Absolutely outstanding, goes the extra mile and beyond. The manager and all the ladies are an absolute credit to the company, they put a genuine smile on my grumpy old Jamaican mother's face. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them, the care they provide for my mother goes beyond expectations. I am indeed blessed to have come across them and cannot fault the care they provide. Physical and mental wellbeing to the highest standards, care plan, medical needs all professionally addressed what more can I say. Their assistance and advice is infallible as they have vast experience in caring for the elderly and know what is needed and how to administer care tailored to individual needs. Selfishly I wish these ladies just work for me but I cannot sing their praises more highly and recommend them to others in need of excellent professional care

I can't thank the carers enough for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they show my father every single day. They come into his home twice a day, always with a friendly smile and a positive attitude, making such a difference to his daily life. They treat him with respect, patience, and compassion, while also making sure his needs are met to the highest standard. Their visits bring not only practical help but also comfort and reassurance - both to my father and to our family. It's clear that they truly care about his well-being, and that peace of mind is priceless. We are so grateful for their dedication and the warmth they bring into his home. They go above and beyond, and it shows in the way my father looks forward to seeing them each day.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the care manager for going above and beyond when completing my dad's care plan. The advice and guidance was invaluable and she took the time to really understand his needs and made sure I felt supported and at ease every step of the way. I'm so grateful for her dedication and compassion. I would highly recommend this service.

My dad has had his carer for more than 4 years. During that time Dad had a degenerative disability and her role got more complex but she always did whatever was needed. She consistently went above and beyond to do everything she could to make his life better. She was always ready to help and trying to think of ways to help. She took dad to medical appointments and liaised with medical professionals on our behalf. We can honestly say that Dad would not have been able to stay at home and be well for as long as he was if it were not for his carer. It made a big difference to our family knowing that we had the carer looking after Dad and keeping us informed all the time.

I can't thank Clarity Home care enough for the outstanding care they provide for my mother. From January 2025, they have been kind, professional, and a real friend to my mother truly dedicated to her well-being physically and mentally. The care team are not only skilled but also compassionate, one staff member in particular and her team have improved moms wellbeing she is much happier now, the care manager goes above and beyond she is one point of contact for all her needs from care, doctors and medication the care manager is so flexible and had taken a lot of stress I had away. Treating her with the dignity and respect that she deserves. It's such a relief knowing she is in safe hands, and it has made a huge difference in both her life and mine. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and excellent care.

Can't recommend Clarity Homecare enough for their care and support shown to our mom and our family whilst dad was rushed into hospital. The carer arrived the same day of contacting and started that very night. They promised they would treat mom like a queen and they certainly did that. Clarity Homecare have restored our trust and faith in carers and I would not hesitate in recommending them 100%.
