier. Choosing a care agency is difficult, especially with all the stories in the press and on social media around care agencies, I hope this review helps ease the anxiety in making a choice, they really are very good at what they do.

The staff have been excellent in dealing with my brother. They are knowledgeable and very professional. They have a very caring attitude and put the patient's needs at the forefront of the care plan. They have been very flexible and adaptable in very difficult circumstances.

Alina Homecare is simply wonderful.
They are great at supporting me look after my family member.
The staff are kind, and nothing is too much trouble.
They listen and treat my family member with dignity.
Management goes above and beyond to organise care, and the ladies that visit are helpful,
chatty and positively lovely.
Overall, Alina Homecare are a fantastic.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about finding home support.

Excellent level of care. All the Alina Homecare carers we've had have been very diligent and have helped to take a lot of weight off me when caring for my father (who has Parkinson's and probably dementia). They're all polite and pleasant and got to know what he does and doesn't like very quickly, and
they take notes for every visit to state what they did and whether they noticed any problems. Emails from the company are always prompt and they make it easy to book extra hours for hospital visits, etc. as long as you let them know in advance too.

I find all carers who attend my father's house (and I have met them all I think) to be absolutely first-class. They are professional, caring, fun and go above and beyond the contract to provide an excellent service. My father enjoys their daily visits and has been much better for them.

Put simply, the whole of the Alina Homecare Towbridge team, carers and management alike, have been fantastic. the carers are reliable, caring, thoughtful and supportive of Mum. She would not have been so independent in her own home for so long without her 'friends'. The management team are efficient,
effective and reliable, and can always be called upon in an emergency or crisis. Living some distance from Mum, it was extremely reassuring to know she was being looked after so well. The app was brilliant, keeping me informed of Mum's health and wellbeing after each and every visit. I cannot thank or praise the whole team enough.

I am very happy with Alina Homecare. The carers are extremely good with
my husband, and he feels very comfortable with them and really enjoys their company. I feel I can safely leave him in their care, which means I can enjoy a little respite. The management team are also very good. I have at various
times asked for a change of hours or days and have been accommodated without a problem.

Mum has received visits twice a day with this care provider for several years now and the standard of care from the team has always been excellent. The carers are genuinely thoughtful and kind and I am reassured that Mum is in good hands which allows me to take a break with peace of mind. We just wish
that the external pressures and ongoing challenges of the times we are all living in were less and worry that precious care staff are not receiving the support they deserve making them vulnerable to burnout and leading to many moving on to other jobs. We thank all of the ladies that have helped Mum over the years.
