The manager who came to do the initial assessment and then brought the contract to sign was very friendly and charming and explained everything clearly. She had a particular carer in mind for my husband and he was excellent. He listened to me and tried to provide care in the same way as I had done, and as my husband was accustomed to but was also prepared to make suggestions of his own. In the short period of time he has come to us, he has become a friend as well as a helper. The charges are reasonable compared to some care providers and every effort was made to visit at a time that suited us. I would thoroughly recommend Clarity to others.

Our previous company sent 11 different carers who my partner would often turn away. Always late, often by over an hour and I would have to wait in for them, to encourage my partner to allow them to wash him. It would have been easier to do it myself. With S's skill and kindness, I can now walk my dogs or go to a Pilates class, safe In the knowledge that S will be on time and will take good care of my partner. He knows where everything is & we feel are getting the care we need.

Great service, reliable and personal service we are very pleased with the care my wife is receiving. We switched from the council last year and they have been very helpful, professional and consistent, the carers are experienced and go out of there way to meet the needs of the people they are caring for.

The care that is provided is absolutely first class. I have had to make several changes, often at very short notice - it never phases them; they go above and beyond to accommodate; they have no idea how much this means to me. It's such a comfort knowing that they can provide first class care for my father when family aren't available to do so. I cannot recommend Clarity enough.
