my husband, and he feels very comfortable with them and really enjoys their company. I feel I can safely leave him in their care, which means I can enjoy a little respite. The management team are also very good. I have at various times asked for a change of hours or days and have been accommodated without a problem.

Mum has received visits twice a day with this care provider for several years now and the standard of care from the team has always been excellent. The carers are genuinely thoughtful and kind and I am reassured that Mum is in good hands which allows me to take a break with peace of mind. We just wish that the external pressures and ongoing challenges of the times we are all living in were less and worry that precious care staff are not receiving the support they deserve making them vulnerable to burnout and leading to many moving on to other jobs. We thank all of the ladies that have helped Mum over the years.

They are such a support to us as we care for Mum in our own home as well as Mum-in-law! We couldn't do it without their help. Would highly recommend (and have) them to others searching for assistance too.

The carers come twice a week to wash and shower my mother. They are always kind, helpful and professional, lovely people. They complete the tasks required of them in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Alina Care was recommended to us and we would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Alina home care have been wonderful. I have felt in safe hands from the moment I first got in touch with them to find out about services they could help provide me with. They made the overwhelming feel less overwhelming. Now I receive weekly care visits. Everyone has been kind, caring and they make you feel supported as well as providing invaluable practical support. All the carers are here on time and do everything within the time limit. All are able to chat as well as do their duties.

The care that Alina Homecare provide is excellent. They look after my mother extremely well, nothing is too much trouble. Not only do they provide excellent care, they also help to support me and their help has been invaluable when dealing with problems concerning Mum's care. Mum and I are very pleased with the service provided. Mum feels very confident when she is being showered and gets on well with the carers. It's lovely that they sit and make sure everything is ok before leaving.

As always a great service from the team at Alina, I’m kept informed via the app or messaged with any issues. I couldn’t be happier and that goes for my father. He is always happy to see the carers and lives his visits to the garden centre.

All the carers that came to us were very friendly, kind and considerate. My husband was very well cared for and they all cheered him up in the mornings. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent group of carers.

I am so pleased with how every staff member cares for my mother. Office staff and carers alike care for her as if she was their mum. So friendly. helpful, caring. Mum enjoys seeing each and every one of them. They are always punctual and write everything down so I can see how she is and what was done if I am not at home. I had full confidence that she would be well looked after when I was on holiday for 4 weeks and Alina provided live-in care. Absolutely brilliant.

All the carers that attend to me are not only diligent in doing their jobs but on a personal level are totally understanding of my needs and offer genuine sympathy in my situation. They all carry out all physical handling by avoiding any additional discomfort to the patient. In short, they are excellent.

I haven't been using this service for long and I am very impressed by the professionalism of the staff - office staff and carers alike. It is lovely to see a friendly face in the morning - cheerful talk and willingness to do anything needed.

The manager and the team clearly care about mum and her needs. They are very responsive to her changing situation, have quickly let us know of any problems, and have been very flexible when she has needed more care. They let us know when there is something that can improve mum's quality of life, such as different food that she would like. I would strongly recommend Alina Chippenham to anyone looking for care.

My mother has started to need a little more help around the house. Alina Homecare have been very supportive. At present, she needs help with cleaning the house and other household jobs. The ladies at Alina care are wonderful, Mum wouldn't be without her weekly visits.

My dear friend had started to become a little unsure of things and was getting confused and forgetful at times. We became worried about what might happen to her as she lives alone and is a fiercely independent woman who knows what she wants! Alina Homecare have given her the opportunity for her independent life, as they make sure that her day-to-day needs are met. They are very attentive ladies, professional, kind, and considerate. They make sure that medication is administered first and foremost and this has helped tenfold. They are respectful to the needs of my friend, whilst not being pushy or condescending. All in all, having Alina Homecare take care of my friend, whilst I and others can't, is a great reassurance and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for care and support.
