The manager who came to do the initial assessment and then brought the contract to sign was very friendly and charming and explained everything clearly. She had a particular carer in mind for my husband and he was excellent. He listened to me and tried to provide care in the same way as I had done, and as my husband was accustomed to but was also prepared to make suggestions of his own. In the short period of time he has come to us, he has become a friend as well as a helper. The charges are reasonable compared to some care providers and every effort was made to visit at a time that suited us. I would thoroughly recommend Clarity to others.

We have had a wonderful experience in with Clarity carers. They have been kind, considerate and supportive. My mother is 97 and we use the service for companionship. Each visit has been meticulously carried out - from admin arrangements to the caring role. Would definitely recommend the service and look forward to continuing to work with them.

Our previous company sent 11 different carers who my partner would often turn away. Always late, often by over an hour and I would have to wait in for them, to encourage my partner to allow them to wash him. It would have been easier to do it myself. With S's skill and kindness, I can now walk my dogs or go to a Pilates class, safe In the knowledge that S will be on time and will take good care of my partner. He knows where everything is & we feel are getting the care we need.

Irene has dementia and her partner died. Family lived a great distance away or were elderly themselves. Clarity's staff did everything to care practically day to day (4 x per day) they treated her respectfully and allowed her to be involved in the decisions about meal choices, etc. They took Irene shopping and accompanied her to the funeral home. Communication - there is a care app so I could follow what care had been given and by whom. The office staff were very diligent in answering emails and keeping me updated, which made communication with social workers easier too. And the different carers in the home communicated well, leaving updates for each other on a pad in the house so nothing was missed. Care was funded by local authority but extras were fairly priced.

Clarity tend to my elderly mother, and the level of professionalism, support and communication has been fantastic. The care staff who visit are diligent, kind, respectful and take the time to chat with her, which is great, and the responsiveness from the office has been outstanding. The experience has been smooth, reassuring and very impressive. Confidence, peace of mind and a sense of a parent being genuinely taken care of are essential and Clarity have delivered this and more.

Given these experiences, it's sad to see how the standards have dropped.

Really excellent workers and values consistency so you do see the same faces rather than an endless carousel of new people like some other agencies. The people who run it are really amenable to working with you on whatever it is you need. Occasionally there is a little disorganisation which stopped it being a 5 star but it's not common by any means. Would recommend to a friend.

Carers that come into Mum are very friendly really patient, understanding & so helpful. They make mum feel very relaxed & comfortable when they are with her.

I have been using Clarity Homecare for three years. All of the girls Clarity send here are kind and considerate, being an elderly lady I appreciate that all the carers sent here are female. They are always well turned out, neat and tidy. Most of the carers know me so well they are able to forsee my needs and wishes. If I have a problem, I can phone the girls in the office, for example, if the carers are a bit late because they have been delayed with another client, they re-assure me they are on their way. I have a good relationship with all the staff Clarity employ. They help me remain in my own home at nearly 99 yrs old.

Knowing carer going to mum's every day gave me peace of mind. The day I found mum very unwell the carer came into the house with me. This made such a difference & helped stopping me panicing she gave me advice on what to do & supported me. I will always be grateful to her.

We find the carers are very helpful to John's needs. All have time to chat and joke with him, help him with his washing and drying of clothes. Most know his little traits and ways. Help with his eating works very well. Its a good service with conscientious staff.

Their compassion and professionalism have made such a positive difference .We are grateful for the thoughtful, attentive care they provide every single day. Highly recommended.

Great service, reliable and personal service we are very pleased with the care my wife is receiving. We switched from the council last year and they have been very helpful, professional and consistent, the carers are experienced and go out of there way to meet the needs of the people they are caring for.

Every single lady who works for this company, are like angels. They are so friendly, always smiling, nothing is too much for them. They all do a sterling job. You can't teach a person the love that they show to me, it comes naturally. Thank you.

I think Clarity care is the best of all as the one we had efore didn't do what we wanted. The staff are very good at the job and do what the client asked. The two carers that we have are good at what they do I don't have to keep telling them how to do things when I show them and they get on with the job like the ones we had before. I wish that I had found them before as they are very good with my wife.

They always walk in with a smile which helps me especially when I have had a tough day. The flexibility which is offered to me is truly appreciated. They understand and accommodate my situation which I will always be greatfull.

Clarity Homecare started looking after Mum over a year ago and I have had a variety of carers who are very professional but also gentle with my mum. They ensure her physical health is monitored very closely and is promptly reported to me so I can action it.

Staff that I have met are well turned out. Come with a smile and come with a cheerful disposition. They perform their duties in a professional way and always willing to help.
