Carezone was contracted to provide live in care from my mother. She is 94 with advanced dementia. With the assistance of her regular carer and prompting she is able to mobilise short distances with a walker, including to the bathroom and transfers a chair to eat. The carer from Carezone was unable
to do this. They demanded extra money claiming that a second carer was required. The live in carer left my mum with no one to care for her with a couple of hours warning. A frail elderly lady was left in a very exposed position. It meant stress for myself - I have MS and am unable to help my mother. Carezone were aware of this. Their behaviour towards my mother and myself demonstrates no compassion and very much makes me doubt their capabilities as a care providing organisation. They also took payment for a full 7 days of care and only provided 4. This was a considerable amount of money. Thank you in advance We look forward to hearing back from you soon.
