The carers we had for my Dad were brilliant I can't fault them in any way. They were very caring and gentle with dad we couldn't have asked for more from them. If there were any question they were very quick to answer.

We have used Alina for my mother for approximately 9-10 months. We have had between 1 and four visits per day depending on her needs. All the carers have been professional and extremely caring, empathetic, friendly and very useful to my mother, nothing has ever been to much trouble., from care to company to friendship. They have even visited her in hospital when I could not make it and we're the 24hr emergency contact for her lifeline service. None of these service providers come cheaply but we found Alina to be extremely reasonable , professional, friendly and caring and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering care for a relative.

We were unsure how my mother-in-law would take to having strangers in the house, but they weren't strangers for long, she cannot fault the staff for their friendliness & kindness. It gave us peace of mind too, knowing she was receiving both the care she needed & social interaction too. We can't rate Alina highly enough.

When mum moved into a nursing home it was like saying goodbye to good friends.

We found Alina to be so easy to deal with from day one. Nothing was too much trouble, to changing times of visits if Dad had a hospital appointment even if it was late notice. The careers were excellent, as were the administration. They genuinely cared for Dad and it showed in the respect he was shown. After Dad died, they were sympathetic and I received lovely, comforting words from them. I would not hesitate to recommend Alina to anyone.

After researching local care companies for help with my father initially, Alison from Alina stood out as the most flexible and understanding. All staff are very professional and when it became obvious that both my parents required help in different ways, it was easy and straightforward to update care plans and provide them both with a great service for their needs.

Our friend received 7 months of excellent care from Alina. He was always treated with dignity and compassion. He looked forward to his carers' visits and they provided personal care, cooked meals for him and chatted with him.

Tony was hesitant about having carers at home to start with but the Alina ladies soon changed that! A very friendly and efficient team who went above and beyond with their attention - and he looked forward very much to their visits.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team, contacting GP's, picking up medication, shopping, cleaning etc. Even if you can't get hold of someone immediately they always respond very soon afterward. Over the last few months my father in law's care visits have increased but this was never a problem and the team are very accommodating and always put his needs first. Care visits are always on time and if there is ever a delay with the visit you are kept informed. I would certainly recommend Alina Care

The staff at Alina looked after our mother who had dementia, they were kind, caring & very patient with her. If they had any concerns they always took the time to discuss them with us & kept us informed at all times. One of my reasons for choosing Alina was that they are local & mum had the same team of 2/3 carers visiting regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alina.

We cannot speak highly enough of the Alina team from Woodingdean. All the carers were excellent, and went over and above what we expected of them, right up until Mum passed. They made what was a very difficult and sad situation a lot easier, knowing Mum was being so well looked after. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

The Alina team looked after my mother over a period of four years. The standard of care was always good and often exceptional. Some members of the team provided excellent proactive care.
