Excellent service from carers. 100% for their dedication & care. Always pleasant & supportive.
Knowing that my father is being supported by someone so reliable, compassionate, and genuinely caring gives our family great peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the wonderful care
Thank you so much for the lovely review, it is our pleasure to support your dad.
I personally use 1 hour per week for assistance with weekly shopping and the help has (is) been excellent. It has made life much easier for me - I am 88 years old with health problems and caring for my husband.
Fantastic caress excellent service mum enjoy there service went they started coming out to my house I was more nervous than mum but they been so wonderful to my mum and my family very grateful for what they are doing
Clarity home care have been amazing when providing care for my dad who has young onset dementia. They were able to provide care within 48 hours of doing the care assessment allowing him to be home for Christmas out of the respite facility he was in. Two staff members in particular have been wonderful for sorting out what he needs with quick responses and last minute changes. My dad is extremely happy with his current carer who he has consistently had for a few weeks now. They can organize anything from home care to social visits which is extremely useful as I am unable to take time off work during the week. I feel that Clarity have been very helpful in the transition of getting my dad used to his home care.
I have been using Clarity Homecare for a few months, initially for visits but now for personal care and preparation of food. One the whole, I am completely satisfied. I am happy with the treatment I am getting from most of the carers. One carer lacks training. She communicated well but I have no confidence in her ability to deliver care and prepare food.
My sister does not live local, so I find the online app really helpful as it allows me to check on her care, health and progress daily. I have found that the carers are engaging and motivating to her as well as meeting her care needs on a daily basis. The communication between manager/carers and myself has been working really well, they have kept me updated with any concerns or changes required.
We decided to work out a care plan, which again was very straightforward. The carers who come are wonderful - they are very sympathetic to the needs and dignity of my wife, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they have become like family to us. Any variation in our plan is immediately initiated, and reviews are carried out on a regular basis to ensure that the plan always meets our needs.
I cannot recommend these people highly enough.
The Clarity team have been supporting my Dad after a recent hip replacement and concerns over memory issues. After a difficult period, this has really supported me to share the load and allow me to take a step back. Thank You.
We were travelling from Luton to visit family in Bradford for 4 days. My husband who has carers 4 times a day to help with his personal care needed for our carers from the south to transfer their services to allow us to have a restful break. Unfortunately, our care providers were unable to help but asked me to find carers in Bradford and they would fund them. I approached Clarity when another care provider in the north gave me their details. Right from the original phone call with the manager and then meeting the carer for the first time. They were both extremely professional and put our minds at ease as to how they would be supporting my husband. Throughout our stay, they were both extremely friendly and supportive of his needs. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped make our stay as stress-free as they could. They were punctual and changed timings for us at short notice. If you are looking for a care provider and live in Bradford and surrounding areas, please consider Clarity!

I have worked in the care industry for over for over six years. My career in health and social care was inspired by personal experiences, from helping to care for grandparents, to my partner having a stroke at a young age. These experiences ignited my passion for providing high-quality care to those in need.
With 7 years of experience in the care industry, I have worked my way up from carer to care manager. Throughout my time working in the care industry, I have completed my Level 3 in health and social care, and I am now studying my Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adult Care. These academic achievements and my experience in the care industry have enabled me to develop a solid foundation in the different aspects of the care sector. My current role as care manager provides me with the opportunity to ensure that all care delivered to our service users is to the highest standard.
Outside of my professional life, I play Ice Hockey for Leeds Roses Women’s Ice Hockey Club. I have played Ice Hockey since I was 5 years old, and it is a big part of my life outside of work.
