found the company very respectful, efficient and my mum felt safe and valued. We are using the company again for 4 weeks in December after mum has another operation. Clarity home care will always be my first call. They treated mum like family.

You have totally blown us away with the care you offer
We went away with the knowledge of knowing Mum was in good hands and had not just companionship but quality care.

My mum was recovering from a partial knee replacement, the hospital would only allow her home, if there was going to be someone there 24/7, we contacted Clarity homecare, someone came out the following day, and set up everything we needed, 24 hour care, such a relief, put my mind at rest.

We carried out research into care providers who could supplement extra care calls for my dad, and Clarity Homecare came highly recommended. After inviting them for a consultation, we immediately felt a sense of warmth and family from the team, rather than just a business approach.

that Clarity Homecare was the right choice for our father - and it quickly became clear that we had made the correct decision. The carers are superb; they arrive with a smile and leave with a smile. Their work ethic is excellent, and they carry out all required duties with both confidence and compassion.
Most importantly, Dad has bonded wonderfully with all the carers. At 93, he now shares a soft and affectionate connection with them, which means so much to us. The carers consistently go above and beyond, and with my mum also being disabled, they always take the time to show genuine care towards her as well.
We could not recommend Clarity Homecare more highly.

Absolutely outstanding, goes the extra mile and beyond. The manager and all the ladies are an absolute credit to the company, they put a genuine smile on my grumpy old Jamaican mother's face. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them, the care they provide for my mother goes beyond expectations.
I am indeed blessed to have come across them and cannot fault the care they provide. Physical and mental wellbeing to the highest standards, care plan, medical needs all professionally addressed what more can I say. Their assistance and advice is infallible as they have vast experience in caring for the elderly and know what is needed and how to administer care tailored to individual needs. Selfishly I wish these ladies just work for me but I cannot sing their praises more highly and recommend them to others in need of excellent professional care

I can't thank the carers enough for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they show my father every single day. They come into his home twice a day, always with a friendly smile and a positive attitude, making such a difference to his daily life. They treat him with respect, patience, and

My dad has had his carer for more than 4 years. During that time Dad had a degenerative disability and her role got more complex but she always did whatever was needed. She consistently went above and beyond to do everything she could to make his life better. She was always ready to help and trying
to think of ways to help. She took dad to medical appointments and liaised with medical professionals on our behalf. We can honestly say that Dad would not have been able to stay at home and be well for as long as he was if it were not for his carer. It made a big difference to our family knowing that we had the carer looking after Dad and keeping us informed all the time.

staff member in particular and her team have improved moms wellbeing she is much happier now, the care manager goes above and beyond she is one point of contact for all her needs from care, doctors and medication the care manager is so flexible and had taken a lot of stress I had away.
Treating her with the dignity and respect that she deserves. It's such a relief knowing she is in safe hands, and it has made a huge difference in both her life and mine.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and excellent care.

We've had a very poor experience of 2 previous Homecare providers in the area for my elderly father so when clarity care were appointed I didn't hold much hope. How wrong I was, I cannot give enough praise to the staff and care coordinator. They have completely restored my trust, faith and confidence
in the service. Consistent carers, who provide above and beyond wonderful care with attention to detail which makes all the difference. The care coordinator conducts herself like she's caring for her own family, she does more than her job description states. They have improved the quality of life for my father and I'm truly grateful. I cannot praise them enough wonderful first class service which I can't recommend enough.

Clarity was recommended by a neighbour as suitable for home care following a fracture and total hip replacement. The manager responded to my daughter's referral, visited me in hospital and arranged carers within 36 hours facilitating an early discharge from hospital.

team of delightful ladies gently cared for me in the early stages and then encouraged and supported me through to regaining independence. I particularly appreciated the meticulous attention to prevention of infection eg through use of disposable gloves.
As a retired doctor I was dreading the experience of being on the receiving end of care but would unhesitatingly choose the same team should I need it again.

Clarity home care have been amazing when providing care for my dad who has young onset dementia. They were able to provide care within 48 hours of doing the care assessment allowing him to be home for Christmas out of the respite facility he was in. Two staff members in particular have been wonderful
for sorting out what he needs with quick responses and last minute changes. My dad is extremely happy with his current carer who he has consistently had for a few weeks now. They can organize anything from home care to social visits which is extremely useful as I am unable to take time off work during the week. I feel that Clarity have been very helpful in the transition of getting my dad used to his home care.
