I think Clarity care is the best of all as the one we had efore didn't do what we wanted. The staff are very good at the job and do what the client asked. The two carers that we have are good at what they do I don't have to keep telling them how to do things when I show them and they get on with the job like the ones we had before. I wish that I had found them before as they are very good with my wife.

They always walk in with a smile which helps me especially when I have had a tough day. The flexibility which is offered to me is truly appreciated. They understand and accommodate my situation which I will always be greatfull.

So caring so helpful, has a polite mannerisms and overall such a lovely career. Time keeping is excellent and communication skills superb. 10 out of 10 service.

Absolutely outstanding, goes the extra mile and beyond. The manager and all the ladies are an absolute credit to the company, they put a genuine smile on my grumpy old Jamaican mother's face. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them, the care they provide for my mother goes beyond expectations. I am indeed blessed to have come across them and cannot fault the care they provide. Physical and mental wellbeing to the highest standards, care plan, medical needs all professionally addressed what more can I say. Their assistance and advice is infallible as they have vast experience in caring for the elderly and know what is needed and how to administer care tailored to individual needs. Selfishly I wish these ladies just work for me but I cannot sing their praises more highly and recommend them to others in need of excellent professional care

We are so grateful for their dedication and the warmth they bring into his home. They go above and beyond, and it shows in the way my father looks forward to seeing them each day.

My dad has had his carer for more than 4 years. During that time Dad had a degenerative disability and her role got more complex but she always did whatever was needed. She consistently went above and beyond to do everything she could to make his life better. She was always ready to help and trying to think of ways to help. She took dad to medical appointments and liaised with medical professionals on our behalf. We can honestly say that Dad would not have been able to stay at home and be well for as long as he was if it were not for his carer. It made a big difference to our family knowing that we had the carer looking after Dad and keeping us informed all the time.

Treated with good care have no complaints.

Can't recommend Clarity Homecare enough for their care and support shown to our mom and our family whilst dad was rushed into hospital. The carer arrived the same day of contacting and started that very night. They promised they would treat mom like a queen and they certainly did that. Clarity Homecare have restored our trust and faith in carers and I would not hesitate in recommending them 100%.
