Carers that come into Mum are very friendly really patient, understanding & so helpful. They make mum feel very relaxed & comfortable when they are with her.

I have been using Clarity Homecare for three years. All of the girls Clarity send here are kind and considerate, being an elderly lady I appreciate that all the carers sent here are female. They are always well turned out, neat and tidy. Most of the carers know me so well they are able to forsee my needs and wishes. If I have a problem, I can phone the girls in the office, for example, if the carers are a bit late because they have been delayed with another client, they re-assure me they are on their way. I have a good relationship with all the staff Clarity employ. They help me remain in my own home at nearly 99 yrs old.

Overall Experience

We find the carers are very helpful to John's needs. All have time to chat and joke with him, help him with his washing and drying of clothes. Most know his little traits and ways. Help with his eating works very well. Its a good service with conscientious staff.

Overall Experience

Clarity Homecare started looking after Mum over a year ago and I have had a variety of carers who are very professional but also gentle with my mum. They ensure her physical health is monitored very closely and is promptly reported to me so I can action it.

Overall Experience

I had carers for the last 6 months and for me and all my conditions and my mental health, I couldn't have asked for any better care. The carers are attentive, take time and care, I would be totally lost without them, as would go months neglecting my care.

Overall Experience

Clarity have been caring for my mum for over 12 months. She is bedbound and needs double care calls four times a day. Her care has been amazing and I am informed if need be with regular updates. The staff have become part of our family. Highly recommend, couldn't do it without them.

My stepdad has Alzheimer’s and had someone come in to shower him. They were very kind and understanding. They were very thorough and made sure he was comfortable from start to finish. They were also very understanding with my mum helping her to relax and let them take over for the hour they attended, a much-needed break for her too.

The carers who come, are always introduced first before they come on their own, so they are not a strange face. They are friendly, caring and compassionate. They are encouraging to help me to walk but, sensitive if I doesn't feel able to. Duties are done efficiently and lotion is applied gently, but thoroughly, looking out for problem areas.

Since taking on the twice-weekly care of my mother we, as a family, have nothing but praise for the care she's been given. The carer is always on time or will call if, for some reason, has to be late. Friendly and professional. It has really eased the family worries that Mum is getting such fantastic care.

The care given to my great aunt is excellent, and the carers brighten her day; they make her feel safe and loved. They are very professional and dedicated to the care they give. They have become a part of her extended family now. It also gives me peace of mind that I know she is being well looked after and comfortable with the carers.

Mum loves her ladies. She has dementia so doesn't remember their names, but they always bring a smile to her face.

As her family, we are delighted with the service. We know mum is in safe hands, but they do so much more and genuinely seem to care as much for mum's wellbeing as we do.

Clarity has helped our family when we were in great need, and have provided a regular, trustworthy service to my brother, who has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair-bound. Clarity has been very considerate of his needs, and in a very short time, the carers have established a good rapport with him, which isn’t always an easy thing to do!
